Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet. about the Olive plant. This research method is qualitative through the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches with chemical analysis. The result and discussion of this research is that the olive plant was popular at the time of the Prophet, and is known in the world of modern medicine, and has been proven through medical research. The conclusion of this research is takhrij and syarah hadith of the Prophet. about the Olive plant with chemical analysis which has various good benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari no. 5298 about ruqyah which is one way to cure hypnosis. In this hadith, the case that occurred at the time of the Prophet was a former disease caused by ain, but this hadith is relevant to be used as the basis for ruqyah treatment due to hypnosis. This study uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes literature study through the takhrij and syarah hadith methods. The results of the research and discussion show that the hadith that describes the healing of hypnotized victims with authentic quality ruqyah based on takhrij, so that the hadith is accepted and can be used as evidence. The syarah of this hadith explains that the Messenger of Allah ordered to ruqyah people who were affected by diseases caused by the glare of the evil eye (ain's disease). From this study it can be concluded that this hadith can be used as a reference in carrying out ruqyah as an effort to heal victims of hypnosis. This study recommends further research using qualitative methods with a field study approach to prove the effectiveness of ruqyah on victims of hypnosis.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about being alert to anger. The Prophet forbade a person to be angry with many narrations. This study uses a qualitative method through a literature study applying the takhrij hadith and syarah hadith methods through contemporary analysis. The result of this study is the discovery of the quality of the hadith about the virtue of holding anger, namely the status of authenticity according to ijma 'ulama. The conclusion of this study is the hadith of the Prophet which forbids anger in other words holding his anger will avoid the lust made by the devil because in fact anger is from the actions of the devil, guarding the hearts of others above our anger so that there is no interference between the two parties, practicing patience and fortitude heart.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas makna tasawuf cinta dalam kisah Layla Majnun karya Nizami Ganjavi, seorang penyair yang melahirkan banyak karya-karya sastra dari Azerbaijan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif-analitis. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, sebagaiman definisi tasawuf cinta oleh para sufi tersohor, tasawuf cinta adalah maqam mahabbah, yaitu suatu tahap kedekatan dengan Tuhan melalui cinta. Tasawuf cinta yang terkandung dalam kisah Layla Majnun antara lain adalah peleburan dengan yang dicinta hulul, konsep kemanunggalan, sikap mujahadah yaitu bersungguh-sungguh dalam mengejar cinta, dan tawakal yaitu berserah diri atas takdir. Dan makna tasawuf cinta ini tergambar dalam setiap untaian kalimat dan kata yang Nizami tuliskan dalam kisah ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat makna tasawuf cinta dalam kisah Layla Majnun. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada berbagai pihak agar dapat lebih memahami makna tasawuf cinta sebagai cara mendekatkan diri kepada sang pencipta, salah satunya dengan memaknai kisah Layla Majnun ini yang semoga dapat menjadi faktor pendukung untuk lebih mudah dalam memahaminya.

Abstract

This paper examines mental health and moral education from the perspective of psychology by Robert Frager. The object of this research is literature. So that this research can be categorized as library research [1], in this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The primary data in this study is the work of Robert Frager, “Heart, Self, & Soul: The Sufi Psychology of Growth, Balance, and Harmony, published by Theological Publishing House, Wheaton, 1999. This study found that according to Robert Frager, mental health can be achieved by how to practice the five spiritual paths, namely, way of heart, mind, group, service, and remembrance. In addition, the author also finds that according to Robert Frager, moral education can be carried out by simultaneously integrating the three spiritual organs of man, namely, heart, self, and soul.

Abstract

This paper purpose is to determine how the concept of the value of Sufism in Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School Tasikmalaya. Second, how to apply the values of Sufism of the Idrisiyyah Tarekat in developing the character of the students of the Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School Tasikmalaya.this paper used qualitative method which data source from observation, interview, and literatures that related with the topic. The research result shows that Idrisiyyah as a religious institution engaged in an effort to develop the character of the students emphasizes on three religious pillars namely Faith, Islam, Ihsan, in the pattern of Sufism put forward Sufism amali oriented to Tazkiyyah annafsh (cleansing of the soul) tashfiyah al-qalb (building a positive character), and tahdzib al-akhlaq (building akhlakul karimah) trying to instill a positive character for the santri. One of the efforts to handle santri not be deceived by the world is with cultivation of sufistic values guided directly by Mursyid Tarekat Idrisiyyah namely Sheikh Akbar Muhammad Fathurrahman. Dhikr gives meaning to self-awareness which then encourages him consciously and with full responsibility to continue his dynamic life mission of giving meaning through righteous deeds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how job satisfaction and work-family conflict (WFC) affect employee satisfaction and their intention to leave PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor Cikarang. Conflict between the demands of family life and work can affect job satisfaction and intention to leave. Data collected from 94 employees were analyzed using quantitative multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that WFC significantly influenced intention to leave, while job satisfaction significantly influenced intention to leave. If an employee faces significant work-family conflict, they are likely to have low levels of job satisfaction and may leave the company. These results demonstrate the importance of managing work-family conflict and striving to increase job satisfaction to lower turnover. Based on the results of this study, this research helps human resource management in creating policies that reduce turnover and create a more balanced work environment.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Pagar Nusa, an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in Indonesian traditional martial arts, in realizing a moderate society. Pagar Nusa is dedicated to exploring, developing and preserving the Nahdlatul Ulama martial art, which has deep spiritual and cultural values. This study uses a field approach, including a type of qualitative research. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation to explore the programs implemented by Pagar Nusa in fostering moderation. Data analysis techniques are processed, presented, and inference or validation. Through training, competitions and seminars, Pagar Nusa aims to introduce pencak silat to the broader community and educate the younger generation about the importance of cultural heritage and ethical self-defence skills. This study emphasizes the principles of religious moderation, such as balance, justice, kindness, and wisdom, which form the basis of Pagar Nusa's activities. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of how pencak silat can be an effective instrument in promoting moderation and fighting radicalism in a multicultural society which ultimately encourages positive social change.
