Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti apakah ada pengaruh bermain playstation terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan  kuesioner bermain playstation dan skala kenakalan remaja. Hasil korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh bermain Playstation tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh bermain playstation terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja di SMK AL-AZHAR Rembang Pasuruan. Artinya bermain playstation bukan sumber utama yang menjadi kenakalan remaja namun, ada beberapa faktor lain yang menjadi sebab terjadinya kenakalan remaja diantaranya: faktor keluarga, lingkungan, dan mileu-mileu

Abstract

In this research, the main problem is the application of audio-visual media using the discovery method which is able to make the PAI learning process run well. By using these media and methods, which are useful for increasing students' interest in learning PAI so that in the learning process that has been designed, educators and students can work together well as expected. The reason for using audio visual media and using the discovery method is because in the current era researchers get research subjects, namely high school students. If as an educator you arenot creative enough in learning then the learning process will not run well. Because high school students tend to get bored and will not focus on learning if the learning process is not interesting. Audio visual learning media, namely learning media, a short film that is suitable for the material and also the discovery method is a method where students must discover new knowledge and concepts for themselves in the learning they are studying. In this research, the researcher conducted Classroom Action Research (PTK) by carrying out two cycles in which the research subjects were in class XI-E, totaling 36 students at SMAN 4 PROBOLINGGO. The research results showed an increase in interest in learning in class XI-E students after using audio-visual media and discovery methods. Therefore, the audio visual media and discovery methods used in learning can be said to be effective and can increase students' interest in learning, so with this the researcher also hopes that in the future educators will be able to use audio visual media and discovery methods in PAI learning because of the media and methods. This can increase students' interest in learning

Abstract

The research objective in this study is to review the effectiveness of the al-Miftah method in improving the ability to read the yellow book for students at the Sullamul Hidayah Islamic boarding school in Probolinggo. In this study, researchers conducted research using a qualitative approach, while the type of research used was a case study that explored real life. The sources of data and information obtained in this research were from observations and interviews with several parties concerned. The results of research at the Sullamul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School show that this method is very influential and effective for new students who will start the basic science of reading the yellow book, namely the science of nahwu and sharaf. The effectiveness of the al-Miftah method at the Sullamul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is that it provides a guarantee that within one year the students at the Sullamul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School have the ability to read the yellow book well according to the rules. Apart from that, it also has a positive impact on the quality of Islamic boarding schools which have proven successful in winning yellow book reading competitions at the sub-district and district levels.

Abstract

This research explores the role of the Constitutional Court (MK) in protecting citizenship rights in Indonesia. As a constitutional judicial body, the MK holds a crucial responsibility to review laws against the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945), ensuring that fundamental rights of citizens, such as freedom of expression, the right to education, and the right to privacy, are not violated by existing legal policies. Through the mechanism of judicial review, the MK acts as a primary guardian capable of annulling laws that are in conflict with the constitution. This study examines various significant cases where the MK has played a critical role in safeguarding citizenship rights. We also identify various challenges faced by the MK, including issues in implementing rulings and potential political pressures that may affect the independence of this institution. From a global perspective, this research compares the role of the MK with constitutional bodies in other countries to provide a broader understanding of how the MK functions in an international context. The research employs doctrinal legal research, which is a process of discovering rules, principles, and doctrines to address the issues at hand. The research is prescriptive in nature. The methodology used is normative/doctrinal/library research. The findings indicate that although the MK has successfully protected citizens' rights through significant rulings, there remains an urgent need to improve the implementation of decisions and to safeguard the institution’s independence. Recommendations for enhancing the MK’s role include expanding legal education to the public, strengthening public access to judicial review mechanisms, and fostering closer collaboration with legal academics and practitioners. With these measures, the MK is expected to continue functioning effectively as a guardian of constitutional rights in Indonesia.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang baru, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang menuntut keseimbangan antara inovasi teknologi dan penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran PAI di MTs. Al-Khoirot, mengidentifikasi integrasi nilai Islam dalam media digital, serta mengungkap tantangan dan peluang dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis melalui pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi telah dimanfaatkan secara efektif dalam pembelajaran PAI melalui media interaktif dan aplikasi Islami. Guru berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai aqidah, akhlak, dan ibadah dalam konten digital yang kontekstual. Meski menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan literasi digital, kolaborasi antarguru dan dukungan kelembagaan mampu mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang adaptif dan berbasis nilai dalam ekosistem pendidikan digital berbasis pesantren

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi ilmu dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat di Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum 1, dengan fokus pada hubungan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu pengetahuan praktis yang diajarkan melalui aktivitas fisik tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencak silat di pesantren ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai latihan fisik, tetapi juga menjadi sarana untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai agama Islam, seperti kedisiplinan, keikhlasan, dan rasa tanggung jawab. Selain itu, pencak silat mengintegrasikan berbagai disiplin ilmu, seperti fisika (gerakan tubuh), biologi (kesehatan fisik), psikologi (ketahanan mental), dan ilmu sosial-budaya (kerjasama dan hubungan sosial), yang mendukung pengembangan karakter santri secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat berperan penting dalam menciptakan pendidikan yang holistik di pesantren, yang seimbang antara pengembangan spiritual, fisik, dan sosial, serta dapat memperkuat karakter dan kedisiplinan santri.
