Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of recruitment and training on the performance of Human Resources (HR) administrators at the Al-Hikam Islamic boarding school. This research used a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 30 respondents consisting of administrators at the Islamic boarding school. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured respondents' perceptions of the recruitment process and training they received, as well as their performance in carrying out their duties. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to find out how much influence recruitment and training have on HR performance. The research results show that recruitment does not have a significant influence on the HR performance of administrators at the Al-Hikam Islamic boarding school. Meanwhile, training has a positive and significant influence on HR performance. This research concludes that Islamic boarding schools need to prioritize the development of relevant and sustainable training programs to improve the performance of administrators' human resources.  Keywords: Recruitment, Training, HR Performance, Islamic Boarding School, Management, Human Resources Management.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "The Effect of Transparency Accountability and Community Participation on the Management of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Tamansatriyan Village, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency". The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research sample was taken using sampling techniques sampel purposive sampling using the Slovin formula and obtained results from 99 respondents. The analysis techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The research results show that the results of the t test (partial) on accountability, transparency and community participation have a partial effect on the management of village income and expenditure budgets. Meanwhile, the research results show that the results of the F test (simultaneous) on accountability, transparency and community participation simultaneously influence the management of village income and expenditure budgets. Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, Community Participation, Management Of Village Revenue And Expenditure Budgets.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of trust (X1), convenience (X2)  and service quality (X3) on customer satisfaction in Bank BRI m-banking users in Malang City. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Bank BRI customers in Malang City who use the BRImo application. The sample of this study used the Malhotra formula, which was obtained from a sample of 90 respondent. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method, which is carried out using the SPSS 25 analysis program. The result of this study show that the Trust variable (X1) has no effect on customer satisfaction in Bank BRI m-banking users in Malang City, the Convenience variable (X20 has an effect on customer satisfaction in Bank BRI m-banking users in Malang City and the Service Quality variable (X30 has an effect on customer satisfaction in Bank BRI m-banking users in Malang. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Training, Motivation and Work Environment on the Work Productivity of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Batu City Tourism Office. This research uses non-probability sampling with saturated sampling (census) so that 58 respondents can be determined. This research uses a quantitative approach with data processing analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The findings of this research are that training has a significant positive effect on the productivity of Civil Servants (PNS) of the Batu City Tourism Office, Motivation has a significant negative effect on the Productivity of Civil Servants (PNS) of the Batu City Tourism Department, and the work environment has a significant positive effect on the Productivity of Civil Servants Civil (PNS) Batu City Tourism Department. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Marketing and Brand Credibility on Purchase Intention with Customer Attitude as an Intervening Variable among Gojek Application Users (Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020). The population in this study is undergraduate students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020 from 10 faculties with a total of 2,347 students. Then from that number a sample of 85 people was taken using the maholtra formula. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable Purchase Intention, the independent variables Social Media Marketing and Brand Credibility, and the intervening variable Customer Attitude. The data analysis technique in this study uses path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results show that 1) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 2) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 3) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 4) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 5) Customer Attitude directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 6) Social Media Marketing indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude 7) Brand Credibility indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude.  Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Brand Credibility, Purchase Intention, Customer Attitude

Abstract

Abstract The types of problems that incorporate data studies involve the use of quantitative techniques. The research data linkage problem approach is presented in numerical form when the research data linkage problem is analyzed. In research that uses a combination of data search problems, there is a process that uses a combination of data search problems, data retrieval and identification of analytical tools. This type of research includes descriptive research, especially the problem of synthesizing research data, combining research data, exploratory research or photographing the problem of synthesizing research data, in-depth, broad and comprehensive research. Abstract

 Abstract This study examines a phenomenon, namely the influence of Social Media Marketing Fintech, Fintech Knowledge, and consumptive lifestyles on interest in making P2P Lending online loans. The increase in online loans favoured by the community, spreading to students, provides an exciting issue to be studied in this study. Students at a productive age have many advantages from easy access to the internet world, namely with the social media they have, making information readily available. Sources of knowledge can also be taken in various ways. Still, students' interest is weak in the world of literacy, making knowledge about the world of online loans overlap, coupled with the lifestyle of today's students with a wasteful lifestyle. The total population for this study consisted of 2288 student of University of Islam Malang, and a purposive sampling technique was employed, resulting in a sample size 70 students. The data collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of this research concludes a positive and significant influence of social media marketing fintech and fintech knowledge and a substantial effect on consumptive lifestyles and interest in using online loans.The results of the partial test prove that social media marketing influences interest in using online loans, fontech knowledge partially influences interest in using online loans, and lifestyle also partially influences interest in using online loans  Keywords: P2P Lending, fintech, student, online loans, lifestyle, fintech knowledge

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "the influence of incentives, work environment, work discipline, and work training on employee performance at PT Trisakti Purwosari Makmur Pasuruan". This research uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The population in this study were all secondary department employees of PT Trisakti Purwosari Makmur. The sampling method used was saturated sampling, with a total of 82 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of simultaneous testing of the influence of incentives, work environment, work discipline and work training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of partial testing indicate that incentives, work discipline and work training have an effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not have an effect on employee performance. Keywords: Incentives, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Job Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the effect of motivation, flexibility, and stress on employee performance at Warkop DKI Lagi Malang City. This study uses quantitative methods. The population of this research employees Warkop DKI Lagi Kota Malang by using a saturated sample, as many as 45 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26 for windows. The results of this study indicate a significant positive influence among the variables of motivation, flexibility, and stress on employee performance at Warkop DKI Lagi in Malang City. Keywords: Motivation, Flexibility, and Stress

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, leadership style, work communication on the performance of PT Widatra Bhakti employees in the warehouse supply chain department. Sampling was carried out on employees of PT Widatra Bhakti in the warehouse supply chain department using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis tools. This research shows that organizational commitment, leadership style, and work communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
