Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the Implementation of Segmenting and Targeting Strategies in improving Marketing Performance through analysis of literature reviews in the field of marketing management. The method used in this study is a literature study by reviewing some of the results of previous studies. The writing approach in this scientific article is to use qualitative methods and library research with the help of the latest references obtained from Google Schoolers and Mendeley citation searches. The results of the research were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine the answers to the problems of applying segmentation and targeting strategies in marketing by companies. The results of the literature review show that the existence of a Segmenting and Targeting Strategy implemented by a company can have a positive impact on marketing performance. The implementation of segmenting and targeting strategies is needed by a businessman to increase the marketing value of the products being sold. This is because segmenting and targeting strategies have a positive influence on marketing performance. The better the segmenting and targeting strategies are carried out, the higher the sales that will be generated. Keywords: Marketing Performance, Literature Review, Segmenting, Targeting.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran akan sangat mempengaruhi penjualan terutama dalam hal promosi. Penggunaan selebriti yang tepat sebagai celebrity endorser dapat memudahkan produsen untuk membangun citra produk, membidik konsumen dan menargetkan konsumen secara efektif untuk produk mereka, dan paling penting mempengaruhi perilaku dan keputusan konsumen untuk membeli sebuah produk. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan celebrity endorser terhadap perilaku konsumen dan keputuan pembelian produk dengan melihat referensi terkait. Metode penelitian berupa studi pustaka dengan meninjau berbagai penelitian terkait yang terekam dalam referensi Mendeley dan Google Schoolars. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dan dijadikan bahan diskusi untuk menentukan jawaban atas permasalahan. Hasil analisis dari referensi yang digunakan menemukan bahwa penggunaan celebrity mempunyai efektivitas yang positif terhadap perilaku dan keputusan pembelian dari konsumen pada suatu produk yang ditawarkan

Abstract

Media online pada saat ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mencari informasi, melainkan media online juga bisa digunakan sebagai media untuk memfasilitasi bisnis atau biasa disebut dengan bisnis online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peran Brand Ambassador Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Minat Beli. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur yang berusaha mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Peran Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Peran Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Quality products are the main key in winning market competition, which in turn will be able to provide higher satisfaction value to consumers. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of product quality and price perceptions on purchasing decisions. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature study or Library Research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparison with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews that are emphasized in national and international scientific articles related to financial management. All articles used are sourced from the electronic literacy data search engine Mendeley and Google scholar. Based on the theory of several articles on the results and discussion, the conclusions in this article are (1) Product quality has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam upaya menghadapi persaingan global dan memperluas pasar produk lokal, pemberdayaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) menjadi penting. Jadi, tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang digital marketing, kemampuan softskill dan hardskill anggota BUMDes, serta pertumbuhan pendapatan BUMDes melalui peningkatan efektivitas pemasaran produk lokal. Pengabdian ini fokus pada BUMDes "KARYA BERSAMA" Desa Lombo, yang mengalami kendala dalam pemasaran produk dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang digital marketing. Metodenya melibatkan sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan digital marketing, melibatkan 15 anggota BUMDes serta tim pengabdian. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemantauan, wawancara, analisis penjualan, dan post-test. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman tentang digital marketing dari 45,75% menjadi 75,43%, sementara kemampuan softskill dan hardskill mengalami peningkatan lebih dari 60%. Peningkatan ekonomi diukur dengan pertumbuhan pendapatan BUMDes melalui penjualan produk yang lebih efektif.Abstract: In an effort to face global competition and expand the market for local products, empowering Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is important. Thus, the objective of this activity is to improve the understanding of digital marketing, softskill and hardskill capabilities of BUMDes members, as well as revenue growth of BUMDes through increasing the effectiveness of local product marketing. This service focused on BUMDes "KARYA BERSAMA" of Lombo Village, which experienced constraints in product marketing and lack of understanding on digital marketing. The method involved socialisation, counselling, and digital marketing training, involving 15 BUMDes members as well as the service team. Evaluation was conducted through monitoring, interviews, sales analysis, and post-test. As a result, there was an increase in understanding of digital marketing from 45.75% to 75.43%, while soft skills and hard skills improved by more than 60%. Economic improvement is measured by the growth of BUMDes' revenue through more effective product sales.

Abstract

This research is a development research (R&D) with the aim of knowing the level of need and the level of feasibility and practicality of online teaching materials on accounting subjects with the subject of recording expenses and income. The population of this research is class X majoring in Institutional Financial Accounting as many as 120 students with a sample of 40 students of SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang with non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Online teaching materials were developed with the validation process of media and material experts, then teacher and student responses with questionnaire instruments, and limited trials. The expert validity instrument was used to measure the validity test, while the questionnaire was used to test the practicality of product assessment using a Likert scale. The data obtained from the validators and respondents were then analyzed using a descriptive percentage technique. The results of the assessment by the validator with an average value of 94.25% illustrates that the online teaching materials developed are declared very feasible. The percentage of practicality by the subject teacher is 96% and the response from students is 96.25%. Based on these results, a conclusion was drawn that online teaching materials on accounting subjects with the subject of recording expenses and income used by class X students of SMK Negeri 2 Pancarijang with the 4D development model met the criteria, namely very feasible and very practical to use in the process of teaching and learning activities systematically on line.
