Abstract

Sabun mandi merupakan salah satu produk yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap konsumen, sehingga hal ini menyebabkan produksi sabun mandi menjadi sangat tinggi dan persaingan yang sangat ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun Lifebuoy. Objek penelitian ini adalah santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim Seblak Diwek Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada 168 siswa.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun Lifebuoy pada santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim. (2) Kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun pelampung pada santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim. (3) Harga dan kualitas produk berhubungan secara simultan dan signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian sabun Lifebuoy pada santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim. Abstract

This research aims to determine: The influence work training and work overload on work productivity employees medic at hospital mother and child xyz Jombang. This resarch is a aprroach asosiatif resarch with quantitative research. The population in this study were whole permanent medic employees hospital mother and child xyz jombang. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a total sample of 76 employees. Data collection techniques using a quesstionnaire tha has been tested for validity and reliability. The classic assumption test includes the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, the autocorrelation test and the collinearity test. Multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of the t-test (partial)showed that the work training (X1) had a positive and significant effect on work productivity employees (Y) and the work overload (X2) had a positive significant effect on work productivity employees (Y). The result of the F test (simultaneous) showed that the work productivity (X1) and work overload (X2) as a whole had simultaneous and significant effect on work productivity (Y).Keywords: Work Training; Work Overload; Work Productivity

Abstract

Customer satisfaction in using services or services is influenced by price. The appeal of products or services cannot be released from prices such as money, time, cognitive activity, behavioral efforts, value and pricing. Prices are often used as a value indicator if the price is linked to a perceived benefit on an item or service. The producers or sellers strive to fulfill their needs and wishes and provide maximum satisfaction to the consumer. Customer satisfaction in using services or services is influenced by the price and quality of service. This research is done with quantitative, Data used primary and secondary data, research samples as many as 30 subscribers, The study used multiple linear regression analyses. The testing technique in this study is validity and reliability test, while the data analysis technique uses classical assumption test (normality test, heteroskedastisity, Multicolonierity, autocorrelation, Linieritas), while hypothesis test is T test, F test and coefficient of determination.. The results showed that: (1) The price has significant effect on customer satisfaction at Jasa Ekspedisi Krian. (2) Service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction Jasa Ekspedisi Krian  (3) The price and quality of service are simultaneously influential for customer satisfaction Jasa Ekspedisi Krian. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of high-performance work systems on employee engagement and employee resilience and also the effect of employee engagement on employee resilience. Literature studies are based on 23 international journals and data are collected using search engine methods. The results showed that high-performance work systems have a positive effect on employee engagement and employee resilience and employee resilience plays an important role in supporting this influence. If high performance work systems (HPWS) is implemented properly, the factors that influence it are considered, and there is a balance between the goals of the employee and the organization, then employee participation is in line with the company’s goals in building a superior company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine job demand, employee performance, and burnout. This study uses a literature study research method with a number of journals from previous researchers, and gets results that demand for work has a positive effect on burnout. This shows that job demand can cause fatigue with different initial syndromes according to the level of job demand received by each individual. Job requests have a negative effect on employee performance. The demand for work experienced can trigger individuals to implement their own potential. If job demands are not managed properly, it can worsen performance, so skills and ability training is needed to improve employee performance. Burnout has a negative effect on performance. Burnout experienced can be controlled because each individual has the ability or competence. Job demand has a positive effect on employee performance through fatigue. This means that burnout can mediate the direct effect of job demand on employee performance. Limitations in this study are only the literature review so it is necessary to conduct deeper research and analysis related to the variables of job demand, employee performance and fatigue. Looking at the differences and limitations in the results of previous studies, it is possible to examine and conduct further research on the relationship between these variables in future studies. The next research was conducted quantitative research with primary data sources through questionnaires and direct interviews, so as to find out how the relationship between work demand and employee performance through burnout.

Abstract

The discussion about employees as a source of driving the business needed in the correct and effective service of tourism activities is often ignored and has a negative impact on the company. Conversely, according to Dea et al (2016) good human resource management can improve the quality and achievement of employees which have a positive impact on the development and profits of the company. Employee work performance as one of the values and controls of human resources is a complex value possessed by employees that can be influenced by various things which can increase employee performance and can reduce the value of employee work performance which can harm the company. This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement on employee work performance, the workload on employee work performance, and employee placement and workload on employee work performance that occurs in the majority of companies with empirical study research validity journals from 2015 to 2020. The literature study is based on 20 empirical studies from national and international journals. Data was collected using search engine methods. The results showed that overall through the journals analyzed on average it states that direct employee placement has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the direct workload has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, and employee placement and workload simultaneously have an effect. significantly positive on employee performance.Keywords: Employee Placement; Employee Work Performance; Human Resources; Workload

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The population used is all permanent employees of CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung. Sampling technique using saturated sampling with the number of samples as many as 39 employees. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption tests include normality tests, heteroskedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests, coefficients of determination to determine how much influence independent variables have on dependent variables, as well as multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove research hypotheses. The results of the t (partial) test study showed that the recruitment system (X1) had a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on the CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung and the work environment (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze effect of work life balance and burnout on the work productivity of the employees of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Surabaya. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 60 employees. The data collection technique  was  carried  out  by observing,  distributing  questionnaires,  and  conducting interviews with several respondents. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. The findings in this study are that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and burnout has a negative and insignificant effect on work productivity. The suggestion that can be put forward in this research is that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Surabaya can be able to maintain policies that can facilitate the employees in increasing work life balance and trying not to make employees experience higher burnout. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of incentives and motivation on government employees performance. This research uses the quantitative method. The sample in this research used 59 government employees of the regional civil service agency Kabupaten Sidoarjo. This research used statistical analysis consists of validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear tests. The data is running by SPSS software version 20. The result of this research are incentives has a positive effect on government employee performance, but it is not significant. The result also show that motivation positively and significant on government employees performance. Afterwards, the test result also prove that incentives and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of government employees. In this case, may the regional civil service agency use incentives to increase motivation among the employee or regional civil service agency does further research on why incentives do not have a significant effect on government employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the elements that determine the success of an organization's goals. To achieve the goals of the organization then needs to be done is to give intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Referring to doing intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation then will result job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to know condition and influence intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. either through partial and simultant. Samples taken by 31 respondents with a saturated sample technique. Instrument of analysis used is validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17 software. The results of research showed that the condition of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and job satisfaction top rated by employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have strong influence on job satisfaction employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. either through partial and simultant
