Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Sanctions and the SAMSAT J'bret Program partially or simultaneously on Taxpayer Compliance at the SAMSAT Office in Bogor City. The variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Sanctions and the SAMSAT J'bret Program while the dependent variable is Taxpayer Compliance. This type of research is quantitative. The research was conducted directly at the SAMSAT Bogor City Office located Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No. 4, Pabaton Neighborhoods Central Bogor District, Bogor City, West Java, 16121. The sample in this study is 100 taxpayers who pay motor vehicle tax at the SAMSAT Office in Bogor City. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. As for data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously the variables of Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Sanctions and the SAMSAT J'bret Program affect Taxpayer Compliance at the SAMSAT Office in Bogor City. The variables of Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Sanctions and the SAMSAT J'bret Program can only explain the variable of Taxpayer Compliance by 22%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products among customers in Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods and a type of causality research using data in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistical analysis, to determine the influence of variables (X), namely product quality, brand image, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products as variable (Y). The population of this study are consumer who have used at least on purchase of Scarlett Whitening products in Bogor Regency, with sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire, while for data analysis using SPSS version 22 to test, namely the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple analysis T test (Partial Test), and F test (Simultaneous test). The results of this research show that the variables product quality, brand image, price, and promotion simultaneously influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening product. Meanwhile, in the T test, product quality has no influence on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitenin product. Brand image, price, and promotion influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening product.

Abstract

Reusing AC wastewater is a potentially limited water resource. This research aims to: determine the quality of AC wastewater, estimate the availability of AC wastewater in Bogor Regency government offices, and analyze the economic value of the availability of AC wastewater in Bogor Regency Government Offices. The method used in this research is a technical analysis of water quality tests, quantitative descriptive tabulation calculations to obtain the amount of AC wastewater in each SKPD, and WTP (Willingness To Pay). This research shows that AC wastewater can be used as a water resource because the raw water parameters are good for household purposes such as for toilet use, cleaning services, watering plants, and washing. The estimated AC wastewater produced by 33 SKPDs of the Bogor Regency Government in 1 year is 4,118,400 liters. Water requirements by employees for 1 year are 25,877,601.30 liters. In this case, if AC wastewater can be used, it will cover 15.91% of employee water needs in 1 year. The economic value of AC wastewater is IDR 3.57/liter. If multiplied by the amount of AC wastewater that has not been utilized, the total value of AC wastewater in 1 year is IDR 14,702,688.00. The value of AC wastewater is only 44.6% of the PDAM price per liter. This value is still low because AC waste water is known as waste.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the ability of financial performance at PT Semen Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. before and during the Covid-19 pandemic Period 2017 – 2021 This research uses a type of comparative research with a quantitative approach, which is research that has the nature of comparing data to see similarities and differences in some facts and the nature of the object of research based on a framework of thought. This study uses secondary data obtained from company financial reports accessed through the IDX. The results of the study indicate that the liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratio (total debt to total asset ratio, total debt to total equity ratio, long term debt to equity ratio), activity ratios (inventory turnover, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover), profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on investment, return one equity) and market ratio (earning per share and price earning ratio). From this research, the company's financial performance has decreased compared to before and during Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of event marketing (involvement, interaction, immersion, intensity, individuality, innovation, and integrity) on interest in visiting Cibinong City Mall, to find out what factors are the most dominant in influencing interest in Cibinong City Mall and to knowing the magnitude of the determination of event marketing variables in explaining interest in visiting Cibinong City Mall. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variables involvement, interaction, immersion and integrity had a positive and significant influence on visiting interest. Meanwhile, the variables of intensity, individuality and innovation have no effect on interest in visiting Cibinong City Mall. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on visiting interest. The for the amount of determination, the results were 34,7%, meaning that the variable of interest in visiting was influenced by event marketing variabels (involvement, interaction, immersion, intensity, individuality, innovation, and integrity) of 34,7% while the rest was 65.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a difference in the average abnormal return before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 virus was first confirmed in Indonesia, to find out and analyze whether there is a difference in the average security return variability before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 virus. First confirmed in Indonesia and to find out and analyze whether there is a difference in the average trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the first confirmed Covid-19 virus in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample used for this study was four non-Islamic state-owned banks. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in abnormal returns between before and after the event of the First Confirmed Covid-19 Announcement in Indonesia, there is a difference in Security Return Variability (SRV) between before and after the occasion of the First Confirmed Covid-19 Announcement in Indonesia, and there is no the difference in Trade Volume Activity (TVA) between before and after the First Confirmed Covid-19 Announcement event in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of business location and length of business on the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency. The results of the study proved that: (1) The results of the hypothesis test partially proved that business location affected the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, this was shown by the value of t calculating the variable business location of 2.625 > t table 1.660 with a significance value of 0.010 < 0.10. (2) The results of the hypothesis test partially prove that the length of business affects the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, this is shown by the value of t calculate the variable business location of 3.484> t table 1.660 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.10. (3) The results of the hypothesis test simultaneously prove that the location of the business and the length of business simultaneously affect the income of traders in Cibinong Market, Bogor Regency, This is indicated by the calculated t value of the business location variable of 62.794 > 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.10. (4) The most dominant variable affecting business income is the length of business variable, this can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient of the brand image variable of 0.546.

Abstract

Fulfilling the need for transportation equipment is not only fulfilled by buying but, can also be done through a rental system. As a result, the vehicle rental business has become a very lucrative business opportunity, both corporate and individual. Efforts to seize a fairly large market share require the right strategy so that business owners can achieve the targets that have been set and can increase the number of management units (units in contract). This study aims to determine the effect of marketing variables (7P) on rental decisions at PT Surya Sudeco either partially or simultaneously. This study was also conducted to determine the marketing mix (7P) and how much the marketing mix (7P) can explain the vehicle rental decision at PT Surya Sudeco. The results of the T test show that among the independent variables (X) analyzed, only the product variable has a positive and partially significant effect on vehicle rental decisions. While the results of the F test show that the independent variable (X) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 35.1% indicates the contribution of the influence of the independent variable simultaneously to the dependent variable. While the remaining 64.9% is the influence of other variables (residual/error values) outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the financial performance of the company PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta (ABDA) before (2010-2013 period), during the transition period (2014-2015 period), and after (2016-2019 period) the implementation of BPJS Kesehatan. The analysis technique used is Financial Ratio Analysis and Trend Analysis. This study uses a type of comparative research with a quantitative approach, using data collection techniques through documentation and literature study. The location of this research is by means of a desk study using data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through www.idx.co.id, the company's official website www.abdainsurance.co.id and www.bpjs-kesehatan.go.id. While the time of this research starts from February 2021 to October 2021. The results showed that PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta (ABDA) Tbk when viewed from the analysis of Liquidity showed a stable condition, Solvency improved, but from the analysis of Activity and Profitability showed a decrease. So it can be concluded that the trend that occurred after the BPJS Health showed a trend line that experienced more decline. To improve and maintain its existence, PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta (ABDA) Tbk can provide benefits in the form of more facilities to its participants that cannot be obtained from BPJS Health, or collaborate with BPJS Health to implement the COB (Coordination Of Benefit) principle.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry continues to experience increasingly fierce competition so that many companies want good performance and experience profit growth every year. This study aims to determine the effect of the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Return on Assets to Profit Growth either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with the type of causality associative research. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample used in this study is food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies for the 2015-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that partially the Quick Ratio and Total Assets Turnover have a negative but significant effect on Profit Growth, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on Profit Growth, and the Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. Simultaneously, it shows that all independent variables have an effect on Profit Growth.
