Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work placement on employee job satisfaction, the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, the effect of work placement and work load on employee job satisfaction. This research is using quantitative data, data collected through a questionnaire and if using SPSS version 16, with a total sample of 36 people. The results of the study can be concluded,work placement affects employee Job Satisfaction at Agam Regency Political Unity Agency, Workload does not affect Employee Job Satisfaction in Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Agenc, simultaneous Work Placement and Workload affects Employee Job Satisfaction at Agam Regency Political Unity Agency, with R Square 750 or its influence 75% while 25% is influenced by other than the model under study. Suggestions in this study are,it is hoped that the Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Board will place employees according to their expertise and experience,it is hoped that the Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Board will provide workloads in accordance with standard work portions and modest work volume, it is hoped that the Agam Regency National Unity and Politics Board will pay attention to employee job satisfaction, the leaders are expected to pay attention or provide compensation / rewards to employees according to the work volume of their employees.

Abstract

This research evaluates affective assessment in MI Schools in Jember. The main focus is on the challenges faced in its implementation and the solutions that have been applied and suggested. The purpose of this study is to understand the dynamics of affective assessment in MI Schools and find solutions for challenges in its implementation. The method used for this research is qualitative research with case studies approach, which involves observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that affective assessment is typically done through observation and recording of student behavior by teachers, and with feedback from parents. However, challenges in the implementation of affective assessment still exist, especially in terms of objectivity and interpretation of results. Several strategies and solutions have been applied and suggested, such as training and workshops on affective assessment, use of more systematic and efficient assessment tools, and collaboration with parents of students. In conclusion, improving the quality of affective assessment in MI Schools requires collaboration from various parties, not only teachers but also parents and the school community. For further research, it is suggested to conduct experimental research to test the effectiveness of the solutions suggested in this study and develop more systematic and efficient affective assessment tools.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan produksi udang secara maksimal, usaha budidaya udang memerlukan manajemen kualitas air yang bagus, mencakup kondisi semua parameter kualitas air tambak sehingga pertumbuhan udang dapat tercapai secara optimum. Tujuan dari praktik kerja lapang ini adalah untuk mempelajari manajemen kualitas air pada budidaya udang vanamei secara super intensif, mengetahui permasalahan apa saja yang mengganggu kualitas air pada budidaya udang vanamei, mempelajari secara langsung tentang teknik dan faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menjaga kualitas air pada budidaya udang vanamei di PT. Surya Windu Kartika. Praktik kerja lapang ini dilaksanakan di PT. Surya Windu Kartika (SWK) Desa Bomo, Kecamatan Rogojampi, Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Provinsi Jawa Timur mulai tanggal 16 November-10 Januari 2021. Jenis usaha budidaya udang vanamei ini milik perseorangan. Kegiatan usaha budidaya udang vanamei (Litopenaeus vannamei) pada PT. Surya Windu Kartika unit Bomo C menggunakan sistem budidaya teknologi super intensif. Manajemen kualitas air pada udang vanamei meliputi: persiapan tambak dan pengisian air, penebaran benur, pengelolaan kualitas air. Pengambilan sampel air dilakukan setiap hari, pada pagi hari jam 05.00 WIB dan siang hari jam 12.00 WIB. Uji NO3, NO2, alkalinitas, NH4, PO4, dan Total Organic Matter (TOM) dilakukan seminggu 3 kali. Bertujuan untuk mengontrol fisika air, kimia air dan bilogi air. Pengontrolan kualitas air yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan adalah salinitas sebesar 31 ppt, pH sebesar 8,3, suhu sebesar 28,5oC, DO sebesar 5,5 ppm, kecerahan sebesar 55,5 cm, dan warna air dari hijau hingga coklat tua.

Abstract

This research and development aims to produce booklet learning media that is feasible, practical and effective. The problem in the learning to read process is the lack of reading comprehension skills in class IV due to the lack of learning media during the learning to read process, making students tend to get bored with learning and not interested in participating in learning to read. So many students can read but don't understand what they read. This is what encourages researchers to try to develop booklet learning media. The type of research used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method or research and development developed using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of this research and development are based on research results from experts, the results obtained from media experts were 95%, material experts were 100%, and language experts were 93.75% to obtain feasibility. Practicality results were obtained from student response questionnaires and effectiveness results were obtained from observational assessments of reading comprehension skills
