Abstract

Abstract: Research has conducted on class X SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The learning process was seriously, rigid, without a sense of excitement, and the state of the learning process at noon during the day, causing student’s bored and tired. Form of research was experimented research with pretest-posttest design Research on the application technique Icebreaker has been done to improve student’s achievement and uppertain of what category of improve student’s achievement on the subject of nomenclature of compounds and chemical equations in class X at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The sample consisted of two classes, X.8 class as experiment class and X.3 class as control class that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. Experiment class was treated with implementing technique Icebreaker and the control class was treated without icebreaker technique. Analysis of data used t-test. Data of research obtained tcount > ttable (8,88 > 1,66). The category improvement of student’s achievement in experiment class was high category ( N-Gain = 0,72). It means that using technique Icebreaker can improve student’s achievement on the subject of nomenclature of compounds and chemical equations in class X at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Icebreaker technique, learning achievement, nomenclature of compounds and chemical equations

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to increase student achievementon the Buffer topic at class XI SMAN 1Sungai Apit. The research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The samples of research were the students of class XI 2 as the experimental class and students of class XI 3 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is used the cooperative learning model think pair share (TPS) while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained that tarithmetic> ttable is 2,70 > 2,00, means that the use of cooperative learning model think pair share (TPS) can improve student achievement on of buffer solution topic the learning increase resect about of 10,56%.Keywords : Learning Achievement, Cooperative Learning Model Think Pair Share (TPS), and Buffer Solution

Abstract

Abstrak: This Research aims to improve the learning outcomes IPS of students in fourth graderes Elementary 002 Pulau Rambai 2014/2015 school year. The subjects were students Fourth Graderes of SD Negeri 002 Pulau Rambai by the number of students by 18 students. The study was a collaborative class action research with two cycles. Research data shows that the learning outcomes of students has increased, the cost of the activities of teachers in the first cycle by an average of 60% is sufficient category increased 15% to 75% both categories. In the second cycle increased by an average of 80% of both categories increased 10% to 90% of both categories very good. Student activity in the first cycle with an average 55% increase enough categories 10% to 65%. In the second cycle increased by an average of 75% of both categories increased 10% to 85% of both categories. Research data has increased, which prior to the act of problem based learning model Instruction (PBI) on the basis of the complete score of 6 people (33.33%) with an average of 56.11. First cycle increased with thorough reached 11 people (61.11%) with an average of 67.22. Cycle II increases with thorough reached 15 people (83.33%) with an average of 74.44. It can be concluded that in this research is "learning model when application to problem based Instruction (PBI) it can improve the results of social studies fourth graderes students of SD Negeri 002 Pulau Rambai "is acceptable.Keywords: Problem Based Learning Model of Instruction (PBI). Abstract

Abstract: This research is a classroom action research. This classroom action research is an effort to improve the learning process of chemistry of class X students of TSM 1 SMK N 5 Pekanbaru by applying the Icebreaker type of learning technique of games and bodybuilding. This study aims to improve students' learning motivation. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings covering four stages of implementation, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations, and tests. The technique of data analysis is done descriptively using percentage technique. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the use of Icebreaker learning techniques can improve students' learning motivation. This can be seen from the increase of learners motivation from 70% in cycle I to 77,67% in cycle II.Key Words : The Icebreaker technique type of Games and Bodybuilding, Learning motivation

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon inclass XI MIPA Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Kampar. Aurora 3D Presentation was used when the teacher explained the topic being able to explain abstract concepts into concrete, one of them on the topic of hydrocarbon. The research was a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were the students of class X­I MIPA 3 as the experimental class and students of class XI MIPA 4 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to media Aurora 3D Presentation while the control class was not. Data analysis technique which is used is t-test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 2,30 >1,67, it means  that the application of Aurora 3D Presentation as media presentation can improve student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon in class XI MIPA Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Kampar, increase learning of 7,03%.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research was mathematic learning outcomes in fourth grade students SDN 004 Pekanbaru still low with average value 60,1 with minimum completeness criteria (KKM 70).The purpose 0f this research was to improve mathematic learning outcomes 0f the fourth grade (IV) students SDN 88 Pekanbaru with the implementation of number head together (NHT) models. This research was classroom action research with two circles. The subject were students of class IV SDN 88 Pekanbaru on 2016/2017 academic years with amounted to 33 students consisting of 12 men and 21 women. Base on analysis result observation paper of teacher and students activity sheet seen rising each meeting, teacher activity at first meeting of first circle was 79,1 %  good category and at the second meeting was 87,5 % with very good category. At the second circle, teachers activity at the first meeting was 91,7 % and the second meeting was 95,8 % with very good category. Student activities at first meeting of first circle was 70,8 % good category and at the second meeting was 83,3 % with very good category. At the second circle, student activity on the first meeting was 87,5 % and at the second meeting was 91,7 % with very good category. Mathematic learning outcomes before implementation cooperatives number head together type learning model average 60,1, after implementation cooperatives number head together type learning model at UH 1 was 75,2 and at UH II was 84,3 that improve about 40,3 %. Implementation of cooperatives number head together type learning model can improve learning outcomes of the fourth grade students SDN 88 Pekanbaru. Key Words: Cooperatives Number Head Together Type Learning Model, Mathematic Studies                   Achievement

Abstract

Abstrack: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the subject structure of atoms and the periodic system of elements in class XI science SMAN 1 Kateman Inhil. This research was of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were the XI science 1 as the experimental group and XI science 2 class as the control group. In experimental group was applied cooperative learning type Student Facilitator and Explaining model, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis data tcount>ttable is 4,83 > 1,67, means that the application of model cooperative learning type Student Facilitator and Explaining can improve student achievement on the subject structure of atoms and the periodic system of elements in class XI science SMAN 1 Kateman Inhil by category increase achievement (N-Gain) high at 0.72.Keywords: Learning Achievement, Cooperative type Student Facilitator and Explaining, Atomic Structure and Element of the Periodic System.

Abstract

Abstract : This research is a Research and Development (R & D). The development process has been done with reference to ADDIE model with steps of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Research was conducted in FKIP UR. This research aims to obtain the learning media chemistry using by prezi on subject of the atomic structure. The research and development with ADDIE model was conducted only until Development step, because the purpose of this research was limited to develop and produce a feasiblity the learning media chemistry using by prezi to be implemented based on validator assessment. Feasibility of the learning media chemistry using by prezi was evaluated from feasibility of the design, pedagogy,content, ease of use. Of the learning media chemistry validation result obtained an average value as 86,31% which showed that learning media chemistry which developed was feasiblity. Means, learning media chemistry using by prezi oriented scientific approach on the subject of the atomic structure that was developed, suitable to be used in learning process.Keyword : ADDIE Model, Learning Media Chemistry Using By Prezi, And Atomic Structure

Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted in Senior High School 1 Sungai Apit. This research aims to increase student achievement on the subject of reaction rate in class XI Senior High School 1 Sungai Apit.  This research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consists of two classes which were decided randomly after doing normality and homogenity test. Experimental class is a class that is used media Prezi Desktop  Forever, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 1,78 > 1,67, means that the Prezi Desktop Forever can improve student achievement on the subject of reaction rate in class XI Senior High School 1 Sungai Apit where the effect of an increase is 5,435%. Abstract

Abstract : This research is a Research and Development (R & D). The development process has been done with reference to 4-D model with steps of Defenition, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Research was conducted in FKIP UR. This research aims to obtain a student worksheet oriented scientific approach on the subject of the acid-base solution for class XI SMA. The research and development with 4-D model was conducted only until Development step, because the purpose of this research was limited to develop and produce a valid student worksheet to be implemented based on validator assessment. Feasibility of student worksheet was evaluated from feasibility of content, language, presentation, graphical and scientific approach aspects. Student worksheet validation result obtained an average value as 4,53 which showed that student worksheet which developed was valid. Means, student worksheet oriented scientific approach on the subject of the acid-base solution for class XI SMA that was developed, suitable to be used in learning process.Keyword : Scientific Approach, Worksheet Students, and Acid-Base Solution
