Abstract

Gereja Kristen Injili Harapan Abepura Papua processes data by conventionally collecting congregational and inventory data and recapitulating it in Microsoft Excel. This process causes the data not to be up-to-date, the process of adding inefficient data and data that is vulnerable to lose. Information systems are solutions in data management.  A Data and inventory system was created to help the process of efficient data management at GKI Harapan. The waterfall is used to develop the system, consisting of requirements, design, testing, integration, and maintenance.  System Modeling Methods using UML with PHP programming language using codeigniter framework and MySQL as database. The research results in system development have been carried out well and are used at GKI Harapan Abepura.

Abstract

Kabupaten Supiori terdiri dari wilayah merupakan daerah cagar alam sebesar 76%. Hal ini memerlukan informasi geospasial yang detail untuk proses pembangunan, tanpa meninggalkan masyarakat adat dan penguasaan tanah, serta pengelolaan lahan. Peta Geospasial yang detail dibutuhkan untuk manajemen wilayah dengan optimal. Kampung Fanindi merupakan salah satu kampung yang paling cepat berkembang di daerah distrik supiori selatan. Perkembangan kampung ini berdampak pada pemanfaatan lahan hutan Lindung. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan secara spasial batas wilayah dengan detail, berdasarkan citra menggunakan wahana drone. Tujuannya adalah menginventarisasi penggunaan lahan disuatu area dengan lebih detail dan valid. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di kampung fanindi diawali dengan survey ke lokasi, persiapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, persiapan alat dan terakhir pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan diberikan dalam bentuk dokumen baik soft file dan hardfile serta di presentasikan kepada stakeholder yang ada.

Abstract

eRaport merupakan salah satu bagian yang mendukung stakeholder di sekolah dalam mendokumentasikan hasil penilaian belajar. Dimasa pandemik, eRaport dapat menjawab kebutuhan siswa dalam mengetahui hasil pembelajaran, juga tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Meskipun demikian, sampai saat ini penulis belum menemukan aplikasi raport online yang ada di wilayah Jayapura, maupun daerah rural lainnya di Papua yang dapat menolong siswa dalam penerapan pembelajaran online yang lebih transparan dan dapat diakses dari mana saja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah prototype Raport elektronik, yang dapat menolong siswa untuk melihat hasil pendidikannya kapanpun dan dimanapun ingin diakses. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan maintenance.  Pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language dan Pengujian menggunakan Blackbox testing. Aplikasi berhasil dilakukan dengan pengisian berupa data deskriptif dan menghasilkan laporan secara real-time yang dapat diakses oleh siswa kapanpun dan dimanapun.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service was to disseminate knowledge on Data Science to lecturers and students enrolled in the Information Systems Program Study at Cenderawasih University. Through a webinar series, participants learned about the importance of data science and analytics. This initiative aims to integrate Data Science into the curriculum, which is currently in its final stages. The introduction of a Data Science course expects to enhance the competencies of human resources in Papua, supporting the developmental efforts of the Indonesian Government. Feedback from participants indicates their satisfaction with the speakers, fulfillment of expectations, and acquisition of new knowledge. Considering their input, the upcoming activity will organize as a workshop.

Abstract

The problem with the Youth Fellowship at GKI I.S Kijne Abepura congregation is that they do not have the skills and abilities to use information technology for digital marketing. The purpose of the Uncen PNBP service in 2022 is to transfer science and technology for PAM at GKI Congregation I.S Kijne Abepura so that they can increase innovation, skills and abilities in conducting digital marketing. Community service activities are carried out using lecture, discussion, question and answer methods, practice, and evaluation. The stages of implementation include planning, conducting training, evaluating activities, and reporting. Abstract

In competitive sports, various factors influence the outcome of the game. It is believed that the mental toughness dimension is an aspect that contributes greatly to sports achievement in practice. However, unfortunately the condition of mental aspects of teenage athletes in Papua is limited explored. Therefore, the purpose of this community service was to provide assistance for the local government of Papua Province, especially the Sports and Youth Division, in providing information on the mental toughness conditions of adolescent athletes at PPLP/D Papua. The activity was carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and reporting. The results of the service found that the confidence dimension appeared to be greater than the other dimensions, while the commitment dimension was the dimension with the lowest value.  For other dimensions such as positive cognition, constancy, and control were relatively in the middle. In general, the pattern of mental toughness of Papuan youth athletes appears disproportionate. Thus, mental coaching or training should provide to improve the mental quality of athletes

Abstract

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Cenderawasih, regularly selects outstanding students every year. Currently, the process of selecting outstanding students is carried out conventionally which results in the emergence of several problems such as missing data, ineffective report management, and data vulnerability. Decision support systems (DSS) are computer systems that help manage data into information that can help make the right decisions. The profile matching method is a method in SPK that compares individual competitions to award competitions so that the differences in competition (also called gaps) can be identified. The Decision Support System for Selection of Outstanding Students Using the Profile Matching Method is made web-based so that it is more dynamic in interoperability and supports multiplatform ecosystems. This system is created using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter framework, and MySQL database. Based on the test results, it was concluded that the system with these 4 actors (administrator, study program head, jury and students) could run well, using the black box testing system. The parameters used in analyzing the profile matching of outstanding students are GPA, Scientific Writing, English Language Proficiency, Other Skills, Student Semester and the organization joined. By adding the weighting, the appropriate profile matching is obtained.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many aspects of life. In education, the conventional learning process has drastically changed to online. Schools with good resources and infrastructure, of course, can quickly adapt. However, schools with limited infrastructure, as well as low teacher skills, are a challenge. This research is to study the implementation of e-learning in online kindergarten classes from the existing conditions, challenges, and learning strategies that will be applied in PAUD schools in Jayapura City. The results of this study can be used as a reference in making decisions for implementing more effective online learning at the PAUD level. To gather data, a survey was conducted among 20 kindergarten and early childhood teaching staff in Jayapura City using a combination of methods, including contacting the schools, WhatsApp, and Google Forms. The findings reveal that the kindergarten-level teaching staff are predominantly women, aged between 24 and 54 years, with the majority falling within the age range of 35-53 years. The study also highlights the importance of e-learning in the current pandemic, as it enables teachers to document the educational process, remain organized, and provide more effective support to students amid distance restrictions and other challenges. The study results show that e-learning is essential to be prepared, especially during a pandemic. The willingness to engage in e-learning can help teachers document the educational process, be more organized, and be more helpful to students amid distance restrictions and other effects. However, teachers still need training to improve skills related to digital literacy. The training is more on multimedia to support learning and create exciting learning content with Multimedia.

Abstract

Abstract Live Streaming is a form of technological development allowing online learning. To be able to accommodate online learning preparation. This Recording and Streaming Training activity using OBS Studio aims to support online learning about socialization and publication on social media. This activity is carried out by presentation method and direct workshops. The activity begins with preparation, implementation and evaluation. They can implement OBS Studio based on participant input, from the preparation stage equipment installation to recording and streaming. Some activities require looping independently, including merging with the Zoom application Abstrak Live Streaming merupakan dampak dari perkembangan Teknologi yang memungkinkan proses pembelajaran secara daring. Untuk dapat mengakodir persiapan pembelajaran secara online. Kegiatan Pelatihan Recording dan Streaming menggunakan OBS Studio ini bertujuan untuk menunjang pembelajaran secara daring mengenai sosialisasi, dan publikasi di media sosial. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode presentasi dan serta workshop secara langsung. Kegiatan diawali dengan persiapan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi. Berdasarkan masukan peserta, mereka dapat mengimplementasikan OBS Studio mulai dari tahapan persiapan,instalasi alat, hingga recording dan streaming. Beberapa aktivitas memerlukan perulangan agar dapat dikerjakan dengan mandiri, termasuk penggabungan dengan aplikasi Zoom.

Abstract

Pelatihan manajemen website dan Sosial Media di Kabupaten Keerom bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan potensi Kabupaten secara online. Sebagai salah satu kabupaten di daerah paling luar, dan berbatasan dengan Negara Papua New Guinea, Pemerintah Kabupaten Keerom perlu menampilkan informasi yang menyeluruh mengenai potensi daerah serta profile lain yang dianggap penting. Analisis sistem dilakukan dengan metode PIECES  Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan dilakukan dengan dengan pendekatan wawancara,Pengembangan Website itu sendiri serta workshop kepada beberapa pegawai yang bertuhas. Pendampingan dilakukan selama setahun. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut berupa website dan akun sosial media . Dengan adanya website proses penyebaran informasi dapat lebih mudah, sehingga potensi yang dimiliki, dapat tersampaikan kepada masyarakat luas secara online. Hasil implementasi, diperoleh bahwa website perlu mengalami peningkatan untuk faktor performa, informasi dan layanan
