Abstract

Banyuwangi merupakan kabutapen yang terletak di ujung timur pulau jawa yang memiliki beragam daya tarik wisata baik wisata alam maupun budaya. Pengembangan pariwsata di Kabupaten banyuwangi belum maksimal mengingat sampai saat ini masih terfokus pada pengembangan wisata alam, sedangkan pariwisata sejarah masih belum dikembangkan. Padahal banyuwangi memiliki asset sumberdaya arkeologi yang sangat melimpah yang terdiri dari masa prasejarah, sejarah klasik, dan kolonial tersebar diberbagai daerah seperti Wongsorejo, Kalipuro, Banyuwangi, Kabat, Rogojampi, Muncar, Sempu, dan Songgon. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk (1) menginventarisasi persebaran peninggalan Pra-sejarah yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi; (2) mengetahui pemanfaatan peninggalan prasejarah sebagai sumber belajar sejarah di SMA. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teori, yaitu: 1) Sumberdaya Arkeologi; 2) Pariwisata; dan 3) Pariwisata Sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk dan strategi deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumen. Data yang diperoleh divaliditas dengan menggunakan triannggulasi data, peneliti, teori, dan metodelogis. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Dan analisis SWOT yang meliputi penyusunan matriks IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan matriks EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) yang dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peninggalan prasejarah di banyuwangi meliputi situs gua di Songgon, Situs Goa di Wongsorejo, situs gua di Kalipuro, dan situs neolitik di kendenglembu. Sedangkan untuk pemanfaatanya sebaga media dan sumber belajar sudah diterapkan oleh sekolah-sekolah SMA di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan dan menguji keefektifan engklek kedamaian terhadap peningkatan kesehatan mental remaja awal di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode research and development yang dikemukakan oleh Borg and Gall. Hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 90,3%, ahli media sebesa 91,62 dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”, dan praktisi guru BK sebesar 86,69% dengan kriteria “Layak”. Diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 0,05, maka Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara hasil prestest dan posttest nilai kesehatan mental remaja awal. Proses siswa dapat mengembangkan kesehatan mental dengan bermain engklek kedamaian. Nilai-nilai kedamaian yang diintegrasikan kedalam permainan engklek dapat mengembangkan kesehatan mental siswa. Saran bagi peneliti berikutnya untuk dapat menguji hasil pengembangan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen yang lebih luas untuk mengetahui keefektifan produk secara luas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi para guru BK untuk memberikan media engklek kedamaian pada permasalahan kesehatan mental di sekolah.

Abstract

Bullying is an emotional problem caused by an imbalance of power between the bully and the victim, where the perpetrator continuously humiliates the victim. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the counseling teacher in overcoming bullying at SMPN 1 Singojuruh, to find out what factors influence the occurrence of bullying at SMPN 1 Singojuruh and to find out the steps taken by the counseling teacher to deal with bullying at SMPN 1 Singojurih. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study with the subject of research counseling teachers and principals of SMPN 1 Singojuruh. The results of the study show that counseling teachers have a very important role in overcoming bullying in schools by implementing appropriate counseling strategies.

Abstract

The problem in this study is anxiety in the face of demanding semester exams, which can be detrimental to students because it will make them stressed and interfere with their ability to learn. So, in order to provide important services to children and minimize the level of anxiety, a cognitive restructuring approach is used. The aim of this study was to ascertain whether using a cognitive restructuring approach to reduce exam-related anxiety is beneficial or not. Pretest-posttest design with one group is a research approach used in this pre-experimental study. students of Class X TKJ 2 SMK PGRI 1 Giri Bannyuwangi, consisting of 40 students, and 8 subjects selected from the exam with high and very high anxiety categories were sampled in the study. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used. The method of data collection is a questionnaire (Google form).Test the validity of the instrument using SPSS version 25. Based on the calculation results obtained tcount is 2.365 at degrees of freedom (df) 7, then compared to ttable is 12.568, then tcount > ttable, (12.568 > 2.365), with a sign 2 tailed value < of the value critical 0.005, ie 0.000 <0.005. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or it can be said that the use of cognitive restructuring techniques is effectively used to reduce student anxiety in facing final exams.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the development of peace cranks towards improving early adolescent mental health in Banyuwangi Regency. The research design uses a literature review through descriptive analysis which is described regularly. To develop further research, researchers used this type of R&D research which was carried out in 5 stages. Research and development procedures are carried out starting from the stages of problem identification, data collection, product design, product validation, and finally, product revision. Product evaluation is carried out by material experts, media experts and practitioner experts. Meanwhile, product trials were carried out on students in groups of 8-12 students in their early teens. The types of data obtained and used are qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection uses a mental health scale, material expert scale, media expert scale and practitioner expert scale. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The whole discussion is described in this article

Abstract

Background: society's perception of Down syndrome in early working adults . Objective: to determine the public's perception of Down syndrome in early adulthood. Method: the source of the article used was obtained from a search via Google Scholar. A literature search with the same theme contained 17,700 articles and filtering was carried out according to the theme, including 17 articles. Article searches are limited from 2019-2024. After the article is obtained, the article is reviewed until it reaches the stage of creating a systematic review. The keywords used in the article search are " Perception" "Public" "Down Syndrome" "Early Adulthood" . Results: society's perception of Down syndrome in early adulthood is shrouded in stigma and bad perceptions even occur in their families. Conclusion: Individuals with Down syndrome , from children to adults, are part of society. Even though they are often seen with stigma and negative perceptions because of their physical differences, they still need support and understanding from their surrounding environment. Their enthusiasm and adaptability allow them to live and participate in daily activities like any other individual

Abstract

It is very important that students' interest in reading influences their learning outcomes, because a high interest in reading allows a person to understand the basics of science perfectly. The aim of this research is to what extent students increase their willingness to read to understand articles at PGRI Banyuwangi University in order to get the expected results from the research. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from active students in the Guidance and Counseling study program at PGRI Banyuwangi University who attended lectures from the 2nd and 4th semesters of the 2022 and 2023 classes. Qualitative research collected data by observation and interviews. The PGRI Banyuwangi University Guidance and Counseling Study Program class of 2022 and 2023 still do not understand how to read articles well and also as a requirement to support completing lecture assignments. With this, we still don't understand what is being done and what the student understands. Reading more articles is searched on the Google Scholar site than on other websites. The results show that to avoid laziness in reading, students must first understand how they learn and change their behavior to create a personalized learning plan. Stimulus given by lecturers to students who want to read articles for lectures and other assignments, so that they can gain knowledge about the articles they read while increasing their understanding of both the material and its content.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has two gates for implementing education, namely under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education and Education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. In 2003 the existence of a law on regional autonomy opened up opportunities to establish public schools in Islamic boarding schools. This research was designed using qualitative research with emancipatory approaches, with the commodification theory. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies and literature studies. The analytical method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that commodification of education in Darussholah High School is very premature because (1) the facilities and infrastructures provided by Islamic boarding schools are very inadequate (2) School facilities and infrastructure Still need additional (3) curriculum still needs improvement and improvement because the school compiling education programs is closely related to the development of Islamic boarding schools with brilliant class programs that have the aim of improving the character of students through deepening religion and technology through general education.

Abstract

This study aims to find a relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adapting to adolescents. The research subjects were 138 teenagers in class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Banyuwangi. Data collection is done by using the scale of self-concept, problem solving scale and scale of adjustment in adolescents that are compiled by researchers themselves. These three scales use a Likert model consisting of 5 alternative answers. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the study show (1) There is a significant relationship between self-concept and problem solving with adjustment variables in adolescents; (2) There is a very significant positive relationship between self-concept and adjustment in adolescents; and (3) There is a very significant positive relationship between problem solving and adjustment in adolescents. Effective contributions from self-concept variables and problem solving together have an effect of 40.5% on adapting to adolescents, so there are 59.5% of other variables that influence adolescents' adaptation in addition to the two X variables studied.

Abstract

In this study aims to: (1) determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling behavior contract techniques in reducing the academic procrastination behavior of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi students; (2) find out the differences between students of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi between the experimental group and the control group that did not receive treatment. The design used is non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group. The sample of this study was 20 students of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi which were divided into 2 groups. Academic procrastination behavior was measured using an academic procrastination behavior questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (a) first, the tcount at the output showed the number 27,976 this meant a decrease. If t arithmetic> T table, then H0 is rejected. Which means 27,976> 1,833, thus because H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted, where Ha reads "Behavior Counseling Behavior Contract technique is effective against decreasing academic procrastination behavior of students of class XII IPS MAN 2 Banyuwangi," (b) The results of both studies indicate t-KE ‰  tcount KK (31,771 ‰  10,801). Therefore, because H0 was rejected, Ha was accepted, where Ha reads "There is a difference in effectiveness between the experimental group that received treatment and the control group that did not receive treatment in reducing the behavior of students' academic procrastination". So it can be concluded that between the experimental group with the control group there are very differences. The final results of this study indicate that the Behavior Counseling Behavior Contract technique can reduce and prevent students' academic procrastination behavior with an increase of 27%.
