Abstract

Early marriage is a reproductive health problem that risk adolescents whose increased significantly during this pandemic. Seeing the various impacts, promotive and preventive efforts need to be done the increasing of early marriage, one of which is health education. Health education can be done by utilizing technological developments, including social media Instagram. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health education through Instagram in increasing adolescent knowledge about early marriage. This type of research is a pre-experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample was 80 students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Saptosari with purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted in July 2022 and data collection was carried out online using a google form questionnaire and then data analysis using the wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was a difference in the average value of adolescent knowledge before (pre-test) and after (post-test) given health education about early marriage through Instagram, which was 61.14 before being given the intervention and increased to 82.95 after being given the intervention. With the Wilcoxon test results obtained a value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that health education through Instagram can increase adolescent knowledge about early marriage.

Abstract

Limbah rumah tangga atau greywater di lingkungan Margorejo, Surabaya umumnya dibuang langsung tanpa pengolahan di saluran drainase, sehingga menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Air limbah ini mempunyai kandungan BOD5 sebesar 54,2 mg/L dan COD sebesar 276 mg/L. Tingginya nilai BOD5 dan COD dapat menurunkan kandungan oksigen terlarut, sehingga dapat menggangu ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan sistem biocontact dalam menurunkaan kandungan BOD5 dan COD pada saluran drainase. Jenis Penelitian ini quasi experiment. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan media batu sungai, ijuk, kerikil, karbon aktif sebagai biocontact pada pengolahan greywater dalam menurunkan kandungan BOD5 dan COD. Lama kontak greywater dalam tangki biocontact adalah 3 hari, dan sampel diambil dari tangki biocontact sebanyak 3 kali perhari. Data BOD5 dan COD diolah dengan menyajikan tabel kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian kandungan BOD5 dan COD antara inlet dan outlet menunjukkan penurunan masing-masing hingga 46,7 mg/L dan 79,4 mg/L dalam waktu 72 jam. Biocontact  efektif untuk menurunkan kadar BOD5 dan COD dalam limbah greywater yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji sudah sesuai Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Timur 72/2013, Lampiran III Nomor 4 Tentang Baku Mutu Limbah Domestik BOD5, 30 mg/L  dan COD 50 mg/L. Oleh karena itu, disarankan pada pemangku kepentingan di lingkungan Margorejo Surabaya untuk dapat meenggunakan biocontact dalam mengolah limbah greywater dengan pertimbangan efisiensi biaya dan penggunaan yang mudah. Kemudian, disarankan juga untuk melakukan proses seeding dan aklimatisasi dengan lebih lama selama 2 minggu hingga beberapa bulan agar proses seeding dan aklimatisasi mencapai kondisi lebih optimal.

Abstract

The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as a Mediating Variable (Study of Probolinggo Regency Manpower Service Employees). This research was conducted at the Probolinggo Regency Manpower Office. The population used in this research was all permanent employees of the Probolinggo Regency Manpower Service, totaling 55 people. The sample in this study was aimed at permanent employees of the Probolinggo Regency Manpower Service. Then the sample size in this study was not large, so the author took the entire population, namely 55 permanent employees of the Probolinggo Regency Manpower Service to get a better level of accuracy.

Abstract

Background: Discovered over 200 million children below five years is not developing according to age. Bantul districtin the year 2008 there is still early detection of growth that have not reached 100%, based on data from at thePHC Imogiri I 78,88%, PHC Imogiri II82,06%. While the number of babies who are given exclusive breast feedingat the PHC Imogiri I 45,75% and PHC Imogiri II19,59%. In the area of PHC Imogiri I, found delays in the developmentof age-appropriate or not is in the village of Wukirsari 6 of 284 infants, in the village of Girirejo 2 of 50 infants,in the village of Karangtalun 3 of 7 infants, and in the village of Imogiri 1 of 42 such infants and there 5 infants whoexperience age-appropriate development was not on fine motor development.Objective: To determine the correlation grant of age complementary feeding with interference trend growth finemotor in the area of work Public Health Center Imogiri I, Bantul, Yogyakarta.Method: The study was an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The subjects were 0-12 month-old babyat the PHC Imogiri I sample as many as 413 infants with 133 infants using a quota sampling technique. This is achecklist of research instruments and sheet DDST II. Analysis of data using multivariate statistical test that is chisquare with significancy 0,05 level.Results: The proportion of infants who were given complementary feeding before the age of 6 months was 26,3%,infants who experienced fine motor development according to age as much as 73,3%. The magnitude of risk infantsexperiencing fine motor developmental delay infants who were given complementary feeding before the age of 6months was 31,4% and the risk of infants experiencing fine motor developmental delay infants given complementaryfeeding 6 months starting from the age of 6,1%.Conclusion: The administration of the complementary feeding before the age of 6 months are risk factors of theoccurrence of fine motor development disorders in infants.Keywords: Giving Complementary Feeding, Fine Motor Development

Abstract

Background: According to UNFPA research and BKKBN in Yogyakarta in 1999, it discovered that woman respondent in the range of age 59 years old with different background, said that they won’t make sex with their husband and let them to have affair.Objective: This research was taken to describe the sexual activity for the overage in Saragan, Pandowoharjo, Sleman.Methode: It used qualitative method with the kind of research was descriptive research. It took place in Saragan, Pandowoharjo Sleman on May until June 2014. The research subject was the old people of the range of age was up to 60 years old. The informan in this research are 7 old people, 4 women and 3 men. The researcher took research based on behavior, attitude, subjevtive norm and the intention of the old people about sexual activity. The data was collected by using in-depth interview.Result: The result of the research showed that the woman respondent were still doing kiss, hug, and have sex. And all the man respondent hadn’t done sex anymore. Half of the woman respondents had positive attitude about sexual activity but all of the man respondents have negative attitude to activity sexual. All of the respondent point of view were influenced by their couple, family, myth about the tumors, and workshop. All of women respondent had the intention of making sex and the man respondent hadn’t it.Conclusion: All the woman respondents were still doing kiss, hug, and have sex. And the man respondent hadn’t done sexual activity anymore.Keywords: Sexual behavior, attitudes toward sexual activity, intentions, overage

Abstract

Background: Growth is affected by internal and external factors. External factor consistof postnatal factor, one of them is nutrition including breastmilk. Nutritional elementsbecome the most dominan influence in children’s growth, especially in early life up to 12month. The coverage of Exclusive Breastfeeding (EBF) in Jetis Public Health Center are77,11%, but the prevalence of fat toddler and skinny toddler also high (9,82% and8,02%).Objective: Knowing the association of EBF and baby’s growth in working area ofPuskesmas Jetis.Method: This study was an observational with crossectional design. This studyconducted in May 2019. Sample were 59 babies aged 6-9 months old. Samplingtechnique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis using chi square with alpa 0,05.Result: Among 44 babies who got exclusive breastfeed, 97,7% of them experiencenormal growth. While among 15 babies who didn’t get exclusive breastfeed, 66,7% ofthem experience normal growth. From chi square test obtained significant result betweenEBF and baby’s growth with p value=0,003, RP=1,4 with CI 95% (1,022-2,103).Conclution: EBF increase the normal growth of babies aged 6-9 months old in JetisPublic Health Center area by 1,4 times.Keywords: relationships, exclusive breastfeeding, growth
