Abstract

This study aims to produce learning media based on blogs with the context of covers on lines and angles material using the PMRI approach which was valid, practical and has a potential effect on the ability to understand mathematical concepts in class VII students of SMP LTI IGM Palembang. The research method used was the development research method using the Tessmer flow (1993) which consists of the preliminary stage (preparation and design stages) and the formative evaluation stage, namely self-evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group and field tests). Data collection was carried out using validation sheets, questionnaires, interviews and tests. From the results of the study it was concluded that the blog-based mathematics learning media developed was qualitatively valid in terms of comments and suggestions from the validator, besides that quantitatively the percentage of validity was 4.129 and practically both qualitatively and quantitatively by looking at the comments and suggestions it was stated that blog-based learning media was practically used and the result of the analysis of the practical average of the questionnaire calculation is 76.263. Then the results of a high potential effect on students' conceptual understanding abilities with an average of 82.033.

Abstract

This research aims to produce e-worksheets on the volume of cuboid and cylinder that are valid, practical, and have a potential effect on the mathematical problem solving ability of seventh grade students. This research is based on the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (I-RME) approach using the context of the Palembang Suro Mosque with a development research method through the Tessmer research model which consists of 2 stages. The first stage is the preliminary stage (preparation and design stage) and the second stage is the formative evaluation stage (self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group, and field test). The data collection techniques used were validation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, and tests. The results of this research indicate that (1) the e-worksheets developed is "valid" with an average score of 4.15, (2) the e-worksheets developed is "practical" with an average score of 81.43, (3) the e-worksheets developed has a potential effect on mathematical problem solving ability of 72.28 with a "high" category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD Materi Harga Jual dan Harga Beli dengan Konteks Islami yang valid, praktis dan memiliki efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Research tipe Development Study. Metode penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri dari dua tahapan yaitu preliminary (tahap persiapan atau pendesainan) dan tahap prototyping menggunakan alur formative evaluation yang terdiri dari tahap self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII salah satu SMP IT di Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan tes. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan LKPD LKPD Materi Harga Jual dan Harga Beli dengan Konteks Islami yang valid dilihat dari komentar dan saran dari validator melalui lembar validasi. Kemudian menghasilkan LKPD Materi Harga Jual dan Harga Beli dengan Konteks Islami yang praktis dengan melihat lembar komentar dan saran peserta didik pada tahap one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Kemudian telah menghasilkan LKPD Materi Harga Jual dan Harga Beli dengan Konteks Islami yang terdapat efek potensialnya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop an Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) that is valid, practical, and has the potential to strengthen numeracy literacy on the topic of relations and functions. The type of research used was Design Research with a development study type that was divided into two stages, namely the preliminary stage and the prototyping stage with formative evaluation that included self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group, and field test. The material used in the E-LKPD was relations and functions. Data collection techniques consisted of questionnaires, interviews, tests, and documentation. The questionnaires consisted of validity and practicality  questionnaires. Validity data was obtained from the validity questionnaire which was analyzed quantitatively, while validator comments and suggestions were analyzed qualitatively. Practicality data was obtained through interviews and practicality questionnaire which were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively at the one-to-one, small group, and field test stages. Meanwhile, potential effect data was obtained from student evaluation tests at the field test stage. The subjects of this study were eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Palembang. The result of the study showed that the developed E-LKPD was very valid, with an average validity percentage of 88.37%. The E-LKPD was also classified as practical with an average practicality percentage of 73.56%. Furthermore, the potential effect of the E-LKPD in strengthening students’ numeracy literacy on the topic of relation and function was classified as moderate, with an average value of 70.63. This indicate that the developed E-LKPD had a potential effect to strengthen numeracy literacy on the topic of Relation and Functions.

Abstract

The combination of technology with local culture in this case the Malay context is a new thing in this study. One of the targets to be achieved is in the ability category, where learning independence, student mathematics, adaptive reasoning, student involvement, science literacy, assignments, mathematical connections, and teacher professionalism are presented in this study. A teacher must be the center of change in improving learning, how a teacher is able to utilize the context to design learning, where the use of context is not only as a learning ceremony but utilizes the context as a whole in an effort to build students' mathematical knowledge and also students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Education must also undergo a transformation in the Society 5.0 era. especially in mathematics learning, it is expected that learning can run in a blended learning manner. This study produces the objectives of E-LKPD mathematics using Liveworksheets with a Malay Context that is valid, practical and has a potential effect on mathematical problem solving abilities. This type of research is development research, which involves students at the junior high school level. The data for this study were obtained from the results of observations, interviews and tests. The results of this study are to produce a valid and practical Liveworksheets-based mathematics E-LKPD with a Malay context and the development of Liveworksheets-based mathematics E-LKPD with a Malay context in junior high schools that has been developed has a potential effect on students' problem-solving abilities based on the analysis that has been obtained, namely 67 students, 9 students have problem-solving abilities with a very high category, 19 students have problem-solving abilities with a high category, 18 have problem-solving abilities with a moderate category, 10 participants have problem-solving abilities with a category, 11 students have problem-solving abilities with a very low category. Then the average mathematical problem solving is 64.05, meaning that the developed E-LKPD has a moderate potential effect. This study contributes to the development of mathematics E-LKPD using liveworksheets that are more effective in overcoming students' difficulties in learning mathematics. Abstrak Perpaduan teknologi dengan budaya lokal dalam hal ini konteks melayu menjadi novelty dari penelitian ini. salah satu target yang akan digapai yaitu pada kategori kemampuan, dimana kemandirian belajar, matematis siswa, penalaran adaptif, keterlibatan siswa, literasi sains, penugasan, koneksi matematika serta keprofesionalan guru dimunculkan dalam penelitian ini. Seorang guru harus menjadi center perubahan dalam perbaikan pembelajaran, bagaimana seorang guru mampu memanfaatkan konteks untuk mendesain pembelajaran, dimana penggunaan konteks tidak hanya sebagai ceremony pembelajaran tetapi memanfaatkan konteks secara utuh dalam upaya membangun pengetahuan matematik siswa dan juga pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Pendidikan juga harus mengalami transformasi di era Society 5.0. khususnya pada pembelajaran matematika diharapkan pembelajaran dapat berjalan secara blended learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan E-LKPD matematika menggunakan Liveworksheets dengan Konteks Melayu yang valid, praktis dan memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan, yang melibatkan siswa di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan tes. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Menghasilkan E-LKPD matematika berbasis Liveworksheets dengan konteks Melayu yang valid dan prkatis serta Pengembangan E-LKPD matematika berbasis Liveworksheets dengan konteks Melayu di SMP yang dikembangkan memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik berdasarkan analisis yang telah diperoleh yaitu 67 peserta didik, 9 peserta didik memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori sangat tinggi, 19 peserta didik memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori tinggi, 18 peserta didik memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori sedang, 10 peserta didik memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori rendah, 11 peserta didik memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori sangat rendah. Kemudian rata-rata pemecahan masalah matematis sebesar 64,05 artinya E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki efek potensial sedang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk pengembangan E-LKPD matematika menggunakan liveworksheets yang lebih efektif dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam belajar matematika.

Abstract

Translasi merupakan salah satu konsep dasar dalam transformasi geometri yang mengajarkan tentang pergerakan benda tanpa mengubah bentuk, ukuran, atau arah benda tersebut. Pemahaman yang baik tentang translasi dapat mengembangkan keterampilan visualisasi dan spasial siswa, yang relevan dengan berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti teknik, fisika, dan arsitektur. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan pembelajaran translasi dengan konteks permainan gobak sodor. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lintasan pembelajaran yang berkontribusi bagi siswa untuk memahami konsep translasi. Metode design research yang digunakan, yang terdiri dari tahapan-tahapan, yaitu persiapan eksperimen, pelaksanaan eksperimen, dan analisis retrospektif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yaitu secara kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas IX, pada tahap pilot experiment dengan 8 siswa dan pada tahapan teaching experiment terdiri dari 14 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rangkaian aktivitas berkontribusi untuk siswa memahami konsep translasi. Translation is a fundamental concept in geometric transformation, teaching the movement of objects without changing their shape, size, or direction. A good understanding of translation can develop students' visualization and spatial skills, which are relevant to various disciplines such as engineering, physics, and architecture. This study integrates translation learning with the context of the game of gobak sodor. This research produces a learning trajectory that contributes to students' understanding of the concept of translation. The design research method used consisted of the following stages: experimental preparation, experimental implementation, and retrospective analysis. Data collection techniques included documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used were qualitative. The study was conducted in grade IX, with eight students participating in the pilot experiment and 14 students participating in the teaching experiment. The results showed that the series of activities contributed to students' understanding of the concept of translation.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning is a big issue in the world of education. The need to pair technology with learning is a form of response to technological developments. One technology that can be used in learning is blog-based learning media.  This research aims to produce blog-based mathematics learning media with a Malay Islamic context in junior high schools that is valid and practical and has a potential effect on mathematical problem solving abilities. This type of research is design research, development study type, which involves students at junior high school level. This research data was obtained from observations, interviews, and tests. The conclusion of this research is to produce blog-based mathematics learning media with a Malay Islamic context in junior high schools that is valid and practical. The uniqueness of the blog media developed is that it uses a Malay Islamic context. Then the media developed has a potential effect on students' problem solving abilities with details of 20 students having problem solving abilities in the very high category, 19 students in the high category, 5 students in the moderate category, 4 students in the low category, and 2 students in the low category. students in the very low category. Then the average mathematical problem solving was 72.48 in the high category. By knowing the   development of this blog learning media, teachers and other researchers can develop blog-based mathematics learning media in other contexts that are close to students.\ Penggunanan teknologi dalam pembelajaran menjadi isu besar dalam dunia pendidikan. Keharusan menyandingkan teknologi dengan pembelajaran merupakan bentuk respon terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu dari teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran adalah media pembelajaran berbasis blog. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis blog dengan Konteks Islam Melayu di SMP yang valid dan praktis serta memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Tipe penelitian ini adalah design research tipe development study yang melibatkan siswa pada level SMP. Data penelitian ini didapat dari hasil observasi, Wawancara dan Tes. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis blog dengan konteks Islam Melayu di SMP yang valid dan praktis. Keunikan dari media blog yang dikembangkan adalah menggunakan konteks Islam Melayu. Kemudian media yang dikembangkan memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik dengan rincian 20 peserta didik memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori sangat tinggi, 19 peserta didik kategori tinggi, 5 peserta didik dengan kategori cukup, 4 peserta didik dengan kategori rendah, dan 2 peserta didik dengan kategori sangat rendah. Kemudian rata-rata pemecahan masalah matematis sebesar 72,48 dengan kategori tinggi. Dengan mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran blog ini, guru dan peneliti lain dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis blog pada konteks lain yang dekat dengan siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a learning trajectory that can help students understand the concept of circles using the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach. This research takes the context of the traditional game "gobak sodor" which developed from an informal form to a formal form. The research method used is a research design that involves three stages, namely preparing for the experiment, experimental design, and retrospective analysis. This research was carried out in eighth grade class in one of Junior High School in Palembang involving 34 students. PMRI is the basis for the learning context and activities in this research. Data collection includes taking student work results, interviews, and observations. The results of the research produced a learning trajectory that supports understanding the concept of circles from informal to formal form, which involves one activity of playing "gobak sodor," collecting data through observation and measurement, as well as interpreting data and observations. The results of the learning activities show that the series of activities carried out can help students understand the concept of circles.

Abstract

This community service program in the form of education was based on the collaboration of Real Work Lecture students at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang with Gunung Kemala Village, Prabumulih Barat District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province to provide education or counseling related to how to instill a caring character and protect the environment from an early age. integrates with biology and the Koran in children at SDN 55 Prabumulih. This educational activity was carried out because of the lack of awareness in protecting the environment. The purpose of this education is for children to have the nature of protecting the environment and disposing of waste in its place through understanding the Qur'an related to biology from an early age. The method used in this research is lectures and questions and answers using an approach to understanding the Qur'an and biological sciences. The results of this education increase children's understanding that in the Qur'an there is a connection with biology, especially regarding protecting the environment, we should be grateful for the blessings of Allah SWT who has given us life.

Abstract

: This study aims to produce e-module teaching materials based on PMRI on polyhedron material for class VIII SMP using the context of the Muara Enim traditional house using the Canva application, as well as to find out whether this e-module is valid, practical, and has a potential effect on problem-solving abilities in students. Learners. The research method used is R&D using Tessmer. The research process consists of two stages: the first preliminary stage, which includes the preparation and design stages, and the second assessment, which is a formative flow that provides for self-evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small groups, and field tests. Compiled with the PMRI approach and linked to the context of the Muara Enim traditional house, the stages of testing the presentation of e-module teaching materials. The e-module learning materials were given to class VIII students of Junior High School. At this time, it shows that using e-modules in making teaching materials is valid and practical with qualitative analysis. The validity of teaching materials is carried out at the expert review stage using the validator's comments and suggestions—validity aspects in terms of the E-module's content, construction, and language. Practicality is done in the one-to-one, small group, and field test stages by looking at student comments and suggestions. The potential effect is the result of student evaluation tests used in field tests. The developed e-module teaching materials have a possible effect with an accuracy rate of 72.6%, so the e-module is potentially impacting mathematical problems. The researcher suggests that future researchers make the questions in the e-module more varied. Questions vary by providing questions from cognitive levels from C1 to C6.
