Abstract. This study aims to: (1) obtain empirical data regarding the perceptions and attitudes of Indonesian language teachers at the Mallusetasi District Junior High School, Barru Regency towards the simplification of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) based on Permendikbud No. 14 of 2019; (2) determine the factors that influence the perceptions and attitudes of Indonesian language teachers at the Mallusetasi District Junior High School, Barru Regency towards the simplification of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted in all junior high schools in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. Data collection was carried out during August - September 2021. The research design used was descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is the perception and attitude of Indonesian teachers towards the simplification of lesson plans and the factors that influence the perceptions and attitudes of Indonesian teachers towards the simplification of lesson plans. The source of research data, namely Indonesian language teachers who teach at SMP Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews about the perceptions and attitudes of Indonesian language teachers towards the simplification of lesson plans. Abstract. This study aims to describe the use of conjunctions in buginese compound sentences of eighth grade students of the Soppeng State Junior High School. And describe errors in compound sentences of eighth grade students of State Junior High School one Soppeng in Bugis language. This research is a qualitative research. The data in this study are conjunctions in Bugis compound sentences obtained from eighth grade students of the Soppeng State Junior High School. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by tests. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely, (1) classifying all conjunctions based on their types, (2) analyzing the use of conjunctions, (3) drawing conclusions from the results of the analysis. On the accuracy of use and forms of errors in the use of conjunctions in equivalent compound sentences include (1) compound sentences equivalent to addition, (2) compound sentences equivalent to resistance, (3) compound sentences equivalent to choice. (1) compound sentences with subject density, (2) compound sentences with object density, (3) compound sentences with predicate density, (4) compound sentences with adverb density. Furthermore, (5) the accuracy of the use and forms of errors in the use of conjunctions in mixed compound sentences. After finding the accuracy of the use and the form of errors in the use of conjunctions in Bugis compound sentences, the researcher can conclude that students' understanding of the use of conjunctions in compound sentences is still low or not capable. Abstract. The aim of this study is to describe the value of character education of transliteration and translation in Bugis wisdom of Andi hasan Mahmud. Type and design of this study is a description qualitative. The data in this study is written data of an advice that demonstrates the value of character education contained in Bugis transliteration and translation of Andi Hasan Machmud, while the source of the data in this study is Silasa: Setetes Embun di Tanah Gersang by Andi Hasan Machmud. The techniques used to obtain the data in this study include documentation technique, reading technique, and note-writing technique. The technique which was used to analyze the data is miles and Huberman, which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and a deduction/verification. The study has found eleven forms of value of character education of transliteration and translation in Bugis wisdom of Andi hasan Mahmud those are the value of religious, honesty, tolerance, hard work, democracy. curiosity, appreciative achievement, communicative/friendly, peaceable, social concern, and responsibility.Keywords: Value, Character education and wisdom.

Bunyi segmental merupakan bunyi yang dapat disegmen-segmenkan, diruas-ruaskan, atau dipisah-pisahkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan bunyi segmental melalui teknik show not tell (menunjukkan bukan memberitahukan) dalam pembelajaran fonologi bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa semester 1 prodi bahasa dan sastra indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data penelitian ini berupa cara mahasiswa menghasilkan bunyi-bunyi segmental sesuai dengan jenis dan klasifikasi bunyi segmental. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu (a) reduksi data, (b) penyajian data, (c) Verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterampilan menggunakan bunyi vokoid, terdiri dari: (a) ada tidaknya gangguan, (b) tinggi rendahnya lidah, (c) maju mundurnya lidah, dan (c) bentuk bibir dan (2) keterampilan menggunakan bunyi kontoid, terdiri dari: (a) ada tidaknya gangguan, (b) mekanisme udara, (c) arah udara, (d) pita suara, (e) lubang lewat udara, (f) mekanisme artikulasi. The research objectives are: (i) to describe phrase errors found in students’ expository writing of class X at SMA YAPIP Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency; and (ii) to describe sentence errors found in students’ expository writing of class X at SMA YAPIP Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive design. Data collection techniques are techniques to read, take notes, and interview teachers and students. Data were analyzed by identifying, classifying, explaining, and evaluating. The results showed that (i) phrase errors include four types of prepositional phrase errors: verbal phrase errors, nominal phrase errors, and adjectival phrase errors; (ii) sentence errors include seven types: sentences with no subject, sentences with no subject and no predicate, illogical sentences, pleonasms, conjunctive disappearances, excessive conjunctions, and unnecessary usage of unquestioned words.

The purpose of this study is to describe the shape of the symbols and to analyze the symbols contained in the essay text of the essay Medium God Is Jealous by Emha Ainun Nadjib. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The method used in this study is an analytical method that produces data in the form of words, phrases and sentences. The research results obtained focus on the symbolic meaning of the essay text While God is Jealous by Emha Ainun Nadjib which is described through words or scientific language. Based on the analysis of the data and the discussion of the research, it was found that various forms of symbols were found, which, if examined in more depth, relied on harsh reality, honesty, truth, heartache, hope, rejection, and the author's suspicion of the reality that occurs in everyday life.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pesan moral yang terdapat dalam film Tarung Sarung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data lisan berupa objek film Tarung Sarung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Charles Sanders Pierce yaitu dengan melihat tanda representamen (ikon, indeks, simbol), object dan interpretant. Ikon, indeks, dan simbol adalah trilogi tanda dalam teori ini. Dan tanda-tanda tersebut bekerja untuk menghasilkan makna. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa di dalam adegan film Tarung Sarung mengandung beberapa makna dan pesan yakni: pesan moral bagaimana akhlak terhadap orang lain dan kepercayaan terhadap Tuhan semesta alam. Kemudian bagaimana makna pesan moral yang membahas bagaimana cara berbakti kepada orang tua, tolong-menolong, saling menghargai, dan tanggung jawab. Kata Kunci: Film Tarung Sarung, semiotika Charles S.Pierce pesan moral.

Abstract. This study aims to describe the forms and strategies of expressing rejection in the Bugis language in community interaction in Botto sub-district, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive research design. The data in this study are oral data in the form of words, clauses, phrases and sentences containing rejection in community interactions in Soppeng district Data collection is carried out by recording, listening, recording and documentation techniques. Based on the results of research and data analysis, forms and strategies of rejection expressions were found. (1) The form of direct rejection expression and the form of indirect refusal expression using command sentences and news sentences. Abstract. This research is a quantitative descriptive study aimed at describing students' ability to use coordinative and subordinative conjunctions in Buginese language narrative essays for class VII students. The object of this research was UPTD class students at SMPN Satap 9 Barru, while the research sample was class VII students. The data collection technique used in this study was a written test. The data analysis technique is, First, the criteria for using there are coordinative and subordinate conjunctions. Second, Changing the standard value of the raw score, Third, Determining the benchmark with a percentage. Based on the results of data analysis students were able to use the coordinative conjunction 'passompung' in their Buginese narrative essay compared to using the subordinating conjunction 'passompung'.
