Abstract

ABSTRACT The integration between religious education and entrepreneurship becomes an old concept that is renewed in the boarding school environment, the community's need for the world of work and an increase in the quality of output is very high, as one of the educational institutions in Indonesia has an obligation to innovate in order to realize these needs, one of the steps is implementing the program. enterpreuner based on religious education called the SANTRIPREUNER program. The community service team at Pamulang University in collaboration with the Roudhatul Ikhwan Islamic boarding school carried out community service activities for three consecutive days, from 11 to 13 December 2020 with the sharing session method and exposure to life skill management, while the target of this activity was the students. Roudhatul Ikhwan Islamic boarding school. The result of this activity was that the boarding schools were motivated again to implement the SANTRIPREUNER program that had been carried out, especially in the fields of agriculture and animal husbandry, the lecturers also found new formulas for the future in managing the program. Keywords: Santripreuner and Religious Education ABSTRAK Integrasi antara pendidikan agama dan enterpreuner menjadi konsep lama yang diperbarui di lingkungan pondok pesantren, kebutuhan masyarakat akan dunia kerja dan peningkatan kualitas output sangat tinggi, sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia memiliki kewajiban berinovasi dalam rangka mewujudkan kebutuhan tersebut, salah satu langkahnya ialah mengimplementasikan program enterpreuner berbasis pendidikan agama yang dinamakan program SANTRIPREUNER. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Pamulang bekerjasama dengan pondok pesantren Roudhatul Ikhwan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat selama tiga hari berturut-turut yaitu tanggal 11 sampai dengan 13 desember 2020 dengan metode sharing session dan pemaparan tentang manajemen life skill, adapun sasaran pada kegiatan ini ialah para santri pondok pesantren Roudhatul Ikhwan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini ialah pihak pondok pesantren termotivasi kembali untuk melaksanakan program SANTRIPREUNER yang pernah dilakukan yaitu khususnya di bidang pertanian dan peternakan, para dosen juga menemukan rumusan baru untuk kedepannya dalam pengelolaan program tersebut. Kata Kunci: Santripreuner dan Pendidikan Agama

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the management of Islamic education in the family to grow children's personalities. Library research was used as a method in this study, starting from collecting data by reading and studying books, scientific articles, magazines, newspapers, and other references related to the study. The results of the study reveal that the position of the family in managing Islamic education for children is the basic determinant, because children are born in a state of purity. Starting from the management of Islamic education in the family environment, the child's personality grows and develops. Management of Islamic education carried out by parents through the process of learning, coaching, training, instilling religious values, parenting, and responsibility is directed to a good and noble habit gradually and continuously. Good management of Islamic education is able to form good children's personalities by emphasizing the aspects of faith, worship, and morals which are implemented in the form of exemplary by parents.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya kehalalan pangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Perumahan Pondok Benda Indah, Tangerang Selatan, dengan pendekatan edukasi berbasis Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal dan Halal Assurance System 23000. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi kriteria halal untuk bahan, produk, dan fasilitas produksi yang harus memenuhi prinsip syariah. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga dirancang untuk memberdayakan pelaku Usaha, Kecil dan Menengah dalam memahami prosedur sertifikasi halal, sehingga mereka mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar lokal maupun internasional. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup survei lokasi, pemaparan materi, diskusi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Peserta pelatihan yang terdiri dari 20 orang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan terhadap konsep kehalalan pangan, sebagaimana diukur dari hasil evaluasi. Program ini menghasilkan luaran berupa laporan kegiatan, artikel publikasi di jurnal PkM, serta dampak nyata berupa peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup halal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi tentang halal tidak hanya berdampak positif bagi konsumen muslim, tetapi juga bagi masyarakat umum yang peduli terhadap kebersihan dan kualitas produk yang mereka konsumsi. Dampak program juga dirasakan oleh pelaku usaha yang mendapatkan wawasan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk halal. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan industri halal di Indonesia dan memperkuat posisi Indonesia di pasar global. Dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk memperluas cakupan program ini di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Lembaga sosial hukum Islam dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di Indonesia merupakan bagian dari tradisi keagamaan. Konstruksinya menginternalisasi dalam setiap aktifitas dan interaksi antara individu tentang bagaimana mengatasi pelbagai masalah yang mereka hadapi. Wujud dari tujuan dan sosialisasinya tergantung pada karakteristik masyarakat, ini artinya bahwa sosialisasi menjadi kunci dari lembaga sosial melalui tokoh utamanya. Tujuan dari sosialisasi adalah untuk memenuhi masyarakat dengan pengetahuan tentang pokok-pokok dari norma lembaga sosial keagamaan sesuai dengan perannya untuk mengarahkan kehidupan masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia sebagai masyarakat plural. Korelasi antara pluralisme dan maslahah dalam Islam sudah diimplementasikan oleh Nabi Muhammad melalui Piagam Madinah. Ontologi dari maslahah sebagai universalitas agama memiliki kekuatan untuk menghubungkan wilayah kritis di luar pluralisme dengan pelbagai tipologinya. Sehingga, penegakan hukum Islam sebagai bagian dari kehidupan beragama harus memiliki nilai-nilai maslahah untuk dapat diterima semua masyarakat, untuk mencapai status kemasyarakatan, dan untuk mendapatkan legitimasi agama dan yuridis. Tiga status dari legitimasi hukum Islam sudah diterima secara universal dan sah untuk membangun lembaga sosial berdasarkan pluralisme.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the relationship between curriculum and education policy in efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR) in Indonesia. Using a literature review approach, this study analyses theories, concepts, and previous research findings related to curriculum development, education policy formulation, and their implications for HR quality. The findings indicate that synergy between adaptive curricula and responsive education policies is a key factor in shaping competent, innovative, and competitive human resources in the global era. Strategic policies that emphasise the relevance of curricula, the professionalism of educators, and equitable access to education can accelerate the sustainable transformation of human resource quality. This study recommends the need for evaluation and cross-sectoral collaboration in curriculum and policy development to produce high-quality human resources that align with societal needs and national development demands.

Abstract

Tulisan yang berjudul Kemuliaan Manusia dalam Al-Qur’an membahas pokok masalah yaitu menjelaskan kandungan surah al-Isra’ ayat 70 tentang kemuliaan manusia dan fungsi kemuliaan dalam kehidupan sosial. Dalam mengungkap kemuliaan manusia pada surah al-Isra’ ayat 70 dalam Al-Qur’an, penulis menggunakan metode tahlili dengan menjelaskan setiap kosa kata dilanjutkan membahas frase dan klausanya dengan mikro analisis tekstual. Dengan mengunkap kemuliaan manusia (kar?mah ins?niah) pada ayat 70 surah al-Isra’ manusia diajarkan untuk mensyukuri potensi yang diberikan oleh Allah SWT. untuk mengelola alam ini sebagai panduan dalam meniti kehidupan yang rukun dan damai dalam bermasyarakat. Manusia dengan martabatnya menjadikankannya menempati tempat yang fungsional yang memberikan kepadanya ciri khusus yang membedakannya dari makhluk-makhluk lainnya. Dengan usaha dan doa, dalam mengaplikasikan kemuliaan dalam kehidupan, maka terealisasilah tujuan manusia diciptakan sebagai makhluk yang beribadah dan khalifah Allah di muka bumi.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of financial ratios, including Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Accounts Receivables Turnover Ratio (RTO), on Stock Return, mediated by Return on Equity (ROE). The background of this study highlights the role of various financial ratios, such as solvency ratio (DER), liquidity ratio (CR), activity ratio (RTO), and profitability ratio (ROE), on stock returns. Previous research has shown varied results regarding the influence of financial ratios on stock returns. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method with Stata as the analytical tool. It eval_uates the impact of DER, CR, RTO, ROE, and Stock Return on coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2018-2023. The total sample comprises 108 data points from 18 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with panel data, processed using Stata. The results indicate that DER, CR, and RTO do not affect stock returns, whereas ROE significantly affects stock returns. DER affects ROE, while CR and RTO do not affect ROE. Additionally, ROE as an intervening variable does not mediate the influence of DER, CR, and RTO on stock returns. This research is expected to assist investors in analyzing the stocks of coal mining companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and help companies optimize their financial performance, enhance operational performance, and ultimately maximize shareholder value.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan Sebuah Studi Korelasi pada guru di dua Sekolah Dasar Islam yang berada di bawah nauangan YPI Al Azhar tahun 2013. maksud dari penelitian ini tidak lain untuk membuktikan hipotesis tentang  korelasi karakteer leadership kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, korelasi  motivasi guru terhadap  kinerjanya dan korelasi karakteer leadership kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru serta pengaruh dari hubungan tersebut. Pada  penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan sekaligus penelitian lapangan.. Berdasarkan   analisis dan interpretasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) adanya keterkaitan yang positif antara karakteer leadership kepala sekolah dengan hasil kerja guru, (2) adanya keterkaitan yang positif antara dorongan semangat kerja guru dengan hasil kerja guru, (3) adanya keterkaitan yang positif antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan dorongan kerja guru dengan hasil kerja guru. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi kerja Guru, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The method used is library research, which means that the data obtained is based on the results of library studies, sources from books, journals and documents that support the study variables. The results of the research showed that: 1. when developing print media such as the above, there are six things to be taken into account, namely: a. consistency in formatting the writing; b. format is adapted to the material to be created; c. organization, meaning how the print media design is made always provides information on the reader's position; d. attraction, the purpose of attracting interest and motivating the readers; e. font size, adapted with the reporter's target; and f. empty space, or space cosmosng can be stored in:a. space around the judo, b. wide edge boundary, c. space between columns, e. beginning of paragraphs, and f. space between lines (to improve viewability and readability) and paragraph adjusted.( untuk meningkatkan tingkat keterbacaan). 2. The steps to be taken in developing the teaching media with the print technology approach are by: a. formulate the goals of the students of Islamic education clearly, can be achieved, and viewed as a problem; b. present a hypothesis; c. evaluate the outcome of the lesson as a test of the hypotheses; and d. revision if the aim of learning Islamic Education has not yet been reached as indicated by the learning results of the pupils.

Abstract

General Background: Islamic education management requires not only administrative efficiency but also strong integration of Qur’anic values to achieve holistic educational goals. Specific Background: Although the Qur’an contains numerous verses that reflect managerial principles—such as planning, leadership, deliberation, supervision, and accountability—many Islamic educational institutions have not yet fully integrated these values into management practices. Knowledge Gap: Existing studies rarely provide a thematic and systematic analysis of Qur’anic verses on management and their direct relevance to contemporary Islamic education management. Aims: This study aims to conduct a thematic analysis of management-related verses in the Qur’an and examine their applicability to the management of Islamic educational institutions. Results: The findings reveal that Qur’anic values such as trustworthiness, justice, deliberation, honesty, and responsibility offer a strong managerial framework that aligns with modern management functions, including planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating. Novelty: This study provides an integrated thematic interpretation that bridges classical Qur’anic principles and modern educational management theory. Implications: Applying Qur’anic managerial principles can strengthen institutional governance, enhance educational quality, and support the development of holistic, value-based Islamic education systems. Highlights: Qur’anic values provide a comprehensive foundation for modern educational management. Management in Islamic education must integrate ethical, spiritual, and administrative principles. Thematic analysis reveals strong alignment between Qur’anic principles and core management functions.
