Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work discipline of employees at the Sambal Lalap Restaurant in Jambi City and to find out whether there are differences in work discipline based on gender characteristics. This thesis uses a descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents, namely employees of the Sambal Lalap Restaurant, Jambi City. The study results show that the Overall work discipline of Sambal Lalap Restaurant employees is considered high. Work discipline is as expected. From the research results, there are differences in the work discipline of employees. The work discipline of men is higher than the work discipline of female employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap strategi pertumbuhan usaha, strategi pertumbuhan usaha terhadap kinerja usaha serta pengaruh secara tidak langsung orientasi kewirausahaan yang dimediasi oleh strategi pertumbuhan usaha terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 39 Usaha kuliner Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha yang diambil dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitaif serta analisis partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) denagn bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) variabel Orientasi Kewirausahaan (X) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja usaha (Y), 2) Orientasi Kewirausahaan (X) secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Strategi Pertumbuhan Usaha (Z), 3) Strategi Pertumbuhan Usaha (Z) tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja usaha (Y), dan 4) Orientasi Kewirausahaan (X) tidak berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja usaha (Y) dimediasi oleh strategi pertumbuhan usaha (Z).

Abstract

This study aims to: determine the description of work ability, work motivation and employee performance of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch. As well as to determine the effect of work ability and work motivation of employees on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch. Based on the results of the study that: 1) Description of the work ability of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch with an average score of 106.5 is included in the very high category. The description of the average work motivation score of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch, which is 92.2, is included in the high category. Description of employee performance of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch with an average score of 99.1 is in the high category. 2) Based on the results of multiple linear regression testing that the variables of work ability and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch. Meanwhile, the variables of ability and work motivation also have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch.

Abstract

The leadership style of oil palm collectors plays an important role in improving the welfare of smallholder members. This study aims to describe the leadership style of Mitra Unggul oil palm collectors in the eyes of farmer members, and describe the success of Mitra Unggul leaders in prospering farmer members so that they can master FFB marketing. The research uses a type of qualitative research by conducting direct research in the field. This study uses a subject sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods to obtain accurate data. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the leadership style of Mitra Unggul palm oil collectors is included in the charismatic leadership type where Mitra Unggul leaders have the attraction to influence others to achieve common goals
