Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out more about trust, convenience and income regarding purchasing decisions using the SpayLater online loan method. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this research is primary data and the population of this research is students in Malang City. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method and data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a Likert scale model and analyzed using linear multiple regression through the Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS). The results of this research show that Trust, Convenience and Income simultaneously influence Purchase Decisions Using the SpayLater Online Loan Method. Keyword : Trust, Convenience, Income, Purchase Decisions, Online Loans, SpayLater

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and explain the effect of reference groups, lifestyle and self-control on the consumptive behavior if Shopee application users. The population of this study were students of the faculty of business economics, poor Islamic university class of 2021. The sampling technique used Snowball sampling with the Slovin formula and obtained 87 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that lifestyle variables had an effect on the consumptive behaviour of Shopee application users, while reference groups and self-control had no effect on the consumptive behaviour of Shopee application users. Keywords: Reference Group, Lifestyle, Self-Control and Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This study is to ascertain how the performance of medical records staff members at RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang is impacted by collaboration, work motivation, and work discipline. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The respondents in this study were all medical records employees at Dr. Haryoto Lumajang with a total of 36 people. Respondents were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of three independent variables, namely Teamwork, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline and one dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) was used to examine the data. The study's findings show that cooperation has no appreciable impact on the performance of medical records employees at Dr. RSUD. Haryoto Lumajang, Work Motivation has a significant effect on the Performance of Medical Record Employees at Dr. RSUD. Haryoto Lumajang, and Work Discipline has a significant effect on the Performance of Medical Record Employees at Dr. RSUD. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, Adversity Quotient, and entrepreneurship education on increasing entrepreneurial intention. The object of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a sample size of 82 students with a record of having taken entrepreneurship courses and not having a business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools This study uses a quantitative approach because the data is obtained in the form of numbers. Based on the results of research analysis simultaneously self efficacy positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. And adversity quotient simultaneously positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Same with self efficacy, Adversity Quotient, entrepreneurship education simultaneously positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Adversity Quotient, Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research sought to explore and evaluate the influence of electronic word of mouth (eWOM), social media influencers, and the shopping habits of TikTok users on impulsive purchasing behaviour for Aerostreet shoe products among Generation Z consumers in Malang City. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing a Likert scale as the measurement instrument. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 100 Gen Z respondents. Primary data was gathered through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination tests, conducted using SPSS 26 software. The findings reveal that eWOM, social media influencers, and shopping lifestyle each have a partial influence on impulsive buying behavior. Keywords : Electronic Word Of Mouth, Sosial Media Influencers, Shopping  Lifestyle, Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Experience on Customer Loyalty through Purchase Decision as an intervening variable in the case of Y.O.U skincare products among Generation Z in Malang City. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method applied in this research is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) 3. The results indicate that Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Experience have a significant influence on Purchase Decision. However, Electronic Word of Mouth does not affect Customer Loyalty, while Brand Experience significantly influences Customer Loyalty. Additionally, Purchase Decision mediates the relationship between Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Experience on Customer Loyalty.  Keywords: Electronic Word Of Mouth, Brand Experiance, Purchase Decision, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze how financial literacy, sociodemographics, and risk tolerance affect investment decisions in the capital market. In this study, it uses quantitative research methods. Researchers chose the population taken, namely generation Z students at FEB UNISMA in 2021, totaling 688 students. The sample used was 90 respondents of FEB UNISMA students in the class of 2021 and the results of this study were processed using the SPSS version 16.0 data processing program. The results of this study as a whole meet the test which shows that financial literacy is proven to have a positive and significant effect on investment decision making in FEB UNISMA students, sociodemographics are proven to have a positive and significant effect on investment decision making in the capital market in FEB UNISMA students, risk tolerance is proven to have a positive and significant effect on investment decision making in FEB UNISMA students. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Sosiodemografi, Risk Tolerance, Invesment.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Micro-influencer effectiveness and brand image enhancement on purchasing decisions for cosmetics through the TikTok application, targeting students from the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. This research employs a quantitative approach with a questionnaire-based data collection technique involving 344 respondents. The independent variables in this study are micro-influencers and brand image, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The findings indicate that micro-influencers have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Additionally, brand image also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.This research confirms the important role of micro-influencers in influencing consumer behavior through authentic promotional content on social media. Additionally, a strong brand image increases consumer trust and strengthens purchasing decisions. These results provide implications for developing more effective marketing strategies and improving brand image on social media platforms through the use of micro-influencers. Keywords: Micro-Influencer, Brand Image, Purchasing Decisions, Cosmetics, Tiktok

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyse and describe the effect of Financial Literacy, Access to financing and Financial Planning on Micro Business Sustainability in the Night Market Pasar Besar Malang City. The population used in this study were micro business owners in the night market Pasar Besar Malang City. The sample in the study using the Slovin formula obtained 93 respondents. This study analyses data using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 30.00 tool. The dependent variable used in this study is Business Sustainability, Financial Literacy, access to financing and financial planning as independent variables. The results of this study indicate that Financial literacy has no significant effect on business sustainability,  Access to financing has a negative Significant effect on business sustainability, Financial planning has no significant effect on business sustainability. Keywords: Business Sustainability, Financial Literacy, Access to Financing, Financial Planning

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia presents challenges and opportunities for Islamic banks, including Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), in increasing customer loyalty. In this context, spiritual marketing, sharia compliance, customer experience, and banking digitalization are the main factors that can influence customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the influence of these four variables on BSI customer loyalty. A quantitative approach was used with purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to BSI customers and analyzed using SPSS. The analysis methods applied include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results showed that spiritual marketing, sharia compliance, customer experience, and banking digitalization significantly affect customer loyalty. These findings confirm that a spiritual value-based marketing approach, compliance with sharia principles, good customer experience, and optimization of banking digitalization play an important role in increasing BSI customer loyalty.This research provides valuable insights for BSI management in designing more effective marketing and service strategies. By improving the quality of spiritual marketing, strengthening compliance with sharia principles, optimizing customer experience, and utilizing digital technology, it is hoped that customer loyalty can continue to be improved.
