Abstract

Currently the electronic device can not be separated from human life, especially is the gadget. Gadgets in daily activities is almost inseparable from our grasp, from children to adults. Many devices are now directly connected with android smartphone. Hence the idea to do some research occurred android smartphone is connected to a steering system of the car. In this case study is used as a prototype electric car UMSIDA. Here we create an electronic circuit that we put on the car steering system, which by using blutooth connection connects to an android smartphone that we use. As for the electronic devices we use Arduino is programmed using C language to run the motor that moves according to the input data transmitted via android smartphone. Where the results of tests show that the speed turns on bluetooth pairing process is more influenced by the android version and hardware high.

Abstract

Energi listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan hidup. Penggunaan beban listrik induktif dapat menurunkan nilai factor daya pada listrik, faktor daya yang baik adalah antara 0,85 sampai 1. Oleh karena itu perlu ditambahkan kompensasi daya reaktif yang timbul dari beban listrik induktif untuk menghindari kerugian yang timbul akibat kekurangan daya. nilai faktor daya. Dengan menggunakan kapasitor yang dipasang secara paralel dapat mengimbangi daya reaktif dan meningkatkan nilai faktor daya. Alat ini menggunakan ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler dan sensor PZEM 004T untuk mengukur besaran listrik. Hasil pengukuran ditampilkan pada LCD dan smartphone Android yang dikirimkan melalui internet. Modul relai digunakan sebagai sakelar pemilihan kapasitor otomatis untuk peningkatan faktor daya. Ditemukan bahwa hasil tes pembacaan sensor memiliki akurasi hingga 99,7%. Untuk peningkatan efisiensi, nilai faktor daya dapat mencapai 95%, dan peningkatan tertinggi adalah 35,8%. Sedangkan pengujian pengiriman data juga dapat dilakukan pada jarak 53 Km.

Abstract

Ayam pedaging merupakan bisnis usaha yang menjanjikan, tetapi ada berbagai permasalahan terkait dengan kebersihan kandang yang ditimbulkan oleh kotoran ayam dan bau amonia. Bahaya yang ditimbulkan antara lain produktivitas dan pertumbuhan ayam menjadi lambat. Oleh karena itu, dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem monitoring pengendalian gas amonia serta pembersihan kotoran secara otomatis. Sensor MQ135 digunakan untuk mengetahui kadar gas amonia dan DHT11 untuk membaca suhu kandang. Jika sensor MQ-135 membaca nilai konsentrasi gas amonia (>=20ppm) maka akan menghidupkan kipas dc selama beberapa detik sampai nilai amonia dibawah 20 ppm, jika gas amonia melebihi atau sama dengan 30ppm maka akan menghidupkan kipas dc dan menghidupkan pompa air sebagai pembersihan kotoran pada kandang selama beberapa detik sampai kotoran bersih. Blynk sebagai monitoring yang menampilkan hasil pembacaan dari sensor MQ-135 dan DHT11 di handphone, dan juga hasil dari pembacaan sensor-sensor akan tersimpan google sheet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe kandang pintar berhasil memonitor kadar amonia di dalam kandang dan membersihkan kotoran secara otomatis. Sensor amonia berhasil mendeteksi kadar amonia yang tinggi dan memberikan notifikasi pada pengguna. Sistem pembersih kotoran otomatis berhasil membersihkan kotoran secara otomatis. Alat ini dapat membantu peternak meningkatkan kesehatan dan kenyamanan anak ayam secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Aviary is a large cage that is designed to resemble the natural habitat of the flora and fauna contained therein. The purpose of making an aviary is as a breeding place for several flora and fauna within the scope of the community. Apart from that, some people build an aviary in their yard as a place to channel their hobbies. The success of aviary development has many supporting factors, one of which is weather conditions. Many aviaries out there do not have a protective roof so that the aviary experiences bad conditions when it rains, considering that Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate where rain can fall at any time. Based on these problems, this research was carried out by designing an automatic roof prototype that was placed on the aviary with a working system to detect the conditions that existed in the aviary and to protect the aviary from exposure to heat and excess rain. The prototype will detect the light intensity value and the value from the rain sensor reading, when it exceeds the specified value limit the tool will work and the roof will be closed. Contribution of this research The application of this prototype directly has a success rate of up to 90% as long as the components used can work optimally. The contribution to this research is the use of the Research and Development method as a research method and the use of telegram bots as a monitoring tool in this study.

Abstract

Members of the At-Taubah Assembly of Aisyiah Branch Leadership (PCA) Krembangan, located in Tambak Asri Village Surabaya, have difficulties in processing milkfish into fish crackers. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge on how to process milkfish into crackers using slicer machine tools. The method used in this activity consisted of three stages, namely socialization, demonstrating the processing of milkfish crackers, and giving a cracker cutting machine. The results of this community service are the members of Majelis Ta'lim At-Taubah become aware and understand how to use a slicer machine for the process of making milkfish crackers.

Abstract

Tambak Asri Village, which is located in Morokrembangan Village, Surabaya City, some of its people have problems in community welfare. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve community welfare through providing knowledge about making milkfish crackers. The method used in this community service activity is divided into two stages. The first stage is to communicate with abdimas partners regarding fish crackers making activities. The second stage is to explain the formulation and processing of milkfish into cracker products. The result of this community service activity is the increase in knowledge of how to process milkfish into fish crackers products. Highlights: Enhanced welfare: The community service activity aims to improve the welfare of Tambak Asri Village residents through knowledge sharing on milkfish cracker production. Two-stage method: The activity involves communication with abdimas partners and providing explanations on the formulation and processing of milkfish for cracker production. Increased knowledge: The outcome of the community service activity is an increased understanding among participants on how to process milkfish into fish cracker products. Abstract

One of the important factors in train travel is the guarding of railroad crossings. Unfortunately, the number of unguarded railway crossings is still quite large. This condition makes it prone to accidents, especially at crossings that are heavily traveled by vehicles. Most of the railway crossing guards in Indonesia use a manual system, where in this system one guard post can only guard one railway crossing, due to limited human resources from PT KAI, many railway crossing doors are not guarded. To reduce accidents and cover the lack of human resources from PT.KAI, an Efficiency tool through Automation was made: One System for Multiple Railway Crossing Guard Posts. This tool is equipped with several main components, namely PLC, HMI, Infrared Sensor, and servo motor. The crossing gate is fully controlled by PLC and HMI as a monitoring system for all components in real-time. By detecting the arrival of the train, the infrared sensor can work by utilizing the movement of the train passing the sensor, not only detecting the arrival of the train, the infrared sensor also works to give orders so that the Servo Motor as a crossing door can be immediately closed and opened on the miniature, the railroad crossing itself is also equipped with an infrared sensor that functions to detect the presence of vehicles in the middle of the railroad crossing controlled by PLC and HMI as a monitoring system. This tool has been tested and the device functions properly and can help reduce the accident rate at railroad crossings.

Abstract

Telemetry systems are used during Formula One (F1) and Shell Eco Marathon (SEM) races to monitor car conditions and performance during the race. This telemetry system is designed to monitor the performance of the car in real time by obtaining data about speed, steering room temperature, and other parameters. The purpose of making this tool is to be able to strategize during a good and efficient race. In this research on telemetry system development, several sensors and electronic devices are used to monitor car performance. This telemetry system consists of several sensors installed on the car, such as the U-blox Neo 6m GPS sensor and the DHT 11 sensor. These sensors collect data and transmit it to the control unit, which then sends the data to the server. The method used in this research includes several stages, namely telemetry system development, trials and testing, and data analysis. The main result of this research is the development of a telemetry system that can monitor the performance of electric cars in real-time. This telemetry system can provide useful information for the driver on the track and the team at the track. In addition, the results of this research also show that the telemetry system developed can produce accurate and reliable data. An electric car telemetry system can be a very useful tool for electric car users and manufacturers in improving the efficiency and performance of electric cars. In this study, the development of the telemetry system has successfully produced a tool that can monitor the performance of electric cars in real time and provide useful information for users and electric car manufacturers. It is hoped that the results of this research can help in developing more efficient and environmentally friendly electric car technology in the future

Abstract

Rancang bangun ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat penghangat dan kontrol suhu air pada susu bayi yang menggunakan Arduino Uno, sensor suhu DHT11, dan display LCD 16x2. Alat ini dirancang untuk membantu memastikan suhu air yang digunakan untuk mencampur susu bayi berada dalam rentang yang tepat dan aman. Susu formula merupakan makanan yang sangat dibutuhkan bayi untuk pertumbuhan dan kecerdasannya, Susu formula berperan penting dalam makanan bayi, karena seringkali menjadi satu-satunya sumber nutrisi bagi bayi merupakan sumber protein berkualitas tinggi. Alat ini bekerja dengan cara mengukur suhu air menggunakan sensor suhu DHT11, menampilkan suhu yang terdeteksi pada display LCD 16x2, dan mengontrol pemanasan menggunakan pengaturan suhu yang diinginkan. Jika suhu air terlalu rendah, alat akan mengaktifkan pemanas untuk meningkatkan suhu air hingga mencapai suhu yang diinginkan. Sebaliknya, jika suhu air terlalu tinggi, alat akan mematikan pemanas atau memberikan peringatan kepada pengguna. Pengguna dapat mengatur suhu yang diinginkan melalui antarmuka yang disediakan pada display LCD. Alat ini juga dapat memberikan notifikasi atau peringatan kepada pengguna jika suhu air terlalu rendah atau terlalu tinggi melalui pesan pada display LCD atau sinyal suara. Dengan adanya alat ini, orang tua atau pengasuh dapat dengan mudah mengontrol dan memantau suhu air yang digunakan untuk susu bayi, sehingga memastikan bahwa suhu air yang diberikan kepada bayi berada dalam rentang yang aman dan nyaman.

Abstract

There is an operation process for facility & equipment support in the distribution process of the oil and gas company such as the Pressure Regulating System and Process Shutdown Valve. The supporting equipment uses pneumatic actuators as a driving force whose power source comes from air, as from the fact the compressor as an air producer is still manually used and the air pressure in the air receiver is not monitored from the control room. The purpose of this research is to develop the previous system by creating an integrated system that can be monitored remotely in real time by adding several electronic devices and utilizing Internet of Things technology. Based on the research that have been carried out, the pressure sensor has good accuracy with an average error of 0.06 percent, so it can be a reference in monitoring the pressure on the air receiver and a notification alarm will appear if the pressure on the air receiver reads 5.5 Bar as evidenced by testing 10 times the average pressure read on the blynk app of 5,460 Bar. Hardware and software function properly according to the design, air pressure at the air receiver and status of the compressor in stand-by or running state can be monitored through the blynk app, so that the gas distribution process does not stop again
