Abstract

Quality of spermatozoa motility and viability from rejected limousin bull semen diluted with skim milk egg yolk sitrat added with various levels of glucose. Glucose level used were 0%, 0,5%, 1,5%, 2,5%, and 3,5%. Writer was using on four years old Limousine bull. Bull semen used in this research was bull rejected semen with bellow 70% motility. Semen observation was done at 0 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours. Research design used in this study was completely randomized design with faktorial pattern with 5 replicates. Highest result in motility this research was showed at 24 hours with 30% value in glucose 2,5% treatment and 48 hours with 10% value. The lowest result showed in glucose 0% treatment at 24 hours and 0% at 48 hours. Highest result in viability showed on glucose 2,5% treatment with 62,6% value at 24 hours and at 48 hours with 53,4% value. Lowest result in viability showed on glucose 0% treatment with 44,2% value at 24 hours and 31,4% value at 48 hours.

Abstract

Education is the process of developing foundational skills that are essential for both mental and emotional intelligence. Teachers are currently facing challenges in implementing the curriculum for autonomous learning. The application of progressivism ideology to the concept of an independent learning curriculum is one possible answer to this problem. This study aims to investigate curricula for independent learning from a progressivist perspective. The library research method, which employs a philosophical hermeneutic approach and includes elements of description, interpretation, and comparison through reference studies related to the problem's theme, is the technique employed in this qualitative study in order to gain a thorough understanding of the findings. Content analysis is the method employed to examine and discover support for the notion demonstrating how the curriculum idea is separate from progressivism's philosophical tenets. A number of learning principles are extensively emphasized by progressivism, including: 1) the idea that students should be at the center of the educational process from the beginning to the conclusion; 2) Students act as engaged members of society; 3) the role of the instructor as a facilitator, offering guidance and instructions; 4) educational establishments aim to create a cooperative and democratic environment; and 5) students need to concentrate on problem solving rather than merely learning material. In opposition to progressivism's philosophical tenets, the Free Learning Curriculum aims to enhance Indonesia's human resource base, particularly during the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga diri dan hubungan sosial terhadap adaptabilitas karir terhadap fresh graduate yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey untuk pengambilan data. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah fresh graduate yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS ver.24. Perhitungan uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi X1 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 6,776 > 1,980 ttabel dan nilai signifikansi X2 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 4,863 > 1,980 ttabel. Perhitungan uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung sebesar 87,769 > 3,07. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa harga diri dan hubungan sosial secara bersimultan berpengaruh terhadap adaptabilitas karir.
