Abstract

The Sagulung UKM group is a group of craftsmen and traders located in the Sagulungs Village, Batam City. Problems faced by the Cemara SME Group such as the low understanding of the Cemara UKM Group regarding marketing media, these problems have an impact on the low level of product sales, low productivity and business development of the fir road SMEs where the results of this community service activity have an impact on increasing expertise and skills through mentoring in marketing products and increasing understanding in the use of information technology so as to support sales activities for the SME group in Sagulung Batam City

Abstract

Developing literacy on the face and character of cities in Indonesia for the children of the "Al-Jufri Yatim Palace" orphanage in Kampung Tua Patam Lestari, Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam City is an international community service activity involving Batam University and Mara Cawangan Johor Technology University , Malaysia. Literacy regarding the face and character of cities in Indonesia is not only limited to the ability to read and write for children in orphanages, but is more about the formation of values ​​and norms as well as positive personalities and of course this activity is becoming increasingly important, especially in the environment for children in orphanages. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan perumusan masalah, yaitu: Variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan budaya organisasi tidak menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT ABC. Variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, jadi semakin baik disiplin kerja yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang menjadi lebih baik. Koefisien Determinasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 59,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), Komunikasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 59.5% dan sisanya 40.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan didalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Potensi budaya dan kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan pariwisata menjadi bagian dari produk kreativitas manusia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Kota batam memiliki potensi yang luar biasa dan berkelanjutan dengan meningkatkan tampilan wisata agar menarik kunjungan wisata yang datang. wilayah pesisir, wilayah pesisir yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi suatu objek wisata khususnya pariwisata adalah wilayah Batu Besar Nongsa. Untuk meningkatkan pariwisata pada suatu Kawasan maka harus ada infrastruktur yang mendukung. Infrastruktur pada sebuah destinasi wisata merupakan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya buatan manusia yang mutlak dibutuhkan oleh wisatawan ketika melakukan perjalanan wisata di sebuah destinasi wisata sehingga diperlukan kajian secara detail tentang kesiapan infrastruktur sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan yang ada pada destinasi wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kearifan local sumber daya masyarakat tempatan dan sarana prasarana infrastruktur untuk menunjang perekonomian di kampung tua Batu Besar kota Batam. Proses pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi langsung kelapangan melihat permasalahan pada kondisi eksisting, dengan menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tanjung Mutiara Perkasa, dengan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian untuk hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of improving the Marketing Plan capabilities of Jasmine studio craftsmen. In this Marketing Plan Training, it will be carried out using a direct guidance method by providing material and input on obstacles faced related to marketing issues. The "training" service activities carried out have had a positive impact on society, especially craftsmen. The community service program carried out was attended by participants enthusiastically. Abstract

In an economic crisis situation like this, the MSME sector really needs special attention from the government because it is the largest contributor to GDP and can be a mainstay in employment. However, the impact of Covid does not all have a negative impact on the development of MSMEs but some also have a positive impact, such as on producers. The local herbal medicine in Batam City is Jamu Bos which is led by Mrs Christiani Prasetiasari with the address Purimas 1 block A2 No 26 Batam Center Batam City. Various classic problems faced by Jamu Bos producers, such as low understanding of basic marketing, limitations in mastery of health management. Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase children's interest in reading in Siharak Karang. The activity method consists of providing motivation and providing reading materials in the form of reading books, picture books and stationery. Apart from that, participants are also asked to write down the main messages that can be obtained from reading books. The results of this activity resulted in an increase in interest in reading and the conclusion from this activity was that the activity participants wanted the activity to be carried out in a more structured way to develop children's interest in reading.

Abstract

Many MSMEs fail in the initial operational process, one of the reasons for the failure of these MSMEs is a lack of analysis of the perencanaan pemasaranning of the business being carried out. The object that will be fostered in this service is the Indona shop, which is an MSME that operates in the sale of bags. This drug store is located in the Hawai Garden Complex No. 71 Batam center, currently the Indona shop is owned by Mrs. Indona Damayanti. Indona shop sells various bags for both women and children. For this reason, community service is coaching in understanding and making business perencanaan pemasarans, the method used in community service this time is first, the Lecturer Team gives lectures and presentations on business perencanaan pemasaranning theory, second, participants will be given coaching in making business perencanaan pemasarans, third, participants will be given the opportunity to discuss the problems faced in making business perencanaan pemasarans. It is hoped that this community service program can make a contribution in the form of firstly participants being motivated to make business perencanaan pemasarans, secondly participants being able to be skilled in making business perencanaan pemasarans
