Abstract

ABSTRACT Efforts to improve the quality of health services are carried out by measuring quality indicators. One of the quality indicators measured is compliance with the clinical pathway. Given the large role of clinical pathway, the implementation of clinical pathway is important in hospitals. However, from the RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman Quality Committee report from 2017-2023 compliance with the clinical pathway at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman has not yet reached the national quality standard. This is considered to be related to individual factors, organizational factors, psychological factors, and knowledge of care professionals. This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual factors, organizational factors, and psychological factors with compliance of clinical pathways in professional caregivers at the Outpatient Unit of RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. This study is a quantitative study using an analytic observational method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were Professional Care Givers in the Outpatient Unit of RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. The sample size was taken with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique of 83 respondents, consisting of 32 dental asisstant, 29 dentists, and 22 specialist dentists. The results of the statistical test show that there is no relationship between individual factors (age, gender, education, tenure, marital status) with compliance of clinical pathway. There is a relationship between organizational factors, namely leadership (p=0.019) with compliance of clinical pathways, but other organizational factors, namely human resources and rewards have no relationship with compliance of clinical pathways. There is a relationship between psychological factors, namely attitude towards clinical pathway (p=0.003), work motivation (p=0.008), and perceived benefits of clinical pathway (p=0.008) with compliance of clinical pathway. From multivariate results, it was found that attitude towards clinical pathway (p=0.013) had a significant relationship with compliance of clinical pathway. So, there is relationship between leadership, attitude, motivation, and perceived with compliance of clinical pathways. And attitudes towards clinical pathways have a significant relationship with compliance of clinical pathways. Keywords: Individual Factors, Organizational Factors, Psychological Factors, Compliance of Clinical Pathway  ABSTRAK Upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dilakukan dengan pengukuran indikator mutu. Salah satu indikator mutu yang diukur adalah kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Mengingat besarnya peranan clinical pathway, maka pelaksanaan clinical pathway menjadi penting di rumah sakit. Namun, dari laporan Komite Mutu RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman dari tahun 2017-2023 kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway di RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman belum mencapai standar nasional mutu. Hal ini dinilai berhubungan dengan faktor individu, faktor organisasi, dan faktor psikologi para profesional pemberi asuhan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor individu, faktor organisasi, faktor psikologi, dan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway pada profesional pemberi asuhan di Unit Rawat Jalan RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Profesional Pemberi Asuhan di Unit Rawat Jalan RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. Besar sampel diambil dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 83 responden, yang terdiri dari 32 terapis gigi dan mulut, 29 dokter gigi, dan 22 dokter gigi spesialis. Dari uji statistik pada penelitian ini didapati tidak ada hubungan antara faktor individu (usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja, status pernikahan) dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Ada hubungan antara faktor organisasi, yaitu kepemimpinan (p=0,019) dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway, namun faktor organisasi lain, yaitu sumber daya manusia dan imbalan atau reward tidak ada hubungan dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Ada hubungan antara faktor psikologi, yaitu  sikap terhadap clinical pathway (p=0,003), motivasi kerja (p=0,008), dan persepsi manfaat clinical pathway (p=0,008) dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Dari hasil multivariat, didapati sikap terhadap clinical pathway (p=0,013) merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan bermakna dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Jadi, disimpulkan ada hubungan kepemimpinan, sikap, motivasi, dan persepsi dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Dan sikap terhadap clinical pathway memiliki hubungan paling bermakna dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Kata Kunci: Faktor Individu, Faktor Organisasi, Faktor Psikologi, Kepatuhan Terhadap Clinical Pathway

Abstract

ABSTRACT The completeness of electronic health and medical record filling by health workers is a fundamental aspect that impacts the overall quality and efficiency of healthcare systems. As the use of electronic health records (EHRs) becomes increasingly prevalent, understanding research trends related to the completeness of these records is crucial. This bibliometric analysis seeks to provide an in-depth examination of the research landscape concerning EHR completeness by analyzing publication trends, geographical contributions, journal types, and research topic networks. Utilizing bibliometric tools such as VOSviewer, the study spans from 2019 to 2024, offering insights into the evolution of research in this field. The results reveal a notable increase in publication volume over the years, with a significant peak in 2022, indicating a growing academic interest in this subject. The United States and South Africa are identified as major contributors, while other countries like Indonesia and Brazil also show substantial research activity. The majority of the research is published in the form of research articles, although literature reviews, books, and conference papers also contribute to the body of work. Key research clusters identified include themes on the accuracy and completeness of records, factors influencing system quality, and adherence to EHR usage. Overlay and density visualizations illustrate an evolving focus within the research community, highlighting increased attention to quality factors and the challenges related to EHR system implementation and adherence. This analysis provides valuable insights into current research trends, emphasizing the need to address existing gaps and integrate findings from various research clusters. Future research should focus on exploring underrepresented areas and combining insights across different domains to enhance the overall effectiveness of EHR systems. Abstract

The low level of efforts to prevent anemia in adolescent girls is one of the causes of the high rate of anemia in adolescent girls in the working area of ??the Bukit Hindu Community Health Center, Palangka Raya City, namely 49.82%. One effort to prevent anemia in young women is by promoting health through the video media Isi Piringku using lecture methods and demonstration methods which are expected to increase knowledge, attitudes and practices. To analyze the influence of the Isi Piringku video media using lecture and demonstration methods on the knowledge, attitudes and practices of young women. The research used a Quasi Experiment design with a pre-test and post-test group design approach. The total sample was 93 people, taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test for paired differences tests, and the Kruskall Wallis test for unpaired differences tests with a = 0.05. Based on the results of statistical analysis from research, it shows that all methods that have overall effectiveness have a p value <0.05. Of the 3 video media methods, Isi Piringku, which is more effective, uses lecture and demonstration methods in influencing changes in the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices of anemia prevention efforts among respondents. Using modified lecture and demonstration methods in conveying the contents of my plate video media about efforts to prevent anemia, the process of female students receiving the information presented will be more deeply impressive, thus forming a good and perfect understanding. The effectiveness of the contents of my plate video media with effective lecture and demonstration methods increases knowledge, attitudes and practices of preventing anemia

Abstract

Introduction: Low back pain can change the daily life and quality of life of the elderly. This study aims to determine the quality of life of elderly patients with and without low back pain at Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin. Methods: This study used an analytical observational approach with a cross‑sectional design. Sampling was through a purposive sampling approach according to the inclusion criteria. The study population was 100 patients aged 60 and over, half of the population with low back pain. The Indonesian versions of the WHOQoL‑BREF and SF‑36 questionnaires were used as a research instrument. Results: The results showed significant differences in the quality of life in the elderly patients with low back pain in 4 domains, namely physical functioning (p = 0.006), role limitations due to physical health (p = 0.023), social functioning (p = 0.009), and general health (p < 0.001), with median of each domain in order are 62,5 (0–100), 50 (0–100), 75 (0–100), and 50 (4–100). No significant differences in other domains in the WHOQoL-BREF and SF-36 questionnaire. Conclusion: Low back pain affects the life of elderly patients at Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin, which was different in 4 aspects, namely physical functioning, role limitations due to physical health, social functioning, and general health.

Abstract

The patient satisfaction level at the Outpatient Unit of the Sengayam Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in the second quarter of 2025 was recorded at 84.23, which means it is still below the minimum service standard of ≥95%. This study aims to analyze factors associated with patient satisfaction through a literature review using a qualitative descriptive approach on scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The analysis results indicate that the reliability dimension is the most critical factor as it is directly related to the consistency of staff in accurately following standard operating procedures. In addition to clinical aspects, cost factors such as tariff transparency and physical facilities including the comfort of waiting areas and cleanliness were found to be significant in shaping patients’ perceived value. This satisfaction dynamic is not static but continues to evolve alongside patients’ demographic characteristics and the ease of accessing digital information, which makes the public’s expectations regarding healthcare services increasingly critical and personalized. In conclusion, effective coordination across the SERVQUAL dimensions, particularly regarding reliability and tangible evidence, serves as the primary strategy for Sengayam General Hospital to enhance service quality and achieve the established satisfaction standards.
