Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in Indonesia must be supported by universities. Street Vendors (PKL) as part of the Micro Small and Medium Entity (EMKM) Surabaya Mining Culinary Center is mostly as a 2017 Prolink Environmental Program pilot area which is demanded to be a competitive and productive EMKM in national and global markets for sustainable development which does not yet have knowledge about sustainability and K3. Community Service Activities (PKM) provide training on sustainability and basic OSH to go to SGDs given to 30 EMKM. This activity was carried out through the collaboration of the Mandiri FE Unesa PKM Team in collaboration with the Surabaya City Cooperative and UMKM Service, Surabaya City Fire Department. This activity aims to strengthen sustanainability behavior, by: providing knowledge about how to change sustainability behavior and basic K3. Activities consist of growing sustainability behaviors and basic K3. The results of the PKM activities showed that EMKM participants in the Surabaya Mining Culinary Center were able to apply sustainability and OSH behavior to their culinary business. Furthermore, it was suggested to all relevant parties to participate in strengthening the K3 and sustainability behavior of the culinary business EMKM in Surabaya Culinary Center to accelerate the achievement of SDGs.Keywords: Behavior, Sustainability, SDGs, K3, EMKM

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the institutions with the strategic potential to support national economic development, one of which is the development of modern industrial entrepreneurs in the boarding school setting. Many Islamic boarding schools have formed cooperatives, created small and medium-sized business units or industries, and had business incubators. In fact, they frequently disregard the records in the books of financial statements, making future business developments difficult to plan. This community service activity aims to provide solutions to problems encountered by Islamic boarding schools, such as business management management in terms of determining product selling prices, financial management by compiling simple financial reports, and ethics or norms in running a business in accordance with Islamic Sharia. The activity method is carried out in several stages, including observation and preparation, partner problem analysis, coordination, and training. The outcomes of this community service activity show that the majority of participants understand business management and business ethics. The routine activities of recording financial statements demonstrate their comprehension. Although some participants have not yet recorded financial statements on a regular basis, they have a strong desire to do so. Most of them believe that by regularly recording financial reports and adhering to business norms, they can help smooth and change the business mindset. This business management and business ethics training allows students and business actors at Mukmin Mandiri Islamic boarding school to manage their finances more neatly and orderly, as well as carry out their business activities more ethically.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan secara efektif dan efisien tergantung dari kinerja pegawainya. Upaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam organisasi dapat dilakukan dengan diberikannya pelatihan kerja yang efektif dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dan menggunakan kausal atau sebab akibat yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Sumber Alam Unggul Jombang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 39 orang.Teknik pengambilan sample adalah menggunakan teknik sample jenuh yang menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Software Program SPSS Versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sumber Alam Unggul Jombang, (2) Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sumber Alam Unggul Jombang, (3) Pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Sumber Alam Unggul Jombang. Sesuai dari hasil penelitian, maka disarankan kepada pimpinan guna memperhatikan kembali kebutuhan-kebutuhan dalam pelatihan dan memperhatikan lagi lingkungan kerja yan ada di perusahaan baik secara fisik maupun non fisik guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Kerja; Lingkungan Kerja; Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service program's goal is to assist communities affected by COVID-19 in overcoming food insecurity. Food security is critical at this time because, without it, the immune system required to prevent COVID-19 will not form. As a result, the chances of becoming infected with the coronavirus increase. The situation during the Covid-19 pandemic may result in limited access to food. Gayungan Subdistrict is one of the subdistricts in South Surabaya that has a high concentration of COVID-19 patients. The program's primary focus is on the children of orphanages in the South Surabaya area. The orphanage's donations will suffer as a result of the epidemic. This program is carried out by teaching people how to properly wash their hands to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and by providing essential food items such as rice, sugar, cooking oil, sardines, and milk. Aside from staple foods, this program also provides bath soap, hand soap, and detergent to keep the children at the orphanage clean. It is hoped that this activity will assist the community in maintaining their health, both in terms of food and the environment. Keywords: COVID-19, food security, Gayungan ABSTRAKTujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini  untuk membantu masyarakat terdampak COVID-19 untuk mengatasi ketahanan pangan. Masalah ketahanan pangan merupakan hal penting saat ini, karena tanpa ada ketahanan pangan maka imun tubuh yang dibutuhkan dalam pencegahan COVID-19 tidak akan terbentuk. Akibatnya dapat memperbesar kemungkinan terinfeksi virus corona tersebut. Situasi pada masa pademi Covid-19 dapat menyebabnya terbatasnya akses terhadap ketersediaan pangan. Kecamatan Gayungan merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang terletak di wilayah Surabaya Selatan di mana wilayah ini memiliki jumlah penderita COVID-19 cukup banyak. Target utama program adalah anak-anak panti asuhan yang berada di wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Dengan adanya wabah ini akan mempengaruhi donasi yang diberikan pada panti. Program dilaksanakan dengan memberikan edukasi cara mencuci tangan yang benar untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona dan memberikan bantuan bahan makanan pokok seperti beras, gula, minyak goreng, sarden dan susu. Selain bahan makanan pokok, program ini juga memberikan bantuan sabun mandi, sabun cuci tangan maupun detergen agar kebersihan lingkungan anak-anak panti tetap terjaga. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatannya baik dari segi makanan maupun dari segi lingkungan. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Ketahanan Pangan, Gayungan

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing that the company must consider because the employee's performance is expected to improve the company's quality as a whole. Several factors that can affect employee performance are work-life balance and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used is the total sample technique, with the total number of employees of Bank X as many as 46 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The statistical analysis of this research is PLS (Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment has successfully mediated the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance. The implications based on the research results show that companies must pay attention to time management for employees to create a good work-life balance. In addition, organizational commitment must also be considered because it can impact employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour through work engagement. This research is a quantitative study with 43 respondents. This research censused all populations of employees of PT. X. The analysis technique used in this study is the structural equation model partial least square with PLS software version 4.0. The analysis results obtained from this study indicate that transformational leadership and work engagement have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. Meanwhile, work engagement in this study has yet to be able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour. The leaders need to approach all employees according to the characteristics of each employee so that the delivery of input and directions can be more effective. In addition, it is necessary to have periodic supervision of employees' work so that employees will be more focused when working. Companies also need to involve employees in doing new things outside of work, such as accompanying apprentices or new employees during their orientation period, so employees get used to being open to everyone and accustomed to helping each other even outside their routine jobs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel citra merek, variabel kualitas produk serta variabel persepsi harga yang diteliti untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap variabel minat beli keripik buah Ramayana Fruits. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari Ramayana Fruits Kota Batu. Non Probability sampling dengan memakai sampling jenuh adalah cara dari pengambilan sampel yang terdiri dari 100 orang dari konsumen Ramayana Fruits Kota Batu. Kesimpulan penelitian: (1) Variabel Citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh pada minat beli keripik buah Ramayana Fruits Kota Batu, (2) Kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif pada minat beli keripik buah pada konsumen Ramayana Fruits Kota Batu, (3) variabel persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel minat beli keripik buah Ramayana Fruits Kota Batu, (4) Variabel citra merek, kualitas produk dan persepsi harga secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap minat beli keripik buah pada konsumen Ramayana Fruits Kota Batu. Hasil uji dari beberapa metode data menunjukkan hasil yang sudah baik dan mempunyai kategori nilai yang tinggi, akan tetapi berbanding terbalik dengan hasil dari olah data SPSS 22 uji koefisien determinasi (R2) yang bisa dikatakan kurang.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of work-life balance and perceived organisational support on employee engagement. The sampling used a saturated sample technique with 34 respondents from employment insurance service providers and a Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique with SPSS software version 25. The results showed that work-life balance has no significant impact on employee engagement. Work-life balance conditions in employees are not a vital factor in increasing employee engagement with the company. Whereas when viewed on variables, perceived organisational support significantly and positively impacts employee engagement. The higher the perceived corporate support in employees, the more employee engagement with the company. Furthermore, the test results prove that work-life balance and perceived organisational support significantly and positively impact employee engagement. Based on research, companies need to consider how perceived organisational support is owned by their employees, such as holding evaluations of each division, monthly meetings, and the best employee of the month program so that later it can increase employee engagement with the company.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an essential factor in human resource management. Several factors that can affect job satisfaction are organizational culture and teamwork. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction through teamwork for employees in the production division at PT X. This study uses quantitative analysis with a total population of 139 employees consisting of 3 teams, there are gross production, evisceration, and net production. The total sample in this study was 40 respondents from the production division. The statistical analysis of this research is PLS (Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on teamwork, teamwork has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and teamwork has successfully mediated the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of production employees at PT X.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important factors that need to be optimized by the company in order to achieve the company's vision and mission. Job satisfaction is an individual's feelings and assessments about his job, such as job conditions, and the influence of work in meeting his expectations, and needs. PT X offers the best service for its customers. Therefore, PT X highly prioritizes the human resources within the company to provide the best service to the customer. The phenomenon that exists at PT Persada in the last three years before the pandemic, namely in 2017 to 2019, has significantly decreased the number of customer departing. In this study using quantitative research methods conducted at the head office of PT X located in Surabaya. Research using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. This research used the entire population as sampling which is 77 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, researchers found that competence does not significantly affect job satisfaction at PT X. Then, researchers found that competence has a significant effect on motivation in employees of PT X. Later on, testing, researchers found that motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction in employees of PT X. Last, researchers found that Competence has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Motivation. In terms of practice, companies should pay more attention to employee job satisfaction to increase employee competence and motivation so that they can help companies achieve their goals.
