Abstract

The global spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has reached nearly all parts of the world, resulting in severe disruptions and instability within the global economic structure. The response to this phenomenon includes the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), which significantly affects the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector on a massive scale. MSMEs play a crucial role in the growth and development of Indonesia's economy. Considering this context, the primary objective of this research is to explore the contribution made by E-Commerce to the efforts of economic recovery for MSMEs in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic in the region of Pematang Siantar City. The applied research methodology involves the collection of both primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using both conventional and online methods. On the other hand, secondary data is gathered through an in-depth review of relevant scholarly literature and research journals related to the subject. This study is specifically conducted in the Pematang Siantar City region, North Sumatra, with a data collection period spanning 20 days. The findings of this study indicate that elements such as Income Growth (P=0.679), Increased Market Access (P=0.302), Product Innovation & Diversification (P=0.756), and Job Creation (P=0.294) do not have a significant impact on the process of economic recovery for MSMEs in the Pematang Siantar City region.

Abstract

This service is about system utilization (enterprise resource planning) in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Applying enterprise resource planning to MSMES can help increase flexibility and integrate entire business processes, such as inventory management, finance, production, and sales. However, the implementation of enterprise resource planning requires mature preparation, including proper selection of suppliers, optimization of internal teams, and preparation of human resources. The research methodology used is a participatory action learning system with the active participation of MSMES stakeholders and enterprise resource planning providers. The implementation process of the ENERPRISE Resource Planning system in MSMES includes the phases of meetings, planning, system design, training, and support, as well as the use of the system in business operations. The implementation steps of the Enterprise Resource Planning system in MSMES include business information documents, functional requirements documents, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (SPK) that uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in assessing and determining the level of success of teachers teaching at SMA Taman Siswa, Bah Jambi Branch. This study uses five assessment criteria, namely the number of attendance, lesson plans, teaching period, learning media, and discipline, as a basis for evaluating teacher performance. In this study, the AHP method was used to calculate the relative weight of each criterion and sub-criteria involved in assessing teacher performance. The data collected from various teachers was evaluated using the AHP method, and the results provide an overview of the level of success of each teacher in carrying out the teaching and learning process. The results showed that among the many existing teachers, Siti Palastri managed to score 0.81002, indicating good performance in the teaching and learning process. The application of this system is expected to assist schools in making decisions regarding teacher performance evaluation in a more objective and structured manner. In addition, this system can provide guidance and recommendations that are more effective in identifying areas for improvement by teachers who have not achieved the expected level of success. Thus, improving the quality of teaching can be achieved through corrective measures that are right on target.

Abstract

This research investigates the interplay between leadership development, modern approaches, and talent cultivation within the organizational context of PT. Alsindo Pekanbaru. Utilizing a quantitative research design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS software, data were collected from 80 employees using random sampling techniques. The results reveal significant direct effects of Leadership Development and Modern Approach on Talent Cultivation, indicating their pivotal roles in shaping talent development initiatives within the organization. Additionally, indirect effects analysis demonstrates that Leadership Development and Modern Approach influence Talent Cultivation through the mediator of 21st Century Approach, highlighting the importance of aligning organizational strategies with contemporary paradigms. These findings underscore the significance of investing in leadership development tailored to meet the demands of the modern business landscape and embracing modern approaches to foster talent cultivation effectively. Such insights are invaluable for organizations like PT. Alsindo Pekanbaru in enhancing organizational agility, innovation, and long-term competitiveness in the ever-evolving marketplace.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Innovative Employee Training and Development on the Green Economy Transition, with a focus on the mediating roles of Employee Competency Enhancement and Strategic HR Management. Using a quantitative approach and analyzing data from 61 employees at the North Sumatra Provincial Communication and Information Office, the research employs SmartPLS for data analysis. The findings reveal that Innovative Employee Training and Development significantly enhances Employee Competency, which in turn positively influences the Green Economy Transition. Additionally, Strategic HR Management mediates the relationship between training and the green transition, further demonstrating its critical role in integrating sustainability into organizational practices. The results emphasize the importance of investing in advanced training programs and strategic HR management to drive environmental sustainability and achieve organizational goals related to the green economy. These insights provide valuable implications for organizations aiming to foster a sustainable future through effective employee development and strategic HR practices.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model in developing human resource management (HRM) competencies. The research method used was experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two groups of students: the experimental group that used the PBL model and the control group that used conventional methods. Data were collected through competency tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a more significant increase in average scores from pretest to posttest compared to the control group. Additionally, observations revealed that the level of student engagement in PBL-based learning was higher than in conventional methods. Questionnaire analysis revealed that 85% of students responded positively to PBL, considering it more relevant to the professional world and capable of enhancing critical thinking and collaboration skills. In conclusion, the PBL model proved effective in improving HRM competencies, both in terms of conceptual understanding and practical skills. It is recommended that this model be more widely integrated into learning to support the development of competent and job-ready graduates.

Abstract

Kebosanan kerja adalah masalah umum yang dapat mengurangi produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan, terutama dalam pekerjaan monoton. Kepribadian karyawan berperan dalam menentukan seberapa besar kebosanan dirasakan, sementara job crafting dapat membantu mengurangi kebosanan dengan memungkinkan karyawan merancang ulang pekerjaan mereka agar lebih bermakna. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pengaruh kepribadian karyawan terhadap kebosanan kerja dengan job crafting sebagai variabel mediasi. Data diperoleh dari karyawan perusahaan di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat, menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 200 responden yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun dan memahami konsep job crafting. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner pada periode Februari hingga Juli 2024, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebosanan kerja, dengan nilai path coefficients sebesar 0,675 dan p-value 0,000. Selain itu, kepribadian karyawan juga secara signifikan memengaruhi job crafting (nilai path coefficients 0,667; p-value 0,0312). Job crafting terbukti berperan dalam mengurangi kebosanan kerja dengan nilai path coefficients sebesar 0,79 dan p-value 0,000. Lebih lanjut, job crafting berfungsi sebagai mediator signifikan antara kepribadian karyawan dan kebosanan kerja, dengan nilai t-statistic 2,443 dan p-value 0,019. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan memfasilitasi job crafting dan memahami peran kepribadian dalam dinamika kerja.

Abstract

The company strives to achieve the development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in order to achieve appropriate employee work efficiency. The achievement of employee work efficiency is seen based on what kind of employee development takes place. how the company places employees in positions that match what the employee has. By using brainstorming variables using a quantitative approach method with data in the form of primary and secondary data, the sample used was 76 employees. Based on the results of direct and indirect hypothesis testing, there is development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.
