Abstract

KARAKTERISTIK MIKROSKOPIK KERAMIK BATAKO TERHADAP VARIASI PENAMBAHAN SEKAM TEBU ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh penambahan sekam tebu pada sifat mikroskopis batako sehingga dapat diketahui komposisi sekam tebu paling baik untuk bahan pengikat dari batako tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan batako dengan penambahan sekam tebu diayak dan tanpa diayak dengan persentase masing – masing 0wt%, 3wt%, 6wt%,  9wt%, 12wt% ,15wt%. Variasi optimum terlihat pada variasi 12wt% untuk penambahan sekam tebu tanpa diayak dan 15wt% untuk penambahan sekam tebu diayak. Nilai porositas batako rata-rata normal yaitu sebesar (8,119 ± 3,866)% dan nilai densitas rata-rata (2,343 ± 0,211) gr/cm3, setelah penambahan sekam tebu maka terjadi perbaikan sifat porositas dan densitas yaitu (7,692 ± 2,492)% dan (2,387 ± 0,087) gr/cm3 untuk variasi penambahan sekam tebu tanpa pengayakan, sedangkan nilai porositas dan densitas untuk penambahan variasi sekam tebu dengan pengayakan adalah (3,846 ± 0,427)% dan (2,674 ± 0,125) gr/cm3. Setelah melalui uji XRD terlihat pembentukan fasa baru yaitu Al0,03Fe0,15Mg1,82O6Si1,97 (Enstatite) yang diidentifikasikan memiliki pengaruh perbaikan sifat densitas batako.  Berdasarkan nilai porositas  dan nilai densitas diatas maka batako dengan variasi penambahan sekam tebu telah berhasil memperbaiki sifat mikroskopis batako meskipun pada penambahan sekam tebu tanpa pengayakan memiliki nilai porositas dan densitas tidak stabil. Abstract

ABSTRAKPersaingan di abad 21 semakin ketat dan persaingan semakin berat sehingga banyak model pembelajaran yang bermunculan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah collaborative learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi perpindahan kalor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksprimental dengan one group pretest-posttest group design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V-B pada salah satu SDI di Kabupaten Kediri yang berjumlah 17 siswa yang terdiri dari 10 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes hasil belajar aspek kognitif tentang materi perpindahan kalor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pretest yaitu 58,82 dan meningkat menjadi 76,76 pada posttest. Persentase jumlah siswa yang mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar pada kategori sedang yaitu 76%. Hasil analisis rata-rata N-gain yaitu 0,43 yang juga menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, penerapan collaborative learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi perpindahan kalor. Kata kunci: collaborative learning; hasil belajar; perpindahan kalor ABSTRACTCompetition in the 21st century is getting tougher and competition is getting tougher so that many learning models have emerged to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine whether collaborative learning can improve student learning outcomes on heat transfer material. This study used the pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest group design. The subjects of this study were 17 students in class V-B at one of the SDIs in Kediri Regency, consisting of 10 boys and 7 girls. The research instrument used in this study was the test instrument for cognitive aspects of learning outcomes regarding heat transfer material. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in the pretest was 58.82 and increased to 76.76 in the posttest. The percentage of the number of students who experienced an increase in learning outcomes in the medium category was 76%. The results of the analysis of the average N-gain is 0.43 which also shows that the increase in student learning outcomes is in the medium category. Thus, the application of collaborative learning can improve student learning outcomes on heat transfer material. Keywords: collaborative learning; learning outcomes; heat transfer

Abstract

This project aims to provide students with lab practice that is completely genuine, to learn about their practice habits, and to inspire them to study after utilizing the created physics lab practice. This study is a type of development utilizing physics lab practice use 4-dimensional learning tools. Utilizing confirmation of reasoning, observation, and questionnaire. The evaluation of the virtual lab yielded the logic validation value 2,78 and they are considered reliable and safe for usage as a trial for development. The development testing revealed that the students work passed muster with the help of the physics virtual laboratory baseds instructions, either on the capacity for observation and note taking or the capacity for interpretation and illustration. The results of the development test showed that the students practicum performance in all practicums, in the aspect of ability to observe and record practicum results, was in the good category with a range between 61.37% and 92.93%, and in the aspect of ability to interpret the results and formulate conclusions, it was categorized as good with a range between 65.15% and 96.97%. The virtual laboratory based physical practicum instructions that were developed obtained validity in the good category and are suitable for use as a guide for physical teachers and students in carrying out practicums.

Abstract

One of the subjects in the 8th grade merdeka curriculum is natural science (IPA). Science is involved in education in a variety of ways, from the simple to the complex, from the unclear or abstract to concrete solutions to problems. In an effort to teach students science skills in Phase D science subjects, this research aims to develop a hybrid project-based PJBL (PJBL) module. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques which consist of several stages, namely needs analysis, module design, expert validation, field trials, and product revision. This research was carried out at MTsN 3 Kediri, with class VIII students. The conclusion of this research is that the project based learning hybrid mode module is very suitable to be used to improve students' science skills based on student response questionnaires and validation by experts that have been carried out.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is the result of engineering human reason, mind, and intelligence, which describes the progress of science and provides benefits in various aspects of human life. The research methods used were the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model is a methodically constructed learning design with certain stages in an effort to overcome learning problems and create reliable results. The results obtained were in the form of validity test results from several media, IT, material, and individual experts. The validity test results stated that animation-based YouTube video media was worth using. This YouTube video media could be used as a learning medium for grade VII students, creating a conducive learning atmosphere and motivate student learning.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, schools are required to be creative and innovative in implementing technology in learning so that students are active and enthusiastic in the learning process. This study aims to determine how to improve student learning outcomes after going through the learning process by using Wordwall interactive games on simple aircraft material. This study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with two cycles. This research was conducted in one of the private MTs located in Kediri City. The subjects in this study were VIII A class students with a total of 18 students. The instrument used in this study is a student learning outcomes test instrument. The research instrument used is a student learning outcomes test. The results show an increase in student learning outcomes, this is indicated by an increase in the average score of cycle I and II by 21.6. In cycle I, the average score of student learning completeness reached 60.7 with 16 students below the KKM. After improvement in cycle II, the average score of completeness increased to 82 with 6 students below the KKM. The use of Wordwall interactive games on simple aircraft material can improve student learning outcomes. The use of Wordwall games is recommended as an innovative interactive learning media to improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of ethnoscience-based science learning modules in enhancing students' scientific attitudes. The primary issue addressed is the low level of scientific literacy in Indonesia, which affects students' conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. This research employs a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design with a sample of seventh-grade students from a junior high school in Kediri. The developed module integrates local wisdom into the material on additives and addictive substances, enabling students to connect scientific concepts with their daily experiences. The conceptual framework of this study is based on scientific literacy and constructivist theory. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students' scientific attitudes after the learning intervention, with percentage increases as follows: ability to explain scientific phenomena (92.38%), data interpretation (91.90%), evaluation and design of scientific investigations (92.38%), argumentation based on scientific evidence (94.05%), and understanding the context of science in society (92.38%). The implications of this study suggest that the ethnoscience-based approach is effective in improving students' scientific literacy and can serve as an alternative strategy for developing science curricula in schools.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis etnosains dalam meningkatkan aspek sikap sains siswa. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah rendahnya literasi sains di Indonesia, yang berdampak pada kurangnya pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest dengan sampel siswa kelas VII di salah satu SMP di Kediri. Modul yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal ke dalam materi zat aditif dan adiktif, sehingga siswa dapat menghubungkan konsep ilmiah dengan pengalaman sehari-hari. Kerangka konsep penelitian ini mengacu pada literasi sains dan teori konstruktivisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek sikap sains siswa setelah pembelajaran, dengan persentase peningkatan: kemampuan menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah (92,38%), interpretasi data (91,90%), evaluasi dan perancangan investigasi ilmiah (92,38%), pembuatan argumen berbasis bukti (94,05%), serta pemahaman konteks sains dalam masyarakat (92,38%). Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan etnosains efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi sains siswa dan dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam pengembangan kurikulum pembelajaran IPA di sekolah.
