Abstract

Raw material costs are an important part of company operations, so we need a system that can accurately present raw material cost data which will be used as consideration for the company in making decisions. The system that is currently running at Kinaya Residence still uses a manual system so it is difficult to find accurate information. Based on the results of preliminary research, it can be concluded that in processing raw material costs using the cost of order method with the following characteristics 1) The nature of production is intermittent depending on on orders received, 2) The shape of the product depends on the specifications of the customer, 3) Collection of production costs is done on the order cost card, 4) the total production cost is calculated after the order is completed, 5) The production cost per unit is calculated, by dividing the total production cost by the total units ordered, 6) Accumulated costs generally use normal costs, 7) Products that have been completed are immediately handed over to the customer. Then to design a raw material cost allocation system that uses traditional methods with the programming language used is Hypertext Preprocessor. With this information system for allocating raw material costs, it is hoped that the presentation of financial reports about raw materials in companies can be done easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Polusi yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi dan konsumsi manusia telah menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Maka itu, pemerintah kini mencanangkan sebuah konsep ekonomi sirkular atau konsep yang lebih baru dari ekonomi linier tradisional. Berdasarkan hasil observasi melalui proses wawancara di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Cirebon diidentifikasi permasalahan berupa sulitnya nasabah bank sampah dalam mendapatkan informasi berkenaan dengan harga standar jual sampah. Permasalahan lain yang ditemukan adalah sistem pencatatan yang tidak sinkron antara pencatatan saldo dan deposit di sisi Nasabah dan pencatatan disisi pengelola Bank dari hasil penjulan sampah yang dilakukan oleh nasabah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan sampah berbasis Teknologi Informasi agar pencatatan keuangan dan distribusi informasi lebih optimal dan mudah diakses dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall karena beberapa kelebihan yang ditawarkan diantaranya proses pengembangan dengan pendekatan secara bertahap mulai dari fase identifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan perangkat lunak, design, pengujian hingga perawatan system. Abstract

Tegal Wangi Village is a partner location in this service. A case that often occurs in this village is difficulty in accessing health information and education services. The Tegal Wangi Village community has long faced obstacles in obtaining relevant information regarding their health conditions, especially when it comes to questions about their health conditions. Apart from that, educational issues are also the focus of this service, with gaps in access to education affecting the understanding and knowledge of the people in this village. Based on the discussion of community service that has been described, then the conclusion with the theme "Assistance in the Development of the Etakon Application in Tegal Wangi Village, Cirebon Regency" is as follows. The Tegal Wangi Village website is successful implemented using the 5 stages of the Waterfall model, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Planning was carried out by collecting data, which resulted in 4 functional requirements and 2 user access. Web page design using the Data Flow Diagram model. Database design using the Entity model Relationship Diagrams. The implementation phase is carried out using the Laravel framework with a Model, View and Controller based development scheme. The application that has been built has been tested using the black box testing method in accordance with the user's access rights. Based on the results of black box testing, it can be seen that the expected results from testing items and deleting data are valid scenarios. Then, community service activities can help village officials become digitally literate in accordance with the target of Cirebon district.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the educational paradigm globally, presenting major challenges for educational institutions throughout the world. Cendikia Vocational High School (SMK) in Cirebon City is no exception. This research aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the situation at Cendikia Vocational School, Cirebon City during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially related to the implementation of Hybrid Learning Training (Darmin et al., 2022). In this analysis, we will explore partner locations and cases that have occurred, social and cultural aspects that influence education, specific problems faced, methods or approaches used in community service, and the implications of the results of this service. The results of community service, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the education sector to adapt and evolve quickly. One significant response was the introduction of a hybrid learning system at Cendikia Vocational School, Cirebon City. By combining online and face-to-face learning, this approach allows students to remain involved in the learning process even in limited situations. The results of this Hybrid Learning training show that this learning method is able to meet students' needs effectively. Students experience increases in active engagement, ability to adapt to technology, and independent learning skills. Apart from that, educators also reported that they were able to provide material in a more structured and interactive manner. The experience of implementing Hybrid Learning at Cendikia Vocational School, Cirebon City provides valuable insight for the education sector in the future. This shows that despite major challenges such as the pandemic, innovation and adaptation are key to ensuring that education continues to provide maximum benefits for students. By continuing to improve and develop hybrid learning models, we can prepare future generations to face challenges more prepared and capable.

Abstract

The marketing activity of new student admissions is one of the efforts undertaken by a university to maintain its existence in order to remain known and gain interest from the wider community. From the results of observations made at the research location, marketing activities carried out so far are still carried out in the same way from year to year without distinguishing the characteristics of the target prospective registrants, so the marketing pattern undertaken is not necessarily effective for all prospective applicants who have different characteristics - different . Therefore, it is necessary to make an effort to target target applicants based on certain characteristics to facilitate the determination of strategies and marketing patterns for new student admissions. The aim of this research is to group students' spread data using Machine Learning Technology approach using Clustering technique. This research resulted in the grouping of registrants in the admission activities of new students divided into 3 cluster groups, namely cluster 1 by 11%, cluster 2 by 56% and cluster 3 by 33%.

Abstract

Interactive video is a technology for sending electronic signals from a moving image that can describe information which in the process occurs 2-way communication between multimedia and users. This research started from the problems encountered, namely the number of elementary school students who still do not know and do not understand the human organs. The method used is the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The use of interactive video based on 2D animation is expected to attract students so they don't get bored while learning using video. The applications used to create these interactive learning videos are Corel Draw X7 for creating digital sketches and Adobe After Effects for editing digital sketches into a video. The results in this study are interactive learning videos about human organs. Learning videos can be used by students so that they can increase student interest in learning because there are 2D animations and interactions with users and can be used anytime and anywhere. So it can be concluded that this learning video received a very good response from students because it is effectively used when studying at school and at home. Respondents were taken as many as 50 students. The results of this study obtained an increase in student understanding from 40% of students or as many as 20 students to 76% or as many as 38 students. There was an increase of 36%.

Abstract

The problem that occurs at the State Elementary School 1 Wotgali is that the registration process for new students is still manual, so prospective students sometimes have difficulty getting information to carry out the registration process. This study uses the waterfall method, coding at this stage the author designs the database and interface in the programming language using html, php and css languages. The purpose of this study is to build a computerized New Student Admission Information System. With the creation of this information system, it is hoped that data input, registrant data filtering, are carried out more practically. Faster search and presentation of information, thereby increasing effectiveness and minimizing errors that have occurred before. The test results show the application runs well from registration, registration confirmation, and print registration.

Abstract

Cash management applications are used to store transaction data and create cash in and cash out reports that are more effective than using books. However, currently no usability testing has been carried out so it is quite difficult to determine future application development steps. The aim of this research is to measure the level of usefulness of an Android-based cash management application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, namely a 10-question Likert scale questionnaire distributed to respondents with the final result being a score of 0-100. The number of respondents was 15 people who were CV employees. Jaya Mukti. This test was carried out to determine the level of user convenience and satisfaction. The results of the research obtained a score of 84.7, this score shows a percentile level of 96%, Grade Scale A, Acceptability Ranges are in the Acceptable category, meaning acceptable, and the Adejctive Rating is in the Excellent category. If correlated with NPS, it falls into the promoter category, meaning users will recommend the application. These results show that the application can be accepted by users and is very good and above the established usability value standards. This research also produced 4 recommendations for improvement based on the results of questionnaire answers so that they can be used as evaluation for future application development.

Abstract

Mega Baja Cipondoh, a construction material store in Tangerang, is experiencing suboptimal sales and revenue decline. This research addresses the issue through Fp-Growth algorithm application in sales data analysis using RapidMiner. With a minimum Support of 0.002, minimum Confidence of 0.8, and lift value of 1, six significant association rules are identified. For instance, 10.4% of transactions involve purchasing both Hollo Galvanis and Pipa Galvanis. Customers buying Hollo Galvanis have a 9.6 times higher chance of also purchasing Pipa Galvanis, achieving a 100% success rate. Implementation of these findings is expected to enhance Mega Baja Cipondoh's sales strategy, optimize sales, and improve customer satisfaction, laying the groundwork for future developments in construction material sales data analysis.
