Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putri peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo berjumlah 45 orang. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan quick leap terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 27,4 pada kelompok perlakuan double leg speed hop sebesar 11,6 dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,33. Hasil uji one way anova variabel power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 22,325 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh signifikan antara pelatihan quick leapp dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan quick leap lebih baik dari pada double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Saran; (1) bagi pelatih disarankan dapat menggunakan pelatihan ini dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai. (2) bagi atlet perlu memperhatikan set dan repetisi yang tepat karena setiap individu memiliki kemampuan berbeda. (3) bagi peneliti yang ingin melakukan penelitian sejenis disarankan menggunakan variabel dan sampel penelitian berbeda. Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: quick leap, double leg speed hop, daya ledak otot tungkai. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leap quick and double leg speed hop research to increase leg muscle power. The design of this study is the non-randomized control group pretest post-test design. The subjects were female students who join volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo amounted to 45 students. Data were analyzed by F (one way anova) test at significance level (a) = 0.05 with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of data analysis in the quick leap treatment group, an increase on lamb muscle power of 27.4, in the treatment group double leg speed hop of 11.6 and in the control group of 0.33. One way anova variable of limb muscle power variable between treatment group and control group was obtained Fcount 22.225 and significance 0.000, which means difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward leg muscle power. It was concluded that; (1) the influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training significantly influenced the increase of leg muscle power, (2) there is significant difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward increasing leg muscle power, (3) quick leap training more Both on double leg speed hop against increased leg muscle power. Suggestion: (1) for trainers it is advisable to use this training in improving leg muscle power, (2) for athletes need to care for cells and proper repetition because each individual has different capabilities, (3) for researchers who want to do similar research is suggested using variables and Different research samples. keyword : Key Words: quick leap, double leg speed hop, explosive muscle limb power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pelatihan four players passing moving drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, (2) Pelatihan five players star drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan pelatihan five players star drill terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain “The Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design”. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, berusia 13-15 tahun yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan passing dengan menggunakan media dinding (Wall Pass) dari Nurhasan (2001). Analisis data menggunakan uji One Way Anova dilanjutkan mencari data yang lebih berpengaruh menggunakan uji LSD dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan five players star drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing chest pass. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan pelatihan five players star drill terhadap keterampilan passing chest pass pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004, dimana pelatihan five players star drill lebih baik pengaruhnya dari pada four players passing moving drill terhadap keterampilan passing chest pass dilihat dari mean difference uji LSD yaitu sebesar 0,70000*. Bagi pembina olahraga, pelatih bola basket, guru penjas dan atlet serta pelaku olahraga lainya disarankan dapat menggunakan pelatihan four players passing moving drill dan pelatihan five players star drill sebagai salah satu latihan dalam meningkatkan teknik passing chest pass dalam permainan bola basket.Kata Kunci : pelatihan four players passing moving drill, pelatihan five players star drill, passing chest pass. The present study aims at determining: (1) the effect of four players passing moving drill on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar, (2) the effect of five players star drill on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar and (3) the difference in the effect of four players passing moving drill and five players star drill training on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. This study was quasi-experimental designed with non-randomized control group pretest and posttest. The population of this study was 30 participants from basketball extracurricular who were in the age of 13-15. Passing skill test using wall pass by Nurhassan (2001) was used as the instrument of this study. The data were analyzed using One Way Annova and LSD Test with 5% significance value to examine the data which were more effective. The findings showed that four players passing moving drill and five players star drill were effective in improving passing chest pass skill. There was significant difference in the effect of four players passing moving drill and five players star drill training on chest pass skill of participants in basketball extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. The significant value of 0.004 and LSD Test mean difference of 0.70000* prove that five players star drill was more effective than four players passing moving drill in improving passing chest pass skill. It is suggested for sports coaches, basketball coaches, sport teachers, athletes, and other sports players to apply four players passing moving drill and five players star drill training to improve passing chest pass technique in basketball games. keyword : four players passing moving drill practice, five players star drill practice, chest pass passing

Abstract

Latihan merupakan salah satu tahapan yang harus dilalui oleh seorang atlet untuk mencapai prestasi yang setinggi-tingginya. Jika atlet tidak berlatih, mereka tidak akan mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan berprestasi. Motivasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dimiliki oleh seorang atlet ketika melaksanakn latihan dikarenakan dapat mendorong atlet ketika melaksanakan latihan.Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah untuk mnganalisis tingkat motivasi atlet mengikuti latihan di UPT Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Olahraga Pelajar dan Mahasiswa (PPOPM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Peneltian ini menggunakan data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 124 atlet yang mengikuti latihan di PPOPM sebagai sempel. Data yang diperoleh lalu dianalisis menggunakan software Statistical Product and Service Solutuon (SPSS) Versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian tentang motivasi atlet mengikuti latihan di PPOPM yang masuk kedalam kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 49%, kategori tinggi sebesar 32%, Kategori rendah sebesar 15%, dan kategori sangat rendah sebesar 4 %. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi atlet mengikuti latihan di PPOPM sebagian besar adalah sangat tinggi. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dengan motivasi atlet yang tinggi dapat mengikuti latihan dengan baik.

Abstract

Sports and health physical education involves physical activity for students which aims to improve fitness, healthy living behavior and foster sportsmanship. The aim of this research was to determine the visibility and effectiveness of PJOK learning in senior secondary schools (SMA) throughout Buleleng Regency. This type of research is descriptive - quantitative with a sample of 23 schools from a population of 30 schools. By using data collection methods using surveys, observations, documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show two results in terms of visibility and effectiveness of learning. In terms of visibility, the teacher's personality competency score is 7.66 in the "Good" category, the implementation of learning is 7.55 in the "Good" category, and the learning implementation plan is 7.39 in the "Good" category. , and the ratio of teachers to students is 1: 70.43 in the "Less ideal" category, whereas in terms of learning effectiveness for students' grades, it shows that it is above the minimum completeness criteria value, so students have followed PJOK learning well, as seen from the questionnaire provided given to 75 students with 12 questions giving an overall score of strongly disagree 2.21%, disagree 7% agree 71%, and strongly agree 22%. So it can be concluded in terms of visibility 1) The teacher's personality competency is in the good category by mastering the aspects of being charming, authoritative, the teacher being firm, and samapta, 2) Implementation of good category learning by mastering aspects of opening learning, mastering material, carrying out evaluations, and closing learning, 3) Good category learning implementation plan by mastering aspects of determining learning objectives, designing learning materials, determining learning activity steps, and assessing learning outcomes, 4) The ratio of teachers to students is less than ideal, whereas the effectiveness of learning in delivering material that is easily understood by students, the facilities and infrastructure used are safe and comfortable to use, the learning system is systematic and enjoyable for students, the use of learning media, the learning implementation plan implemented as planned, and students actively participate in the learning provided

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the visibility and effectiveness of PJOK learning in junior high schools (SMP) throughout Buleleng Regency. The results of this research show the first two results in terms of learning visibility, namely that the personality competency score is 7.05 in the "Good" category, learning activities are 7.39 in the "Good" category, and learning implementation plans are 6.85 in the "Good" category while the secondly, in terms of learning effectiveness, the students' grades show that all are above the minimum completeness criteria, so the students have followed PJOK learning well, and seen from the questionnaire given to the number of respondents, 128 people with 12 questions, getting the average percentage in the figure. 81.28% of the results show that the effectiveness of PJOK learning in junior high schools (SMP) in Buleleng Regency is categorized as very effective

Abstract

Background: Motion-based learning, especially Pencak Silat material taught at the Senior High School level always presents challenges for Physical Education (PE) Teachers. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of project-based learning assisted with flashcards on students’ learning outcomes in learning Pencak Silat. Methods: Quasi-experimental was used as a research design by conducting pretest and posttest. There were 312 eleventh-grade students in this study, which was conducted at Senior High School of Laboratorium Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) and Senior High School 1 Sukasada. A simple random sampling technique was performed to select the sample of this study. One hundred twenty students were chosen as a research sample and divided into experimental and control groups. The data were collected by conducting pre-tests and post-tests. The instrument used in this study was the basic attitudes test of Pencak Silat. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively through inferential statistics (independent sample t-test) with the assistance of SPSS 22. Results: The results showed a significant difference between the post-test gained by the experimental group treated by project-based learning assisted with flashcards and the control group treated by conventional education. Sig proved it. (2-tailed) the post-test data was 0.01, indicating that the significant value was less than 0.05 as consideration. The effect size found through the calculation of Eta Squared proposed by Cohen was 0.08, categorized as a high level. Conclusion: It could be concluded that there was an effect of project-based learning assisted with flashcards towards students’ learning outcomes in learning Pencak Silat since this study is focused on learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Inclusive Learning Model Based on Local Wisdom, oriented towards gender equality and disability in Physical Education (PJOK), to build Fundamental Motor Skills and character in students. The research utilizes the ADDIE method, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, the causes of gaps in PJOK learning were identified through interviews and observations. The design phase produced a draft method that accommodates individual needs, focusing on gender equality and disabilities. In the development phase, validation by experts indicated that the method is based on solid theory and is practically applicable in the classroom. During the implementation phase, the product was tested on small and large groups, showing high practicality and effectiveness. Comparative testing across three schools in Buleleng further reinforced the effectiveness of the model in enhancing students' locomotor and manipulative motor skills. Statistical analysis (descriptive, normality, homogeneity, and independent sample tests) showed significant improvements in student achievement. The findings conclude that the Inclusive Learning Model based on local wisdom is effective, valid, and practical in improving students' learning outcomes in PJOK.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of pliometric training with a ratio of 1:3 and 1:7 on VO2 max ability in terms of leg muscle strength in rock climbing athletes. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experiment. The design in this study used a 2x2 factorial treatment by level design. The results showed: (1) there is a difference in VO2 max ability between rock climbing athletes who follow the plyomoterik model with a ratio of 1:3 and 1:7 (2) there is an interaction between plyomoterik training and leg muscle strength; (3) there is a difference in VO2 max ability between athletes who follow plyomoterik training with a ratio of 1: 3 and 1:7 ratios in rock climbing athletes who have strong leg muscle strength; (4) there is a difference in VO2 max ability between athletes who follow plyomoterik training with a ratio of 1:3 and a ratio of 1:7 in rock climbing athletes who have weak leg muscle strength.
