Abstract

Intisari— PT. Braja Mukti Cakra merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang menghasilkan produk komponen (machined products) yang berpresisi tinggi, berupa komponen otomotif di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. Braja Mukti Cakra berada pada gudang bahan baku, dimana peletakan bahan baku yang belum optimal dikarenakan tidak adanya penamaan dan pembagian jenis material bahan baku pada rak atau pallet yang ada digudang. Hal ini menyebabkan operator kesulitan dalam mencari bahan baku yang akan dikirim ke lantai produksi dan mengakibatkan waktu pengambilan bahan baku menjadi lama sehingga akan terjadi keterlambatan dalam pengiriman ke lantai produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang model simulasi perbaikan tata letak gudang bahan baku dari area penyimpanan ke pintu keluar gudang yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi waktu pengambilan bahan baku dan waktu perpindahan bahan baku. Pada penelitian ini langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah mengevaluasi tata letak gudang bahan baku menggunakan checksheet untuk mengetahui kondisi gudang bahan baku saat ini dan menggunakan peta aliran proses pengambilan bahan baku untuk mengetahui aliran proses pengambilan bahan baku. Selanjutnya dibuat model simulasi awal tata letak gudang bahan baku untuk memahami sistem aktual tersebut. Model yang telah dibangun kemudian diverifikasi dan divalidasi. Jika model dinyatakan valid, dilakukan perbaikan terhadap permasalahan yang ada dengan memperbaiki tata letak gudang bahan baku dan penempatan bahan baku yang ada dengan menggunakan metode shared storage sebagai usulan tata letak gudang bahan baku. Penempatan baku baku, memperhatikan bahan baku yang memiliki tujuan yang sama dan dibuat ke dalam rak atau pallet yang sama maupun letaknya berdekatan antara rak atau pallet yang satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga mendapatkan waktu yang lebih singkat dalam proses pengiriman. Jumlah usulan perbaikan pada tata letak gudang bahan baku adalah 3 usulan. Usulan pertama adalah penambahan material handling, usulan kedua menggunakan metode shared storage dan usulan ketiga menggunakan metode shared storage dan penambahan material handling. Untuk pemilihan usulan terbaik digunakan metode benferonni dan menggunakan hasil evaluasi checksheet. Usulan yang terbaik adalah usulan ketiga dengan waktu pengambilan bahan baku dan perpindahan bahan baku ke pintu keluar gudang yaitu sebesar 71.18 jam. Dibandingkan dengan model simulasi awal yang memiliki waktu pengambilan bahan baku dan perpindahan bahan baku ke pintu keluar gudang sebesar 122.23 jam. Dari usulan terbaik ini diperoleh penghematan waktu sebesar 51.05 jam atau sebesar 41.76 %. Abstract— PT. Braja Mukti Cakra is a company engaged in manufacturing that produces high-precision machined products, in the form of automotive components in Indonesia. The problems that occur in PT. Braja Mukti Cakra is in a raw material warehouse, where the laying of raw materials is not optimal due to the absence of naming and distribution of types of raw materials on shelves or pallets in the warehouse. This causes the operator difficulty in finding raw materials to be sent to the production floor and results in a long time for taking raw materials so that there will be delays in delivery to the production floor. The purpose of this study is to design a simulation model for improving the layout of the raw material warehouse from the storage area to the warehouse exit which can be used to evaluate the time of taking raw materials and the time of moving raw materials. In this study, the initial steps taken were evaluating the layout of the raw material warehouse using a checksheet to determine the current condition of the raw material warehouse and using a flow map of the raw material retrieval process to determine the flow of the raw material retrieval process. Furthermore, an initial simulation model of the layout of the raw material warehouse is made to understand the actual system. The model that has been built is then verified and validated. If the model is declared valid, improvements are made to the existing problems by improving the layout of the raw material warehouse and the placement of existing raw materials using the shared storage method as the proposed layout of the raw material warehouse. Placement of raw materials, paying attention to raw materials that have the same purpose and are made into the same rack or pallet or located close to each other so that they get a shorter time in the delivery process. The number of suggestions for improvements to the layout of the raw material warehouse is 3 proposals. The first proposal is the addition of material handling, the second proposal uses the shared storage method and the third proposal uses the shared storage method and the addition of material handling. To select the best proposal, the Benferonni method was used and the results of the checksheet evaluation were used. The best proposal is the third proposal with the time of taking raw materials and moving raw materials to the warehouse exit, which is 71.18 hours. Compared with the initial simulation model which has a time of taking raw materials and moving raw materials to the warehouse exit of 122.23 hours. From this best proposal, the time savings of 51.05 hours or 41.76% was obtained.

Abstract

Although 71% of the Earth is covered by water, only 1% is accessible for human use, creating increasing challenges in urban areas. Population growth, urbanization, climate change, and pollution intensify the difficulty of providing safe drinking water. While SDG 6 highlights universal access and sustainable management, urban water services face not only supply and demand gaps but also social equity, service reliability, and environmental sustainability. Addressing these requires integrated approaches that balance quality, quantity, efficiency, and long-term resilience. Aim: This study aimed to determine the indicators of sustainable performance in drinking water services in urban areas. Methodology and results: First, a systematic literature review was conducted using Scopus-indexed publications from 2013–2023, comprising 437 journal articles and 66 conference papers, to analyze themes and content. Next, a general urban water management model was identified, followed by the definition of sustainability factors and perspectives for urban water services. Finally, sustainable performance indicators were developed for each perspective to ensure comprehensive evaluation and implementation. Conclusion, significance, and impact study: The study identifies 20 economic, 8 environmental, and 18 social performance indicators. They measure affordability, continuity, quantity, carbon emissions, pollution, behavior, accessibility, and policy, evaluating urban water services sustainability and efficiency comprehensively.

Abstract

Intisari - PT. MF merupakan sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang berorientasi dalam pembuatan produk transportasi air. Produk yang diangkat pada penelitian ini merupakan produk yang dibuat secara masal oleh PT. MF. Permasalahan yang dialami perusahaan ini adalah sistem proses dalam produksi belum terbentuk sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja dari produksi untung menghasilkan output dalam prosesnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat dan mencarikan sistem proses produksi yang terbaik agar produktifitas atau kinerja produksi dapat meningkat. Rata-rata permintaan produk perminggunya yang dapat dihasilkan oleh bagian produksi sebanyak 10 unit, sedangkan rata-rata produk yang dihasilkan saat ini hanya berkisar 4 unit per minggu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ada simulasi dengan bantuan software promodel. Sedangkan untuk data-data yang digunakan diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan, pengujian, pengukuran waktu kerja dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan kepada tim di lapangan. Dalam langkah awal penelitian dilakukan pengamatan dan analisa untuk mencari permasalahan inti yang terjadi. Setelah permasalahan ditemukan, lalu dilakukan analisa untuk pemecahan dari masalah tersebut sehingga akhirnya dilanjutkan untuk membuatkan model proses dengan cara simulasi.Pada saat pencarian model, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa rekayasa sistem yang dibuat untuk disimulasikan. Dari hasil analisa simulasi didapatkan 4 usulan model sistem proses yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai peningkatan kinerja dari produksi. Dari ke-4 usulan tersebut terdapat 1 usulan yang dapat memberikan pengingkatan hasil output produksi menjadi 300 persen dari hasil sebelumnya dan dari 3 usulan yang lain dapat meningkatkan hasil output lebih dari 300 persen, yaitu sebnayak 15 unit per minggu. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dicapai dengan cara menambahkan beberapa stasiun kerja dan jumlah jam kerja setiap harinya. Abstract - PT. MF is a manufacturing company oriented in the manufacture of water transportation products. The product raised in this study is a mass-produced product by PT. MF. The problem experienced by this company is that the process system in production has not been formed so that it affects the performance of production to produce output in the process. The purpose of this research is to create and find the best production process system so that productivity or production performance can be increased. The average weekly product demand that can be produced by the production department is 10 units, while the average product currently produced is only around 4 units per week. The method used in this research is simulation with the help of promodel software. As for the data used, it was obtained from the results of observations, tests, and measurements of working time and interviews that have been conducted with the team in the field. In the initial steps of the research, observations and analysis are carried out to find the core problems that occur. After the problem is found, then an analysis is carried out to solve the problem so that finally it is continued to make a process model by means of simulation. From the results of the simulation analysis, there are 4 proposed process system models that can be used to achieve increased production performance. Of the 4 proposals, there is 1 proposal that can increase production output results to 300 percent from the previous results and from the other 3 proposals, it can increase output results by more than 300 percent, namely as many as 15 units per week. This increase can be achieved by adding several work stations and the number of working hours each day.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction level of road users on Jalan Boulevard Barat Raya and the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road. Evaluating user satisfaction is crucial for assessing transportation infrastructure performance and prioritizing road maintenance and development. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to drivers and passengers of private and online four-wheeled vehicles. The research applied the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods, focusing on nine indicators from the Indonesian Ministerial Regulation No. 14 of 2017, including requirements, procedures, completion time, costs, service specifications, implementer competence, behavior, complaint handling, and facilities. The CSI results revealed that road users are "Very Satisfied" with both roads, with Jalan Boulevard Barat Raya scoring 90.7% and the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road scoring 90.85%. However, IPA analysis identified several variables in quadrant 1, indicating high importance but low performance. These variables include: (B1) reasonable tariffs without additional costs, (PP1) friendly and polite officers handling complaints, (SM1) availability of complaint forums, and (SP1) adequate supporting facilities. These findings highlight areas needing improvement to enhance user satisfaction further. Overall, the study underscores the importance of addressing specific service gaps to maintain high satisfaction levels among road users.

Abstract

Di era pembangunan infrastruktur sekarang ini, kebutuhan akan vendor semakin meningkat. Vendor sebagai pihak penyedia sangat berperan penting dalam menentukan kualitas produk dan kelancaran proses konstruksi. Maka dari itu perusahaan perlu selektif dalam memilih vendor sebagai mintra bisnis. Pemilihan vendor sangat penting dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan rantai pasok dan mendapatkan kualitas mutu produk yang baik. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan penilaian dan pemilihan terhadap kinerja dari setiap vendor. Proyek-proyek di Kawasan IKN merupakan proyek yang pengerjaannya dilakukan percepatan dari waktu yang ditentukan, sehingga perlu suatu strategi yang matang dalam merencanakan pengadaan material. Pengadaan material menjadi hal penting dalam keberlangsungan proyek, maka dari itu dibutuhkan strategi yang cepat dan tepat dalam pemilihan vendor untuk men-supply material yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat strategi pemilihan vendor dengan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode kombinasi Rank Order Centroid (ROC) untuk menghitung bobot kriteria dan Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) untuk menentukan alternatif terpilih. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk menentukan kriteria prioritas berdasarkan pendapat dari para expert judgment. Dari hasil pengolahan kuesioner diperoleh bahwa dari 13 kriteria hasil studi literature diperoleh 7 kriteria prioritas dalam pemilihan vendor, yang dilakukan perhitungan pembobotan kriteria dengan metode ROC, yang secara berurutan yaitu: kriteria Kualitas (37,04%), Harga (22,76%), Responsif (15,61%), Reputasi Perusahaan (10,85%), Metode Pembayaran (7,28%), Pengiriman (4,42%) dan Layanan (2,04%). Dan dari hasil pengolahan data juga diperoleh vendor terpilih dengan metode SMART untuk pengadaan Girder tipe I yaitu PT. Adhimix PCI, pengadaan Girder tipe U yaitu PT. Adhimix PCI, dan pengadaan baja tulangan BjTS 420B yaitu: PT. Buana Baja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a bidding strategy to determine the optimum markup value and maximum expected profit to win a project auction. From the data selection results, 24 project tenders and 12 large qualification companies participated in the tender on the LPSE page of the Ministry of PUPR, which will be used as samples in this study. The bid strategy model used to calculate the optimum markup value and maximum expected profit are with 3 (three) bid strategy models, namely the Friedman Model, Gates Model and Ackoff & Sasieni Model, and to calculate the probability of winning using the statistical approach method of multi discrete distribution, normal multi-distribution and single normal distribution. From the results of testing models with optimal mark-ups for the 24 project tenders used in this study, the percentage for each bidding strategy model that has the potential to win the tender sequentially is the Friedman model by 80.56%, the Gates model by 61.11% and the Ackoff &; Sasieni model by 43.06%. So, it can be concluded that the Friedman model provides a fairly high chance of winning tenders in government projects within the Ministry of PUPR.

Abstract

Water is a basic element for human survival, yet although 71% of the Earth's surface consists of water, only 1% of it is accessible to humans. Climate change, urbanization, and environmental issues are challenges experienced by the efforts of drinking water services in urban areas. In addition to providing sufficient drinking water, drinking water services must also pay attention to energy use and carbon emissions. This study aims to determine the factors that impact the sustainable performance of drinking water services in urban areas. The research method was conducted using bibliometric analysis. The analysis was conducted on 50 reputable articles with a publication period of 2013-2023, with the keywords urban water and municipal water. According to previous research, the water supply system in urban areas can be divided into three sub-systems: raw water, water treatment, and distribution. If associated with sustainability, the factors can be divided into economic factors, such as affordability, continuity, and quantity. Environment: pollution and carbon emissions. Social: accessibility and customer behavior. Most previous studies have focused only on economic aspects, further studies are needed to integrate all these factors into a performance measurement system to help decision-makers align strategic targets into operation level activities.
