Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of green management to one of the manufacturing companies in Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is in the form of an analysis that describes the data that is the focus of this study, namely explaining how the application of green management to one of the manufacturing companies in Sukabumi City. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out based on aspects regarding green management, namely related to the legal approach, market approach, stakeholder approach and activist approach. The results of this study found that the company that was the location of this study was quite good in implementing green management, besides that this company also carried out its business ethics by implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan berkaitan dengan minat beli ulang yaitu, dari beberapa pelanggan yang biasanya datang pada setiap bulannya, namun sudah mulai terlihat tidak lagi. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh experiential marketing dan service quality terhadap permasalahan minat beli ulang (repurchase intention) tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention, sedangkan service quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Terjadinya pandemi covid-19 cukup menghambat pelanggan yang biasa berbelanja untuk melakukan atau berminat melakukan pembelian ulang.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang baik dituntut untuk bisa mengelola karyawannya agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya. Maka daripada itu perusahaan menyediakan program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar karyawan dapat bekerja maksimal dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan fungsinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan secara parsial maupun bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PAI Sukabumi (JX). Hipotesis dari penelitian ini antara lain H1 : terdapat pengaruh pelatihan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, H2 : terdapat pengaruh pengembangan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan H3 : terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan yang terlibat langsung dengan pengepakan, label dan kualitas di PT. PAI Sukabumi (JX) yaitu sebanyak 80 orang. Kuesioner ini terdiri dari 67 pernyataan mengenai pelatihan, pengembangan dan kinerja karyawan yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian instrument uji validitas dan reliabilitas, menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari normalitas, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas, dan juga analisis regresi berganda yang terdiri dari uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Dengan mengacu kepada penelitian yang dilakukan diharapkan pihak manajemen bisa mendukung program pelatihan yang dilakukan untuk karyawan. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Pengembangan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Price dan Product Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty di UMKM sektor kuliner Cibadak Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel. Sedangkan teknik pengujian instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel price tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap customer loyalty sedangkan variabel product quality memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Secara parsial dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara price dan product quality terhadap customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, digital marketing and location on purchasing decisions at Café Coffee Cirenggot. This study uses a type of quantitative research with accidental sampling technique of 80 respondents. The instrument test used is validity and reliability test, and multiple regression analysis in the form of hypothesis testing and F test and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. Results: Based on the results of data analysis or hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that Digital Marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Price and Location are rejected because they have no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Café Coffe Cirenggot.

Abstract

This service aims to increase awareness about building mental health and anti-bullying among students at the MA Al-Masthuriyah school, Sukabumi Regency, and also to provide a deeper understanding of the psychological impact of bullying. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that school residents can become more responsive and proactive in preventing and overcoming cases of bullying. In this way, a safe and supportive learning environment can be created, allowing each individual to grow and develop optimally without fear of intimidation or unpleasant treatment. This service activity was carried out involving second grade students from the Department of Science, Social Sciences and Religion, reaching fifty people. This counseling is delivered in the form of interactive learning sessions with material covering, mental health, the importance of recognizing bullying, and preventing bullying; as well as in the form of playing guess the picture. Evaluation was carried out by distributing participant satisfaction questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the counseling towards a superior generation, building mental health and anti-bullying among high school students in Sukabumi Regency provides significant benefits for the students of MA Al-Masthuriyah school. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of Mental Health and Anti-Bullying. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the materials and counseling methods

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Impact of Market Orientation on Marketing Performance and Competitive Advantage in Sukabumi City SMEs. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents with a sampling technique using Probability Sampling where researchers provide equal opportunities for each population to be selected as sample members who have criteria as SMEs in Sukabumi City. Testing the intrument in this study using valisity and reability tests, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis using classical assumption test cosisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test then regression analisys consisting of hypothesis t test and f test and using path analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Market Orientation has an effect on Marketing Performance. (2) Market Orientation has an effect on Competitive Advantage. (3) Market Orientation has an effect on Marketing Performance with Competitive Advantage variable as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, and (3) the influence of compensation and motivation simultaneously on employee performance. The subject of this research is all employees CV SumberMilik Farm Sukabumi. The number of respondents in this study as many as 80 people. Methods of data collection through survey by using questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) the compensation positively affects the employee's performance with a value of 2.252 > 1.66515 and a significance value of 0.027 < 0.05; (2) motivation positively influence to employee performance with value 5,439 > 1,66515 and significance value 0,000 < 0,05; (3) simultaneously compensation and motivation positively affect employee performance with score 38,203 > 3,12 and significance value 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of culture on student decision making, (2) the influence of brand trust on student decision making, and (3) the influence of culture and brand trust on student decision-making. The subjects of this study were all students of the Institut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study were 174 people. Methods of data collection through surveys using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study show that (1) culture influences positively and significantly on student decision-making with a value of 5.430> 1.974 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; (2) brand trust has a positive and significant influence on student decision-making with a value of 3.887> 1.974 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; (3) simultaneous culture and brand trust have a significant effect on decision making students with a value of 43.97> 0.10 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar, Sukabumi. In this study using two independent variables namely financial incentives as (X1) and non-financial incentives as (X2) and work motivation as the dependent variable (Y) which has the purpose of knowing: (1) the effect of financial incentives on employee work motivation, (2) the effect of non-financial incentives on employee work motivation, and (3) the effect of financial incentives and non-financial incentives on employee work motivation. The research method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar as research respondents totaling 63 people. Quality testing techniques used by researchers are by testing validity and reliability. For data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, while to test the hypothesis the researcher uses multiple linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of the calculation of the data that has been processed using the SPSS 25 program shows that (1) financial incentives has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) non-financial incentives has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, and (3) simultaneously financial and non-financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar, Sukabumi.
