Abstract

This article discusses empowering the Pasir Emas Village Community in the fields of health and digital literacy. The aim of this activity is to provide valuable learning experiences to students through direct involvement in society to discover, formulate, study and recognize the potential of society and find solutions to problems rationally by fostering motivation to utilize their own potential and the second aim is to provide opportunities for students. to develop thinking based on science. This KKN activity will start with debriefing, carrying out activities, preparing reports and evaluating. KKN starts on July 10 2023 to August 18 2023 in Pasir Emas Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Singingi District. We, the Unri Kukerta team, focus more on community empowerment. Our work programs are Disaster Mitigation Socialization, Waste Recycling and Making Ecobrics, Making Waste Decomposition Plags, Educating Gender Equality for Teenagers, Making Water Filter Tools, Strengthening Pre-School Age Children's Literacy Using Used Used Materials, Qris Socialization, Making Alternatives or adding other variations of dodol products, MSMEs sharing with local entrepreneurs regarding integrated marketing communication and public speaking in community business development such as in tofu and tempeh factories and helping organize correspondence filing in Pasir Emas Village. In general, the activities or work programs that we carry out can run well and smoothly.

Abstract

Indonesia as an archipelago country must pay attention to its policies and their impact on marine sustainability. This also includes its membership in various regional organizations, including the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA). Therefore, this article discusses the implementation of Indonesian policies with the blue economy concept which is studied through membership in IORA. This article aims to examine the influence of the implementation of the blue economy on the sustainability of Indonesia's seas. The method used is a literature study carried out with a qualitative-descriptive approach using maritime diplomacy and blue economy theories. The data used in this paper is secondary data which includes sources from books, journals, trusted and relevant websites as well as official and trusted news. There are challenges in implementing the blue economy in Indonesia, such as robbery, piracy and illegal fishing which can have a negative impact on marine sustainability, as well as marine pollution and unsustainable marine exploitation. So through maritime safety & security which includes piracy, armed robbery at sea, terrorism, decreasing marine sustainability, and exploitation of marine resources which are IORA's priority areas. The results of this research show that there are positive implications of Indonesia's blue economy concept with other IORA member countries for the sustainability of Indonesia's seas.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang wirausaha, dimana seorang wirausaha (entrepreneur) mempunyai cara berpikir yang berbeda dari manusia pada umumnya. Mereka mempunyai motivasi, panggilan jiwa, persepsi dan emosi yang sangat terkait dengan nilai nilai, sikap dan perilaku sebagai manusia unggul. Secara internal seorang wirausaha dapat mengurangi tingkat ketergantungan terhadap orang lain, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, serta meningkatkan daya beli pelakunya, sedangkan secara eksternal dapat menyediakan lapangan kerja bagi para pencari kerja. Dengan terserapnya tenaga kerja oleh kesempatan kerja yang disediakan oleh seorang wirausaha, tingkat pengangguran secara nasional menjadi berkurang. Besarnya peran wirausaha bagi diri sendiri, masyarakat dan negara maka diperlunya diketahui dan dipahami kiat-kiat menjadi wirausaha sukses. Kiat-kiat menjadi wirausaha sukses dapat dipelajari dari teori-teori para ahli kewirausahaan dan pengalaman orang-orang yang sukses dalam berusaha/bisnis, pendidikan formal maupun nonformal yaitu melalui penanaman jiwa dan semangat kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions Aqua brand water and its implications on brand image. The data used in this study are primary data taken from the responses of questionnaires by students of the University of Borobudur faculty of economics management study program. The method of data processing using path analysis with the aid of SPSS version 23. The ststistic test in this research use fitness test model (goodness of fit test).The result of the research shows that promotion has positive and significant effect directly or indirectly through brand image to purchasing decision, product quality have positive and significant influence directly or indirectly through brand image to purchasing decision and brand image have positive effect directly to purchasing decision . Keywords: Promotion, product quality, brand image, purchase decision.

Abstract

The condition of competition in health care industry is very tight. This is due to the increasing number of existing clinics and hospitals, as well as the increasing number of people using hospital facilities to obtain health services. The hospital, which was originally more of a public service unit of a social humanitarian nature, in fact hospital services and health care organizations have undergone transformation and evolved into an industry based on economic principles and management as commercial ventures. However, the most important thing in the health care industry (Hospital) is the quality of service provided by the hospital to the patient.This study aims to analyze deeper the Influence of Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Patient Satisfaction (Y) and its impact on Loyalty (Z).Sempel taking technique using accidental sampling is based on chance which means Patients who went to the Islamic Hospital in Karawang, with the number of samples obtained as much as 98 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is by Path Analysis method and using analysis tool that is SPSS 22.The test results indicate that the variable of Service Quality has positive and significant influence directly to Patient Satisfaction. Price has positive and significant effect directly to Patient Satisfaction. service quality has positive and significant effect directly to patient loyalty. price has an effect on positive and significant directly to patient loyalty. patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. there is a positive influence and indirectly significant service quality to patient loyalty. there is a positive and indirectly significant influence between price and loyalty of the patient. Keywords : Quality of Service, Price, Patient Satisfaction, and Patient Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the Effect of Service Quality and Promotion onCompany Image and Its Impact on Savings Customer Decisions at Bank BRI Meester sub-branchoffice.The data used in this study were primary data collected from the results of respondents'answers based on the questionnaire given, as many as 97 people. Data processing method usesthe path analysis method (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 23.0. Statistical testinguses partial significance test (T test) and simultaneous significant test (F test).The results showed that service quality has a direct effect on company image, promotionhas a direct effect on company image, service quality has a direct effect on customers' savingdecisions, promotions has a direct effect on customers' saving decisions, corporate image has adirect effect on customers' saving decisions, service quality has an indirect effect on thecustomer's decision to save through the company's image and promotion has an indirect effect onthe customer's decision to save through the company's image.Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion, Corporate Image, Customer Savings Decision

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation on Job Satisfactionand Its Impact on Employee Performance.The data used in this study are primary data taken from questionnaire responses by the Vendor ManagementDivision Employees. The data processing method uses the path analysis method with the help of SPSS analysis toolversion 24. The statistical testing in this study uses a model of goodness of fit test.The results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect directly or indirectly throughwork motivation on job satisfaction, employee performance.Keywords: Work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of factors related to thecompany value of PT. MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk. These factors include the Economic ValueAdded, Return On Asset and Debt To Equity Ratio which later functioned as independentvariables which influenced the company value which functioned as the dependent variable. Theresearch method used in this study is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously economic value added, return on assets, debt toequity ratio, have a significant effect on firm value. economic value added, return on assets, anddebt to equity ratio partially have a significant and positive effect on company value.Keywords:company value, economic value added, return on assets, debt to equity ratio

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of compensation, job stress onemployee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (East Bekasi Branch). Thedata used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based on thequestionnaire given, namely as many as 100 people. The data processing method uses the pathanalysis method with the help of SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing used individual parametersignificance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and Sobel test. The results showedthat simultaneously the variables of compensation, job stress and job satisfaction have asignificant effect on employee performance. Partially it shows that analysis 1: the compensationvariable has a significant effect on employee performance, while analysis 2: the job stressvariable has a significant effect on employee performance and in analysis 3: the variable jobsatisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of work motivation and workdiscipline on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance at PT. QteraMandiri.The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based onthe questionnaire given, as many as 60 people. The data processing method uses the path analysismethod with the helpan SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing used the significance test of individual parameters(t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work disciplineand job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially it shows thatanalysis 1: work motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance, andanalysis 2: work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance.Furthermore, in analysis 3: job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on employeeperformance.Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance
