Abstract

Penelitiannini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan dipPT. Bunga Jaya Jati Bintang Mojokerto. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, F dan R. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan di PT. Bunga Jaya Jati Bintang Mojokerto dengan nilai thitung 1,042 < ttabel 1,703 dengan nilai signifikan 0,306 > 0.05. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan di PT. Bunga Jaya Jati Bintang Mojokerto dengan nilai thitung 4,790 > ttabel 1,703 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05. (3) Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan di PT. Bunga Jaya Jati Bintang Mojokerto dengan nilai fhitung 44,518 > ftabel 3,35 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinieritas dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Reward (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y) dan variabel punishmen (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang tidak positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian uji F (simultan) menunjukkan hasil bahwa Reward (X1) dan punishment (X2) secara keseluruhan berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of person-job fit on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Adikara Jaya Sentosa,tbk. This research is a causal research that uses a quantitative approach, with a population consisting of 75 commercial division employees. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS3 software. This results of this study prove that person-job fit has a significant positive effect on employee performance, person-job fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates between person-job fit employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine what marketing strategy can be applied at Lokalate brand using SWOT analysis. This research uses a descriptive methodology by looking at the historical data from 2022. Data collection is acquired from secondary data and observation conducted on the brand environment. The data collected was then analyzed using the IFAS, EFAS, and the SWOT matrix. The result showed that the IFAS matrix obtained a strength value of 1,625 and a weakness value of 0,875. Indicates that the Lokalate brand utilizes more Strength rather than the weakness value. The EFAS matrix obtained an opportunity value of 1,5 and a threat value of 0,875, which indicates that the Lokalate brand occupies more significant opportunities than threats. Based on the SWOT analysis quadrant, Lokalate is in the first quadrant. Is the appropriate strategy for Lokalate to utilize its Strength and take advantage of any existing opportunities

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life. Adapting to changes and increasing one's knowledge is important to maintain the competitiveness and success of the company. The use of information technology also plays an important role in improving performance and productivity in the workplace. Knowledge sharing can help individuals to continuously update and improve their skills and improve work quality and efficiency. Crucial skills in the context of a constantly changing work environment, involve the ability of individuals to adjust their behavior and actions in response to changing situations and demands that arise in the work environment. This research uses positivism-based quantitative methods to test hypotheses by understanding the population and analyzing data quantitatively. The population is determined as individuals who are the subject of research, allowing researchers to make more accurate conclusions and meaningful recommendations. The sample used 116 students who took MBKM off campus. Investments in information technology and the development of a knowledge-sharing culture improve overall organizational performance. Information technology facilitates knowledge sharing between individuals, increasing adaptability to rapid changes in the work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job crafting on work engagement, with psychological empowerment as a mediating variable among employees of PT XYZ. The research uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, involving the entire population of 100 employees as respondents. Data were analysed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings reveal that job crafting does not have a significant direct effect on work engagement. However, job crafting has a positive and significant effect on psychological empowerment. Additionally, psychological empowerment positively and significantly influences work engagement. Importantly, the study finds that psychological empowerment serves as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between job crafting and work engagement. These results indicate that while job crafting alone may not directly enhance employee engagement, it can foster psychological empowerment, which in turn strengthens engagement. The study highlights the importance of psychological empowerment in the workplace, suggesting that organisations should focus on strategies that enhance employees’ sense of autonomy, competence, and impact to improve engagement levels. Overall, the research contributes to the understanding of employee motivation and engagement by emphasising the mediating role of psychological empowerment in organizational behaviour.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of person job fit on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 48 employees at PT Pegadaian Cabang Pembantu Dinoyotangsi Surabaya. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 49 respondents using a non-probability side technique with a saturated sample type. The statistical analysis used in this study is SEM PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The findings of this study indicate that person job fit has a significant effect on employee performance. Person job fit has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Employee performance. Job satisfaction in this study is able to mediate the influence of person job fit and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of work-life balance and work stress on work productivity. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression techniques with SPSS Version 26. The sample consisted of 43 respondents, drawn from employees of a pawnshop company in Surabaya, using a saturated sampling technique. The statistical results show that work-life balance does not significantly influence work productivity. Conversely, work stress has a significant positive impact on work productivity. Collectively, the statistical results indicate that work-life balance and work stress together have a significant positive influence on work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai non-ASN di Kantor Kecamatan Tambaksari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pegawai non-ASN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi yang diterima pegawai masih dinilai kurang memadai dan secara langsung memengaruhi motivasi serta disiplin kerja mereka. Disiplin kerja yang diterapkan mencakup ketepatan waktu, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan penyelesaian tugas tepat waktu, yang juga dipengaruhi oleh sistem pengawasan dan fasilitas pendukung. Pegawai mengharapkan perbaikan dalam hal kompensasi, sistem penghargaan yang adil, serta kebijakan disiplin yang tegas namun manusiawi untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kompensasi yang memadai dan disiplin kerja yang baik merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai non-ASN di kantor tersebut. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah perlunya perbaikan sistem kompensasi yang lebih adil dan kompetitif, serta penguatan penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten namun humanis. Organisasi disarankan untuk: (1) meninjau ulang struktur kompensasi dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja dan kinerja pegawai, (2) mengembangkan sistem reward and punishment yang transparan, dan (3) meningkatkan pengawasan berbasis pendampingan daripada sanksi. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi manajemen dalam merancang kebijakan SDM yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai non-ASN di sektor pemerintahan.

Abstract

Desa Cemandi merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan memiliki sejumlah potensi dan salah satunya adalah budidaya Aloe Vera. Tanaman ini dipilih untuk dibudidayakan karena perawatan yang cukup mudah dan cocok dengan iklim serta kondisi tanah di Desa Cemandi. Aloe Vera dapat diolah menjadi bermacam-macam produk, salah satunya adalah diolah menjadi minuman. Minuman Aloe Vera Squash memiliki potensi dan keunggulan yang besar karena memiliki rasa yang segar sehingga diharapkan dapat diterima oleh konsumen. Meskipun produk ini tergolong menarik, namun masih belum dikenal oleh masyarakat sekitar, apalagi masyarakat umum di luar wilayah Desa Cemandi. Program PKM ini ditujukan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dan berfokus pada pelatihan desain label serta pemasaran online. Pada pelatihan desain label akan diberikan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana membuat label yang informatif sehingga dapat memberikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Sedangkan untuk pelatihan pemasaran online, peserta akan mendapatkan materi mengenai bagaimana membuat foto yang dapat menarik perhatian konsumen. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan pelaku usaha dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat sekitar akan produk minuman andalannya yaitu minuman Aloe Vera Squash. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan penjualan minuman Aloe Vera Squash.Aloe Vera
