Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of relational marketing on customer loyalty at PT CABS Inti Inovasi. The population of this study comprises all customers who have made multiple purchases of CABS Inti Inovasi products. The research sample is a subset of the population selected using non-probability sampling, specifically convenience sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the selected respondents. The analytical method employed to address this research is multiple linear regression, with marketing dimensions including trust, bonding, empathy, and reciprocity as independent variables, and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Using 251 respondents, the research findings indicate that trust, bonding, empathy, and reciprocity have a positive and significant partial effect on customer loyalty, with bonding variabel having the most significant impact. Furthermore, the results also demonstrate that trust, bonding, empathy, and reciprocity collectively have a significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine respondents' perceptions regarding Celebrity Endorsers, Word Of Mouth, brand image, purchasing decisions and location and to test the influence of Celebrity Endorser, Word Of Mouth and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions with Location as a Moderating Variable. The sample used in this research was all Geprek Bensu Chicken consumers in Depok City using 152 respondents. Data was collected using the Non-Probability Sampling method, namely Saturated Sampling (census) and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression methods and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research show that Celebrity Endorsers, Word Of Mouth and brand image partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The test results with MRA show that the location variable is able to moderate the influence of Celebrity Endorsers, Word Of Mouth and brand image on purchasing decisions for Ayam Geprek Bensu. The results of the F test show that Celebrity Endorsers, Word Of Mouth and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Ayam Geprek Bensu

Abstract

Abstract Community service is one of the three activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation involves all the academic community of higher education. In 2021, the Lecturer Team of the Faculty of Economics and Business will hold Community Service activities with the theme of Training in the preparation of environmental accounting-based financial reports for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the City and Regency of Bogor. This theme is important considering that there are externalities from the company's business activities that have not been fully understood, known and responded to by business actors, especially SMEs. Community service activities are carried out with three methods, namely counseling, training, and making simple accounting applications for the preparation of environmental accounting-based financial reports that can be used by business actors who become community service suggestions. Based on the information obtained during the training, it was known that SME participants have not implemented environmental accounting-based financial reports in their business activities, so their understanding of the importance of environmental accounting and its application is very limited. Participants were very enthusiastic because the training could open their horizons and thoughts about good and correct bookkeeping. SME participants are expected to be able to compile financial reports even though they are still in a simple form. In addition, SMEs are more concerned about the environment both internally and externally and can choose raw materials for production and products that are environmentally friendly. AbstrakPengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu dari tiga kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya melibatkan semua civitas akademika perguruan tinggi. Tahun 2021, Tim Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat dengan tema Pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis akuntansi lingkungan pada  UKM (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) di Kota dan Kabupaten Bogor. Tema ini penting mengingat adanya eksternalitas dari kegiatan bisnis perusahaan yang belum sepenuhnya dipahami, diketahui dan direspon oleh para pelaku usaha khususnya UKM. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tiga metode, yaitu penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pembuatan aplikasi akuntansi sederhana untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis akuntansi lingkungan yang dapat digunakan oleh pelaku usaha yang menjadi saran pengabdian masyarakat. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh saat pelatihan, diketahui bahwa peserta UKM belum menerapkan laporan keuangan berbasis akuntansi lingkungan dalam kegiatan usahanya, sehingga pemahaman tentang pentingnya akuntansi lingkungan dan penerapannya sangat terbatas. Peserta sangat antusias karena pelatihan tersebut dapat membuka wawasan dan pemikiran mereka mengenai pembukuan yang baik dan benar. Peserta UKM diharapkan dapat menyusun laporan keuangan walaupun masih dalam bentuk sederhana. Selain itu pelaku UKM lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan baik internal maupun eksternal serta dapat memilih bahan baku untuk produksi dan produk yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Benteng yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi untuk lebih berkembang. Dan seiring dengan bertumbuhnya desa wisata lain di Kabupaten Bogor, para pengelola harus memiliki literasi dan media pemasaran digital yang memadai agar mampu menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Namun para pengelola dan masyarakat di Desa Wisata Benteng masih memiliki keterbatasan literasi dan media pemasaran digital. Berangkat dari kondisi tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Nusa Bangsa mengadakan pendampingan bagi pengelola Desa Wisata Benteng dengan tiga kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi sadar wisata dan pelatihan pemasaran digital, pembuatan banner, video promosi, dan website resmi desa wisata. Hasil pengabdian ini para pengelola memiliki literasi dan media pemasaran digital yang memadai sehingga dapat memasarkan destinasi dan produk unggulan desa wisata dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas dan lebih memudah memperbaharui informasi tentang desa wisata yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat, sehingga diharapkan akan meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan dan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Wisata Benteng.

Abstract

A climate change and global warming have an impact on increasing public awareness of environmental problems. Consumers are becoming more aware that their consumption habits have a direct impact on the environment and are taking on greater responsibility for environmental sustainability. Based on this phenomenon, this study’s purpose is to explore the influence of green marketing strategy, green product knowledge, green purchasing behavior toward purchasing intention and decision for green products, among non-member Tupperware consumers. The Structural Equation Modeling analysis method was used for 225 selected respondents were collected through quota sampling and accidental sampling, and submitted online using the google form which were submitted via social media and Whatsapp groups. The finding showed that green purchasing intention directly affects purchasing decision. Green marketing strategies, product knowledge and green purchasing behavior indirectly affects green purchasing decision through mediation of green purchasing intention, with green marketing strategies providing the greatest influence. These results provide information to management with insights into the contribution of green marketing strategy, consumer knowledge of green products, and consumer purchasing behavior in increasing the intention and the decision to buy green products, and encourages stakeholders to improve the green marketing strategy through pro-environment product innovation and promotion to increase the consumers’ intent for buy green product

Abstract

Social forestry is a sustainable forest management system implemented in state forest areas or private forests. Local communities or customary law communities implement customary forests as the main actors in improving their welfare. The Social Forestry Program aims to enhance community welfare through empowerment patterns while still being guided by sustainability aspects. Communities around forests are given equal and broadest opportunities to apply for forest area management rights to the government. Communities can cultivate and benefit from forests in environmentally friendly ways. One way to utilize forest areas is to make them tourist attractions. Good management of tourist attractions requires skills in planning and implementation. Garut Regency is one area that has many sustainable forest locations that have been used as tourist locations and have the potential to increase people's income, but these tourist attractions still need to bestill need to be well promoted to the wider community. Therefore, training in creating tourism promotional content is required in order to strengthen the knowledge and skills capacity of social forestry groups in managing tourism potential in the Garut Regency. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills capacity of the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) in creating promotional content for tourist attractions. The result of this activity is that KTH members are able to create promotional content for tourist attractions using the Canva and CapCut applications so that they can increase the number of visitors to their tourist attractions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the performance of the MBKM Economiic Faculty Nusa Bangsa University’s program implementation. The analytical method used are gap analysis and paired sample t-test by comparing student perceptions of student performance and student expectations of the importance of MBKM implementation and Economiic Faculty services in the MBKM program. The sampling method is saturated sampling, and the number of respondents is 142 students. By using gap analysis, the results showed that there was a gap between the perceived performance of students and expectations of the level of importance in both the implementation of the MBKM program and the quality of Economiic Faculty services in the implementation of MBKM. By using a different paired sample t-test, the results showed that there was a significant difference between the perceived performance of students and the level of importance of the MBKM program both in the implementation and quality of FEB services in the implementation of MBKM. The management of Economiic Faculty UNB needs to carry out a planned and structured evaluation of the implementation of the MBKM program so that the objectives of the program that are already good, can be implemented properly, and need to involve students in determining the MBKM program that is held so that there is harmony between the wishes of the manager and the needs of students regarding the benefits that will be obtained from student participation in the MBKM program. Abstract

ABSTRACT Service quality and student satisfaction are important aspects of the strategy of higher education institutions in the competitive higher education market. One of the quality of higher education services that needs attention is the quality of service in the learning process. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a program launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology as a service for students by providing opportunities for students to hone skills according to their interests and talents with various programs. The Faculty of Economics and Business UNB has organized the MBKM program since 2020/2021 with two programs, namely Student Exchange and KKNT. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service implementation of the MBKM program. This study uses census data, the analytical methods used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of t-test here are three variables that effect i.e. variable Tangibles, Reliability and Responsiveness while variable Assurance, Emphaty and Relevance does not affect the satisfaction of the implementation of the MBKM program. The result of this research was based on the F-test is the quality of service which consists of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Emphaty, Assurance, and Relevance take effect simultaneously to satisfactions of the implementation of the MBKM program. Abstract

Perceived value and student satisfaction are important aspects in higher education. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology plans the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program to be able to equip students to learn from various disciplines that are relevant to their interests and needs to enter the world of work. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Nusa Bangsa has organized the MBKM program with two programs, namely Student Exchange and KKNT. This study aims to determine the level of success of the MBKM program that has been carried out by analyzing the perceived value of the satisfaction of the MBKM program implementation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the dependent variable is implementation satisfaction, and the independent variable is perceived functional value, perceived emotional value, perceived social value. The results showed that partially perceived functional value and perceived social value had an effect, while simultaneously all independent variables had an effect on dependent satisfaction. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia have an important role in producing a young generation with noble character, religious knowledge and ready to face the challenges of the times. Islamic boarding schools must quickly respond positively and adapt to changes that occur. Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions currently need to prepare teachers who are competent in accordance with the needs of the times. Digital literacy is one of the competencies that is quite important in meeting the knowledge needs of students.  Digital literacy training is carried out to prepare teachers who are in line with educational needs in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 but cannot be separated from the teachings of the Islamic religion. With good digital literacy, teachers at Islamic boarding schools can access wider and more up-to-date information, increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning, and utilize digital media for learning activities, da'wah and spreading Islamic values. Therefore, digital literacy training is needed for teachers at the Al-Marjan Mulabaru Islamic Boarding School, Lebak Banten. The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills capacity of teachers at the Al-Marjan Mulabaru Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Banten regarding digital literacy. The result of this activity is that teachers at the Al-Marjan Mulabaru Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Banten are able to understand digital literacy and show that teachers are able to have basic skills in using computers and the internet. The success of this training shows that teachers have high interest in digital literacy in Islamic boarding schools.
