Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service and product quality on customer loyalty of Telkomsel Provider in Sukabumi City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data through survey technique. The research location is in the city of Sukabumi, West Java. The number of research respondents may be 99 providers of Telkomsel users with a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument (questionnaire) using the validity test and reliability test. The test uses multiple hypothesis analysis, which consists of the T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable (X1) partially does not have a significant effect on the customer loyalty variable (Y) Telkomsel provider, the product quality variable (X2) partially. simultaneous influence on customer loyalty (Y) Telkomsel provider and variables of service quality and product quality simultaneously affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

The study seeks to analyze the problem of sales revenue that tends to stagnate in the culinary MSME shop at the former Sukabumi City Terminal. The results of observations in the field show that there is an influence of product innovation and store atmosphere on consumer purchase intention. In general, consumers think about culinary usually product innovation becomes an attraction. In addition, consumers generally assess shops or stores on the first impression is from the store atmosphere that is felt in the form of table layouts, chairs, display cases, room colors, and others. Quantitative research analysis using the SPSS application. Taking respondents from the population through random sampling which amounted to 97 (ninety seven) people. Analyze the quality of the instrument by means of validity tests and reliability tests. Furthermore, the data quality is tested with the classical assumption test, then for hypothesis testing using multiple regression calculations, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results can be concluded that product innovation and store atmosphere can increase intention. So that it can increase revenue and profits for MSME shop owners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan di Kabupaten Sukabumi yang diprediksi melalui kepemimpinan transformasional, self efficacy, dan kemampuan berinovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode metode survey untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah multistage random sampling yang merupakan bentuk kompleks dari cluster random sampling. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan data hasil pengisian angket yang diisi oleh seluruh sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni berjumlah 386 responden. Analisis data terdiri dari analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Analisis inferensial dilakukan melalui analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji asumsi yaitu normalitas dan homogenitas. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dari variabel pola kepemimpinan tranformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Self efficacy berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) kemampuan berinovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap self efficacy, dan (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung self efficacy terhadap kemampuan berinovasi karyawan
