Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia. The research data used a questionnaire which distributed to respondents and sample was used in this research, using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis method was used in this research with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia, The training variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline variable in influencing the performance of the employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia.

Abstract

Analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Trader (X-Sell). The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both partially or simultaneous. The study population of all employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Traders (X-Sell) totaling 30 employees. The sampling technique of this study uses saturated sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Result Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Indonesian Superior Traders (X-Sell) partially or simultaneous.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on work productivity of employees at the Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, PT Pertamina Retail. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analysis model used linear regression either partially or simultaneous. The population in this study were 52 employees of the Bekasi SPBU Operator Section, Ahmad Yani. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled totaling 52 employees. The result work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Pertamina Retail's Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, either partially or simultaneous.

Abstract

To determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance PTĀ  Indonesia Epson Industry. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry, while the research method used simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that simultaneous competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis which states that competence and motivation partially have an effect on employee performance and the coefficient of determination shows that competence and motivation contribute 69.2% to employee performance at PT Indonesia Epson Industry.

Abstract

To determine the effect of service quality and product quality on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the customers of Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch, with the criteria being at least 17 years old, with a sample of 80 people with incidental sampling techniques. Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneousĀ  service quality and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research and survey research. The population of this study is the customer-owner owner of children's toys buyers Toy City Mall Mall Summarecon Bekasi. The number of samples is 60 respondents, while the sampling technique uses the saturated sample technique. The data of this research are primary data sourced from questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, simple and multiple regression, hypothesis F test and hypothesis test t. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi. 2) The atmosphere of the store has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Toys City Mall Mall Summarecon Bekasi. 3) Service quality and store atmosphere together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi.

Purpose To determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The respondent in this study were employees of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim, Satgas Sumber Daya Air. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability saturated sampling. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneous or partially, communication and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim.
