Abstract

Research on "Value Added Analysis of Coffee Powder Processing Industry UD AYAM MERAK in Garot Cut Village Indrajaya District Pidie". The purpose of this study are: Analyzing added value of UD Ayam Merak coffee powder processing industry in Garot Cut Village, Indrajaya District, Pidie District. This research was conducted by the Processing Industry of UD Ayam Merak Coffee Powder in Garot Cut Village, Indrajaya Sub-district, Pidie District. The selection of the location of this study is determined purposively, on the basis of the consideration that the location is one of the central areas of UD Ayam Merak coffee powder. The object of research is UD Ayam Merak Coffee Bean Processing Industry. The scope of this study is adjacent to the analysis of added value of UD Ayam Merak coffee powder processing industry in Garot Village, Indrajaya District, Pidie Regency ". Based on the results of research that has been done on Value Added Analysis of Coffee Powder Processing Industry UD Ayam Merak in Garot Cut Village Indrajaya District Pidie then the Processing Industry of UD Ayam Merak coffee powder in Garot Cut Village Indrajaya District Pidie District can provide added value. The added value obtained from the processing of coffee beans to coffee powder is Rp 13,500 per kilogram of coffee beans, with a ratio of 15 percent. The ratio of value added to the value of output of 15 percent, indicating that every Rp 100 the value of the output of coffee powder, will be added value of Rp 15. Profits obtained by the business powder based on the calculation of added value is Rp 8,500, with the share of profits obtained is 13.7 percent

Abstract

Added value is the value added of a commodity because it undergoes a process of processing, transporting, and or storing in a production. In the process of processing added value can be defined as the difference between the value of the product and the cost of raw materials and other inputs, not including labor. Processing and changing the shape, taste, aroma and packaging of nutmeg meat products will produce new added value which can affect higher selling prices. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the processing of wet and dry nutmeg can provide added value and any factors that influence the added value of wet and dry nutmeg processing in Tapaktuan sub-district, South Aceh district. The analytical method in this study is the Hayami method to calculate added value and multiple linear regression analysis methods for factors. Based on the results of the study showed that dry packaging provides added value of Rp.8,135,775 and wet packaging provides added value of Rp.54,859,446. As for the factors that provide added value for dry packaging (nutmeg cake), namely the factor of the amount of production with a significant 0.000, labor with a significance of 0.021, and the amount of material with a significance of 0.000. And for wet packaging (nutmeg syrup) that is a labor factor with a significance of 0.007.

Abstract

Farming is done by the aim to get high income and the amount of production cost is influenced by production factors such as seeds, fertilizer and labor. The Farmers can effectively cost production in the use of production factors. This research was conducted with the aim to knowing efficiency of Urea, SP-36, NPK and pesticide are used in watermelon farming. This study used survey methodwith cluster sampling sampling, sample size 50% of population (53 HH) or 27 HH. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression production and efficiency test. The results showed that the ratio between the marginal product value (NPM) and urea fertilizer production factor was bigger than one (87.29), the SP-36 fertilizer was bigger than one (47,15), NPK fertilizer was bigger and one (79), pesticide was bigger than one (43,14) so that the use of fertilizer andpesticide production factor not yet efficient, the efforts to increase profits can be done by increasing the allocation of fertilizer and pesticide production factors in watermelon farming. Watermelon farmers can increase the use of inefficient production factors to increase unoptimized production

Abstract

Word Travel Tourism Council (WTTC) in 2019 stated that Indonesia on averaged contributed 10% of per year. As a form of tourism, ecotourism has its own specificities that is promoting environmental conservation, the welfare of local residents and respect for local culture. So that ecotourism is much in demand by tourists, this is because of a shift in the paradigm of international tourism from the form of mass tourism to special interest tourism, namely ecotourism. The research objectives are (1) to determine the relationship between the role of community-based ecotourism and community economic conditions, (2) to determine changes in community economic conditions before and after the existence of community-based ecotourism. The method used in this research is survey method. The object of this study was the Head of the Mon Ikeun Village Family, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar District. The number of respondents taken at 10% of the total population of 38 people. The analytical method used in this study is the Spearman Correlation Rank Test statistic, and the T-Paired Test, and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the role of Community-Based Ecotourism there was a significant relationship between the economic conditions of the community and the role of ecotourism. This is indicated by the correlation value of 0.651, which is included in the high category. Changes in Economic Conditions of the community before and after the existence of community-based ecotourism experienced changes in economic conditions with a Sig value: the level of significance of the relationship: Results 0,000 means significant at the 0.01 level. And for Sig. (2- tailed): Probability value or P test value T Paired: Result = 0,000. Meaning: there is a difference between before and after the existence of community-based ecotourism. Because: P value> 0.05 (95% trust). Mean: 84032.5 Positive Value: This means that there is a trend of changes in economic conditions after the community-based ecotourism. Correlation value between changes in economic conditions and the role of ecotourism results 0.811 means a strong and positive relationship.
