Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Hasil Studi pada produk kelarutan dan bahan kimia kelarutan diajarkan oleh model PBL dengan macromedia flash lebih tinggi daripada siswa diajarkan oleh PBL tanpa model media dan model DI, berpikir kreatif pada kelarutan bahan kimia dan produk kelarutan diajarkan oleh PBL model dengan macromedia flash lebih tinggi daripada siswa diajarkan oleh model PBL tanpa model media dan DI, hubungan antara berpikir kreatif dengan hasil belajar siswa diajarkan dengan model DI, hubungan antara berpikir kreatif dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh model PBL tanpa media dan hubungan antara berpikir kreatif dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh model PBL dengan Macromedia Flash. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuasi-eksperimental. Sampel adalah 3 kelas di 3 sekolah di Medan, yang ditentukan oleh random sampling terdiri dari percobaan 1 (Model DI), percobaan 2 (model PBL tanpa media yang) dan percobaan 3 (model PBL dengan Macromedia Flash). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil penelitian eksperimental dengan 3 lebih tinggi dari percobaan 2 dan percobaan 1, berpikir kreatif dengan percobaan 3 lebih tinggi dari percobaan 2 dan percobaan 1, ada hubungan antara berpikir kreatif dengan menggunakan pembelajaran eksperimental hasil-hasil 1, ada hubungan antara berpikir kreatif dengan hasil belajar menggunakan percobaan 2, ada hubungan antara berpikir kreatif dengan hasil belajar menggunakan percobaan 3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modul kimia umum menggunakan problem based learning terhadap penguasaan konsep mahasiswa pada materi stoikiometri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan desain factorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar semester ganjil Tahun Akademik 2020/2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik random sampling yang terdiri dari 2 kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen (E-2) dengan perlakuan dibelajarkan dengan modul kimia umum berbasis problem based learning sedangkan kelas kontrol (E-1) dengan perlakuan dibelajarkan dengan modul kimia tanpa problem based learning. Variabel bebas adalah modul kimia berbasis problem based learning sedangkan variabel terikat adalah penguasaan konsep mahasiswa. Perhitungan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan spss 20 dengan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut, (1) Penguasaan konsep mahasiswa kategori mengingat (C1) pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol, (2) Penguasaan konsep mahasiswa kategori menjelaskan (C2) pada kelas kontrol lebih tinggi daripada kelas eksperimen, (3) Penguasaan konsep mahasiswa kategori menerapkan (C3) pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol, (4) Penguasaan konsep mahasiswa kategori menganalisis (C4) pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol, (5) Penguasaan konsep mahasiswa kategori mengevaluasi (C5) pada kelas eksperimen sama dengan kelas kontrol, (6) Penguasaan konsep mahasiswa kategori menciptakan (C6) pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol, dan (7) Terdapat pengaruh modul kimia umum menggunakan problem based learning terhadap penguasaan konsep mahasiswa pada materi stoikiometri.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS (mathematics and natural science). The research design used was quantitative with a correlation approach. The population of this study was all students of class XI-MNS at state senior high school (SHS) 4 Pematangsiantar as many as 205 students for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The sampling technique for this research was random sampling, which is a random sampling technique with a total sample of 40 students. The instrument used in the study was a non-test (questionnaire) of 20 questions to measure student learning motivation, but measuring chemistry learning outcomes was taken from the odd semester exam scores. The results showed that the percentage of high motivation was 20%, sufficient motivation was 50%, and low motivation was 30%. Student chemistry learning outcomes with a minimum score with a score of 41 and a maximum value with a score of 63 derived from the semester test scores that have been assessed by the field teacher. The correlation coefficient (r) in this study is 0.80 and the value of the coefficient of determination (r²) amounting to 0.63 which indicates that students' chemistry learning outcomes affect 63% changes in chemistry learning motivation. This results show that the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS is very strong.

Abstract

This study aims to develop comic chemistry-based learning to improve students' conceptual mastery and creative thinking on the colligative properties of solutions (SKL). In this study, the development of chemical comic media was validated and tested on a small and large scale. Data on student learning outcomes which include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects were collected using the test and observation method with observation sheets. From the data obtained, the magnitude of the influence of chemical comic media on students' creative thinking skills and mastery of concepts was 38.03% and 22.17%, respectively. Mastery of concepts and creative thinking in the experimental class was higher than in the control class. The difference in concept mastery and creative thinking was due to the use of chemical comics learning media to attract students' attention to learning and make teaching and learning more enjoyable. This study concluded that there was an effect of using comics media that has been developed on the creative thinking power and mastery of students' concepts on the colligative properties of solutions.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model during the pandemic on the thematic learning outcomes of students in grade IV Private Primary School HKBP Tomuan with Science Subjects on theme 6 My ideals, sub-theme 1 I and my ideals, learning 2. Types This research is Classroom Action Research using 2 cycles with four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fourth-grade students of HKBP Tomuan Private Elementary School, totaling 20 people, while the object of this research was the thematic learning outcomes of students by applying problem-based learning models. The technique of collecting data is by observing and conducting a pretest at the beginning of learning and a posttest at the end of learning. Abstract

This study aims to develop appropriate android-based learning media to improve students' scientific literacy. This study uses the Four D model procedure. In addition to developing android-based media, this research also develops a syllabus, lesson plans, and scientific literacy instruments. This research was conducted in one of the Surya Private Junior High Schools in Pematangsiantar City. The validation of android-based learning media was carried out by three validators of media experts and material experts. Expert validation data analysis was carried out using the Pearson validation formula. The feasibility study of android-based learning products shows validity of 85% with very valid criteria. The results of the media feasibility study obtained an average score of 90%. The syllabus obtained an average score of 84%, lesson plans obtained an average score of 84%, and scientific literacy instruments obtained an average score of 85%. In conclusion, android-based media products on natural science material are feasible to be implemented in learning, especially during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model SAVI berbantuan media gambar terhadap prestasi hasil siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 095141 Siopat Suhu Siantar Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen yang menggunakan Pretest-Postest sebagai instrument penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 25 orang. Karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 50 orang maka populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara model pembelajaran SAVI dengan dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa di kelas IV SD Negeri 095141 Siopat Suhu. Hal ini dibuktikan dari perhitungan pada uji t dengan nilai thitung= 3,641 > ttabel = 2,064 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan media gambar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa.

Abstract

Adapun masalah yang ditemukan di UPT. SMP Negeri 3 Medang Deras tempat terlaksannya pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Kurangnya kemampuan guru untuk membuat modul pembelajaran berbasis digital yang interaktif; (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang aplikasi untuk mendukung pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, inovatif dan menyenangkan seperti flipbook canva dan (3) kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi interaktif dalam pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru disekolah. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu untuk melatih dan mendampingi para guru dalam peningkatan kompetensi literasi digital guru di sekolah mitra dalam membuat modul digital pembelajaran yang interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi dengan aplikasi flipbook canva. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian berupa presentasi (pemaparan materi), diskusi, latihan pembuatan modul dan evaluasi modul yang telah didesain. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan peningkatan kompetensi digital guru di UPT. SMP Negeri 3 Medang Deras dalam pembuatan modul digital berbasis flipbook canva diperoleh persentase guru yang mampu untuk membuat modul digital sebesar 74,2%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut membawa dampak positif bagi peningkatan kompetensi guru untuk menguasai digital berbasis flipbook canva dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dikelas.
