Abstract

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), atau penyelenggara pemerintahan, bertindak dan berpikir sesuai dengan etika. Karena etika pemerintahan selalu menjadi masalah yang perlu diperhatikan, masyarakat biasanya akan merasa tidak puas dan menggugat nilai atau standar etika yang digunakan oleh aparat pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan. Dewasa ini, etika pemerintahan menjadi topik diskusi terutama karena upaya untuk membuat pemerintahan yang bersih dan berwibawa. Untuk membantu masyarakat mencapai tujuan tertentu, sebuah kelompok atau seseorang birokrasi melakukan upaya yang dikenal sebagai pelayanan publik. Administrasi kependudukan berada di suatu pemerintahan dan merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan publik. Administrasi kependudukan adalah rangkaian kegiatan penataan dan penertiban yang digunakan untuk mengatur dokumen dan data kependudukan. Ini mencakup pendaftaran penduduk, pencatatan sipil, dan pengelolaan informasi yang berkaitan dengan administrasi kependudukan. Studi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara langsung. menegaskan bahwa metodologi penelitian kualitatif berbasis postpositivisme dan digunakan untuk menyelidiki kondisi obyek yang alamiah. Dalam etika birokrasi pelayanan publik, prosedur pelayanan tidak hanya bergantung pada kebiasaan. Selain itu, didasarkan pada prinsip dan etika yang berfungsi sebagai standar untuk memandu perilaku positif karyawan. Pelayanan publik akan berhasil jika menerapkan etika birokrasi. Ini berarti bahwa mereka dapat memberikan layanan dengan mengutamakan kepentingan masyarakat dan keuntungan umum daripada keuntungan individu, kelompok, atau organisasi yang terlibat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fungsi utama aparatur pemerintah adalah melayani masyarakat dan kepentingan umum. Melayani sebagai pelayan untuk kepentingan umum mesin pemerintah dan bukan untuk mencari keuntungan atau mendahulukan kepentingan pribadi atau golongan. Aparatur pemerintah menjadi saluran dan jembatan pelayanan dalam mewujudkan kepentingan umum dengan penuh dedikasi dan loyalitas. Dalam menunaikan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, aparatur pemerintah harus tanggap terhadap segala perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat setiap saat. Inti dari etika pemerintahan adalah penggunaan kekuasaan. Etos pemerintahan harus menjadi salah satu keterlibatan masyarakat yang mendalam dan tanggap terhadap semua keinginan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, penguasa harus mampu mendorong partisipasi yang sebenarnya sulit karena keinginan individu yang berbeda-beda. Dalam memperkuat partisipasi pemerintah yang fleksibel. Karena yang penting bukan mereka yang memerintah, tapi mereka yang diperintah. Peran etika manajemen sangat penting dalam mewujudkan birokrasi yang profesional dan bersih. Pejabat yang beretika harus mampu menghadirkan suasana dan budaya kerja yang profesional dan kredibel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana etika pemerintahan diterapkan di Desa Dinoy Kabupaten Mojokerto untuk mewujudkan birokrasi yang profesional dan bersih. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Indonesian bureaucracy plays an important role in the context of the industrial revolution 5.0. Maintaining bureaucratic ethics is as important for a bureaucrat as being flexible in dealing with technological advances. Thus, the researcher raises several problems, including how to prepare and share the origin of bureaucratic human resources so that they have ethical abilities and competencies in sync with the demands of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 and what are the ethical challenges that arise in the application of tasks and public services in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. This research uses a qualitative methodology. Examining a program, event, activity, process, or group of people collectively is known as qualitative research. Literature study is the method used in this study to obtain data. By using this literature study method, researchers can gain a comprehensive understanding of the difficulties related to bureaucratic ethics in the context of the 5.0 Revolution. This study shares five primary obstacles that need to be overcome by bureaucracies to maintain their ethical compass in this day and age. First, the issue of privacy in facing the ocean of news. The discriminatory cracking procedure is the latter. Third, the "algocracy" accountability crisis. The digital divide in public services is fourth. Fifth, the decline of human values. The conclusion of this journal emphasizes how important it is to apply the concept of good governance to public services to improve governance standards. Conclusion The study notes that despite efforts to incorporate moral principles such as professionalism, responsibility, and integrity, institutional inflexibility, issue gaps, and dilemmas of nepotism and corruption continue to interfere with their implementation.

Abstract

The problem of bullying among students at school is very worrying because it is recurrent and is even considered to be just a joke, which can disturb the victim's psychological well-being. Bullying behaviour can occur in various environments with various types of bullying being committed. Verbal and relational bullying behaviour in school environments is often perceived by students as a joke or they may not even realise that these two actions constitute bullying. Greater awareness of bullying, as well as more positive anti-bullying attitudes and behaviours, Bullying behaviour is aggressive and manipulative and can cause conflict for both the perpetrator and the victim. One of the causes is a lack of understanding of bullying among students, as well as a lack of understanding of character education. The objective of this community service activity is to educate students about bullying by promoting anti-bullying behaviour, in order to increase students' knowledge about bullying behaviour. The material was delivered using PowerPoint and evaluated through direct questions and answers during the presentation. The methods used in this activity included lectures, questions and answers, discussions, demonstrations and mentoring. The results achieved in this activity are students' understanding of the negative impacts of bullying behaviour. Participants in the activity are aware of their respective responsibilities in preventing bullying behaviour in the school environment. This activity is able to foster self-control to develop good habits in the family, school, and community environments.

Abstract

Sajen Village. Pacet Sub-District and Mojokerto Regency were the target research locations. This research is to find out how the management of human resources in government affects UMKM growth in Sajen Village, Pacet District, and Mojokerto Regency. This study used a qualitative methodology, and the informants were approached directly. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews; descriptive research is the methodology employed. The findings of this study indicate that the village government program in Sajen Village to develop UMKM has actually helped the surrounding community in developing their businesses. Not only the community, but the Sajen Village Government has also received attention from other villages. The Mojokerto Regency Government is no exception and pays attention to and appreciates the management of human resources in the Sajen Village Government because it has developed its UMKM program with village communities, which in the end can be implemented and the community can also improve its economy. The Sajen Village Government also experienced problems or obstacles in carrying out this program due to a lack of community initiative to participate in activity events held by the village government
