Abstract

Penelitian Penelitian ini didasari dari kemampuan passing pemain SSB Brebes United yang kurang dan masih perlu ditingkatkan serta variasi latihan guna meningkatkan teknik passing dan akurasi passing masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan give and go dan latihan rondo games terhadap peningkatan ketepatan passing. Ketepatan pasing ini diukur menggunakan point apabila bola masuk mendapat point 50 dan sedangkan yang tidak mendapatkan point 0. Data penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif, yang mana dari sebelum dilakukan latihan (pre test) dan sesudah dilakukan latihan (post test) akan dihitung menggunakan point. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 24 siswa SSB Brebes United yang terdiri dari U-12 sebanyak 12 siswa dan U-14 sebanyak 12 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketepatan pasing menggunakan pelatihan give and go dan rondo games memiliki peningkatan tetapi hanya latihan passing give and go saja yang signifikan dan latihan ketepatan passing menggunakan passing rondo games tidak signifikan. Hal ini dibukikan dari hasil analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26 yaitu uji Paired sampel t-test sebagai pengujian hipotesis dimana hasil dari pengujian tersebut nilai signifikansi latihan give and go nilainya 0,000 < 0,05 dan rondo games nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,555 > 0,05. Dan Pengujian statistik menggunakan independent sampel t-test kedua latihan passing give and go dan rondo games ini diperoleh hasil nilai sig. 0.001 < 0,05. Simpulan dari penelitian ini ada peningkatan antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan melalui latihan give and go dan latihan rondo games terhadap peningkatan ketepatan passing pada SSB Brebes United U-12 dan U-14. Saran bagi pelatih dapat menjadikan latihan ini sebagai variasi latihan passing guna meningkatkan ketrampilan teknik dasar passing.

Abstract

Fahmi Amirudin (NIM. 182223047), Penerapan Model Direct Instruction Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Passing Atas Pada Permainan Bola Voli, 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan model direct instruction untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Passing atas permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Salareuma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dan jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu 17 siswa kelas V SDN 1 Salareuma. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu total sampling dengan memberikan treatment kepada 17 siswa kelas V SDN 1 Salareuma. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest design. Instrumen tes yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes kemampuan ketepatan saat melakukan Passing atas bola voli FrenchCooper. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini akan menguji prasyarat dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model Direct Instruction terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing atas permainan bola voli pada pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Salareuma memberikan pengaruh dengan nilai signifikansi 2 tailed 0,000 < 0,05 melalui uji T paired sample test. Dengan hasil tersebut menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan diantara hasil tes kemampuan passing atas sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penerapan pembelajaran model Direct Instruction terhadap siswa kelas V SDN 1 Salareuma. Abstract

Riza Rizki Pratama (NIM. 182223099), The Effect of Limb Muscle Strength on Jump Serv in Extracurricular Volleyball Game at SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan, Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program, 2022. This study aims to determine the effect of leg muscle strength training on serv jumps in extracurricular volleyball games at SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan. This research uses the Pre Experimental Design research method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan who took part in volleyball extracurricular which opened 20 students. The instrument used in this study used a muscle strength test with a jump shoot accuracy test. The data analysis technique of this study tested normality, homogeneity and T test using SPSS-21. Results Based on research and data analysis, it was found that there was an effect of skipping exercise on increasing jump serv skills in students who took volleyball extracurricular activities at SMKN 1 Kuningan. Based on the paired sample t-test table, it is known that the value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.000. Because the value of sig ( 2-tailed ) 0.000 < 0.05 , thus Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Thus, skipping exercise is an exercise method that can be used to improve jump service skills in volleyball games.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning on the clean and healthy lifestyle behaviour (PHBS) of sixth-grade students at Sidorejo State Elementary School in Pekalongan Regency. Materials and methods. This study used a mixed methods approach with a sequential exploratory design. The study population consisted of all 180 students at Sidorejo State Elementary School, with a sample of 30 sixth-grade students selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using PJOK and PHBS learning questionnaires and analysed using validity, reliability, normality, and Product Moment correlation tests with the assistance of SPSS 25. Results. The results showed that all items in the instrument were valid and reliable with a moderate category. The data were normally distributed, and the correlation test results showed a value of r = 0.682 with a significance of 0.032 (p < 0.05), which means that there is a strong influence between PJOK learning and students' clean and healthy lifestyle behaviours. Conclusion. PJOK learning not only plays a role in increasing physical activity, but is also effective in fostering awareness and habits of clean and healthy living among primary school students.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this action research is to find the right approach to improve leg massage skills. This research is in the form of quantitative research and refers to Classroom Action Research (PTK). The data collection technique uses observation of leg massage skills and the data collection instrument uses a rubric. The data analysis technique is carried out by observing or observing students' skills during the sports massage learning process. Conclusions from this research: In the initial conditions, the learning outcomes were less than optimal. In the initial condition, only 7 students (35.00%) reached the completion criteria, while 13 students (65.00%) did not complete it. Then, students' leg massage skills improved with the use of ICT-assisted learning media in cycle I, with 13 students (65.00%) reaching the completion criteria and 7 students (35.00%) not yet. At the end of cycle II there was an increase, namely 16 students (80.00%) reached the completion criteria and 4 students (20.00%) did not complete. Until the end of the meeting there were still 4 students (20.00%) who had not finished.Keywords: Massage, learning media Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian tindakan ini diharapkan dapat menemukan pendekatan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan massage bagian tungkai. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif dan mengacu pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi (pengamatan) keterampilan massage bagian tungkai dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan rubrik.. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati atau mengobservasi keterampilan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran sport massage. Simpulan dari penelitian ini: Pada kondisi awal diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar yang kurang maksimal. Pada kondisi awal hanya 7 mahasiswa (35.00%) yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan, sedangkan 13 mahasiswa (65.00%) belum tuntas. Kemudian keterampilan massage bagian tungkai mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbantuan TIK pada siklus I sejumlah 13 mahasiswa (65.00%) mencapai kriteria tuntas dan 7 mahasiswa (35.00%) belum tuntas. Pada akhir dari siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu sejumlah 16 mahasiswa (80.00%) mencapai kriteria tuntas dan 4 mahasiswa (20.00%) belum tuntas. Sampai akhir pertemuan masih terdapat 4 mahasiswa (20.00%) yang belum tuntas.KataKunci: Massage, Media pembelajaran

Abstract

 Abstract: This research aims to improve the basic motion of throwing the ball bouncing in the game of rounders. This research is a Classroom Action (PTK) research with the model used, namely the direct intruction model. The population and sample of this study are 22 Class V students at MI Wadi Sofia. The results of the study showed that the action research was carried out for one cycle with four meetings, each meeting lasted 60 minutes. The data taken by the researcher using instruments in the form of pre test – post test in throwing the ball soared in the game of rounders. Data collection was carried out during learning. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the action with the bounce throw drill method as many as 5 times in one cycle with a total of four meetings, turned out to be able to improve the ability to throw the bounce ball in the Rounders game of class V students of MI Wadi Sofia. When the learning process was seen, the ability to throw the ball soared to 100% with an average score of C which means enough.Keywords: Direct instruction method, basic movements, rounders game.Abstrak: Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmeningkatkan gerak dasar melempar bola melambung pada permainan rounders.Penelitianini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan Model yangdigunakan yaitu Model Pembelajaran langsung (direct intruction). Populasi dan sampelpenelitian ini adalah Siswa – Siswi Kelas V di MI Wadi Sofia yang berjumlah 22 orang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan pendekatan taktik terhadap kemampuan defense pada peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal putra di SMK Al Jabbar Ciledug. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah ekseperimen dengan jenis Pre-Experimental Designs. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-postest Designs. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi, lembar tes kemampuan defense, dan kamera. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji pra syarat analisis dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kemampuan defense peserta futsal putra SMK Al Jabbar Ciledug sebelum penerapan pendekatan taktik, Cukup dengan nilai rata-rata 57. Kemampuan defense peserta futsal putra SMK Al Jabbar Ciledug setelah penerapan pendekatan taktik, Baik dengan nilai rata-rata 80. Terdapat pengaruh latihan pendekatan taktik terhadap kemampuan defense pada peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal putra di SMK Al Jabbar Ciledug dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000.

Abstract

Pitri Nurpaijah (NIM: 182223089), with the title "INFLUENCE OF SMALL SIDED GAMES IN INCREASING AEROBIC CAPACITY OF WOMEN'S VOLUTION BALL PLAYERS STKIP MUHAMMADIYAH KUNINGAN". This research is an experimental study and data collection techniques using One Group Pretest-Posttest with a population of 12 volleyball players STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan, using a 2.4km test instrument. The research method uses quantitative research methods, this data analysis technique uses the Normality Test and Homogeneity Test, the normality test of this data uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov test with a significant value for the pretest data 0.042 and for the posttest data 0.017 greater than 0.05 then the data is normally distributed. The significant value for Levene statistic is 0.010 > 0.05, then it is normally distributed. Furthermore, the calculated t value obtained is 9,039. Research subjects Students who take part in the Women's Volleyball UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan.

Abstract

Manipulative motion is something that is used to apply active motion to elementary school students, even manipulative motion can involve students in the activeness of student movement. With the aim of this research is to apply manipulative motion to the basic techniques of table tennis regardingforehand andbackhand students of SDN 1 Ciherang. In this study the authors used the pre-experimental method. The population consisted of 15 students at SDN 1 Ciherang. The author uses a sample of 15 students. To apply manipulative motion to the application of table tennis basic techniques to students at SDN 1 Ciherang. Descriptive statistical analysispretest the experimental group consisted of 10 grade V students at SDN 1 CIHERANG, for the experiment, the minimum score = 8, the maximum score = 12, the average = 9.40 and the standard deviation = 1.50. Analysispretest the control group of 10 students obtained a minimum value = 8, a maximum value = 11, an average value = 9.30 with a standard deviation = 1.05. Analysisposttest experimental group and control group on 10 grade V students of SDN 1 CIHERANG, forposttest the experimental group obtained a minimum value = 10, a maximum value = 14, an average value = 11.70 with a standard deviation = 1.49.Posttest the control group obtained a minimum value = 9, a maximum value = 14, an average value = 11.30 with a standard deviation = 1.76.

Abstract

Background: Bullying remains a persistent issue in physical education (PE), often leading to decreased student participation, low self-confidence, and poor social interaction. While several anti-bullying interventions exist, few are tailored specifically to the PE context or leverage technology to promote engagement and resilience. This gap underscores the need for innovative, context-specific tools such as the CoBo application. Objectives: This study explores the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the CoBo application—an interactive educational tool aimed at enhancing confidence, social skills, and participation in physical activities among primary school pupils. Methods: A research and development (R&D) approach was adopted, beginning with a needs analysis through interviews with PE teachers, students, and bullying victims. Finding/Results: Findings revealed a strong need for an engaging, supportive digital resource to help students cope with bullying and re-engage in PE. In response, CoBo was developed with modules targeting self-confidence, social competence, anti-bullying strategies, physical activities, and motivation. Prototype and pilot testing involving bullied students demonstrated improved self-efficacy, socialization, and PE participation. Conclusion: CoBo offers a promising technology-based solution for addressing bullying in PE settings. Future research should expand testing across diverse school populations to assess broader applicability and long-term impact.
