Abstract

Objective. The aim of the Merdeka Curriculum Program is to enhance the learning process. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in PJOK learning utilizing the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach at SMA Negeri 2 Semarang in 2024. Materials and Methods. This investigation employs a Qualitative Descriptive research approach. The sources for the study include the Vice Principal for Curriculum, the Vice Principal for Facilities and Infrastructure, Physical Education Subject Teachers, and students from SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. The methodology for this study involves gathering data through observation, documentation, and interviews. Results. SMA Negeri 2 Semarang has adopted the Independent Curriculum starting from the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. In light of numerous challenges and obstacles, the Independent Curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Semarang has been effectively implemented. It is essential to enhance the facilities and infrastructure in PJOK learning. Conclusion . The findings of the study reveal that the Independent Curriculum has been put into practice at SMA Negeri 2 Semarang starting from the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The implementation of this curriculum is progressing positively, even in the face of various challenges. Nonetheless, enhancements in the facilities and infrastructure for PJOK learning are essential. To enhance the execution of the Independent Curriculum in PJOK learning at SMA Negeri 2 Semarang, it is advisable to upgrade sports facilities, provide continuous training for educators, carry out regular evaluations, engage parents and the community, and create engaging and pertinent learning materials.

Abstract

Physical education has an important role in the physical and psychological development of students. Still, there are often challenges in the learning process that result in low student motivation and participation. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in basketball games by applying the peer tutor method in class XI J SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) consisting of two cycles, with each cycle involving planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the application of the peer tutor method succeeded in improving the average score of students' practical tests from 74.6 in cycle I to better in cycle II, with an increasing percentage of learning completeness. In conclusion, the peer tutor method is effective in increasing students' motivation and learning outcomes in learning basketball, as well as providing a more interactive and fun learning experience.

Abstract

Outdoor Education demands student participation in adventurous challenges. Some examples of outdoor activities are hiking, rock climbing, camping, fishing, survival, caving, beachcombing, exploring, cooking, gardening, rice planting, and others. Emotional intelligence is the ability to motivate oneself and persevere in the face of frustration, control impulses and not exaggerate pleasure, regulate moods, and ensure that stress does not get in the way of thinking, empathizing, and praying. This study aims to determine the development of students' emotional intelligence through the application of outdoor education learning models. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach Pre-test and Post-test control group design then the research design used in this study is True experimental Design. In this design there are two groups. The first group is the experimental class that is given treatment (X) and the second group is the control class that is not given treatment. the average value of the control class is 109.13 and the experimental class is 115.75. The average score of the control class was lower than the experimental class. The experimental group proved better and developed students' emotional intelligence in physical education. Then in the hypothesis test results obtained sig. (2-tailed) the result is 0.015, meaning that the sig. (2-tailed) value is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

Research Problems: Young people's understanding of the meaning of sport and physical activity is important to research as it contributes to improving health, well-being, and nation-building, especially in Indonesia's demographic bonus era. Research Objectives: This research aims to explore the youth's understanding of Semarang City's meaning of sport and physical activity. Methods: This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews using purposive sampling with 18 informants aged 15-29 who are active in sports in Semarang City. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Results: The results showed that physiological needs are still the main needs to maintain health, increase metabolism, and optimise body functions. Conclusion: This research shows differences with previous studies that emphasise security and social needs, but this research reveals more that physiological needs remain the main motivation. However, aspects such as well-being and refreshing also emerged as important factors, detailing that sport and physical activity were also seen to occupy leisure time, cope with stress, and improve mood. Further research is recommended to explore the influence of security and social needs in sports and physical activity motivations.

Abstract

Futsal is a sport similar to football which is played indoors and played by 2 teams consisting of 5 people. The problem of this research is how interested female students of SMAN 1 AMBARAWA are in taking part in extracurricular futsal at school. This research aims to find out how interested female students at SMAN 1 AMBARAWA are in taking part in extracurricular futsal. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using a survey method. In this study, the sample used was class The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale test. The research results will be further detailed into 2 factors, namely intrinsic and extrinsic. Where at 1). The intrinsic factor in the interest of female students at SMAN 1 Ambarawa to take part in extracurricular futsal can be categorized as very high with the number of students being 28 students, 56%. 2). External factors in the interest of female students at SMAN 1 Ambarawa Ambarawa to take part in futsal extracurriculars are in the very high category from 5 indicators including: a). Infrastructure facilities in the very high category with 43 female students (86%), b) environment in the high category with 26 female students (52%), c) Training indicators in the very high category with 37 female students (74%), d) Friends in the category very high with 34 female students (68%), e) Parents are in the very high category with 44 female students (88%) So it can be concluded that the interest of female students at SMAN 1 AMBARAWA in participating in futsal extracurriculars is in the very high category, which means the female students are very interested in take part in the futsal extracurricular that will be held

Selama bertahun-tahun telah mendengar bahwa olahraga dan aktivitas fisik membangun karakter dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral. Bung Karno pernah mencanangkan olahraga menjadi salah satu pendorong dalam rangka pembangunan rasa nasionalisme atau kebangsaan (nation building) dan membentuk karakter bangsa (character building). Karena itu, kegiatan keolahragaan lantas menjadi aktivitas yang dinamis dan menjadi alat perjuangan bangsa. Melalui?é?á pendidikan?é?á maka?é?á mental?é?á dan karakter dapat terbangun. Melalui?é?á aktivitas?é?á olahraga?é?á kita?é?á banyak mendapatkan?é?á hal-hal?é?á yang?é?á positif.?é?á Olahraga?é?á bukan?é?á sekedar?é?á kegiatan?é?á yang?é?á berorientasi kepada faktor fisik belaka, olahraga juga dapat melatih sikap dan mental kita menjadi seorang pemimpin. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan mengimplementasikan inovasi pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan permainan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Diharapkan, pendekatan ini dapat membuat pelajaran lebih menarik, mendorong keterlibatan siswa yang lebih aktif, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Integrative, di mana peneliti melakukan tinjauan dan identifikasi jurnal-jurnal secara sistematis pada setiap tahapannya, dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah yang telah ditentukan. Dari berbagai artikel yang ada, peneliti memilih 10 artikel yang memiliki keterkaitan langsung dengan kata kunci yang digunakan. Setelah melakukan tinjauan terhadap 10 artikel, ditemukan bahwa pendekatan permainan dalam pembelajaran olahraga dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses belajar. Kesimpulannya, penerapan permainan dalam pembelajaran olahraga merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dan pencapaian hasil pembelajaran.

Abstract

 This study aims to have its own uniqueness and cultural elements. For a society, traditional games can affect a person's self-development because it includes the development of the soul, nature and culture of the social life of young people in the future in order to describe how the use of traditional games in developing gross motor skills in early childhood is efficient or not when used in learn how to teach. This service activity was carried out at the Special Guidance Elementary School in East Dumai. The development of gross motor skills should be in line with the rules put forward by experts. Likewise with the hulahop game which makes students develop their gross motor skills because the game is in accordance with the gross motor rules that should exist in children. The use of Hulahop games to develop children's gross motor skills is very efficient and suitable for use in developing these aspects.ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan mempunyai keunikan dan unsur kebudayaan yang tersendiri. Bagi sesebuah masyarakat, permainan tradisional dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan diri seseorang kerana ia meliputi perkembangan jiwa, sifat dan kebudayaan hidup sosial anak muda pada masa akan datang guna mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah penggunaan permainan tradisional dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini, apakah efisien atau tidak bila digunakan dalam belajar mengajar. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Binaan Khusus Dumai Timur.  Pengembangan kemampuan motorik kasar hendaknya sejalan dengan kaidah yang dikemukakan para ahli. Begitu pula dengan permainan hulahop yang membuat peserta didik berkembang kemampuan motorik kasarnya dikarenakan permainannya yang sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah motorik kasar yang seharusnya ada pada diri anakpenggunaan permainan Hulahop guna mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak sangatlah efisien dan cocok digunakan dalam menggembangkan aspek tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran senam merupakan program latihan yang dirancang secara terstruktur untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak keseimbangan pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran senam terhadap kemampuan keseimbangan siswa taman kanak-kanak. Sejumlah tiga puluh siswa terindentifikasi memiliki kesulitan dalam menjaga keseimbangan dipilih sebagai peserta pada kelompok ekspreimen. Peserta diberikan perlakuan melalui program pelatihan senam sebanyak 12 sesi, masing-masing berdurasi 30 menit. Tes awal (Pretest) dilakkan menggunakan tes keseimbangan satu kaki dari instrument Fundamnetal Movement Skills (FMS) selama 40 detik, dan diikuti dengan tes akhir (Posttest) setelah perlakuan. Hasil pretest dan posttest dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test dengan Tingkat signifikansi lebih dari 0.05. temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan keseimbangan, dengan rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 72.59 pada pretest menjadi 89.65 pada posttest. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa programm senam selama 12 sesi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan gerak keseimbangan siswa taman kanak-kanak. Latihan senam yang dilakukan secara berulang dan sistematis melalui kegiatan pembelajaran terbbukti memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan kemampuan keseimbangan anak.   Abstract: Gymnastics learning is a structured exercise program designed to improve balance movement skills in early childhood. The purpose of this study was to determine how learning gymnastics affects kindergarten pupils' ability to balance and move. For the experimental group, thirty students with unbalanced movement were tested. Twelve sessions of 30-minute gym training were administered to the sample. A 40-second one-foot balance test indication was used to examine the treatment sample before a basic movement skill test (FMS). T-Paired was used to test pre-test and post-test results with significance > 0.05. The experimental group's ability to balance improved. The post-test score is 89.65, while the pre-test score is 72.59. It has been demonstrated that the 12-time gymnastics program helps children learn how to balance their movements. Learning gymnastics has an effect on kindergarten children' ability to improve their balance and movement skills. Repeated gymnastics exercises are helpful in helping kindergarten students improve their balance and movement skills.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on problems in learning in the development of physical motor skills, especially the gross motor skills of Asy Syaffa Kindergarten students. This study aims to determine the use of Si Buyung's gymnastics in improving gross motor skills in early childhood in Asy Syaffa Kindergarten. The experimental method was applied in this study by giving 14 treatments, including pretest and posttest. The research subjects were 24 students with the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This research instrument uses the Gross Motor Test, which consists of a 50-meter sprint test, Dodgin run, Standing Broad Jump test, Soft Ball Throw test, Wall Pass test, Medicine Ball put test. The results of hypothesis testing found that there was an effect of Si Buyung's gymnastics on the gross motor skills of early childhood. With the conclusion criteria t count > t table, 4,062 > 2,068 and the value of sig. 2-tailed 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted. So this study proves that Si Buyung's gymnastics can improve motoric movement in early childhood. The implications of this research are expected to be an alternative for kindergarten teachers as a learning approach to developing children's gross motor movements.
