Abstract

This community service aims to improve the knowledge of pregnant women in the third trimester regarding danger signs and nutrition in Domas Pontang Village. The intervention was carried out through a 120-minute face-to-face counseling session, using educational leaflets and lecture-based presentation media. A total of 25 pregnant women participated in the activity. The pre-test and post-test scores showed changes in the form of an increase in the number of participants who understood (40%) during the pre-test, then there was an increase in the number of participants who understood, namely (100%) during the post-test. Conclusion: There was an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women in the third trimester regarding danger signs and nutrition. Abstract

This research aims to describe the potential for ecotourism in the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village, analyze ecotourism development strategies in preserving the local wisdom of Betawi culture, analyze the impact of ecotourism development for the community in the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village, and analyze the obstacles and challenges of ecotourism development in the Betawi Cultural Village Setu Babakan. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the research show that the development of the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village area as ecotourism is a model for preserving Betawi culture based on the available natural environment. The potential for ecotourism in the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village is natural resources, agro tourism, cultural tourism, water tourism, culinary tourism, and Museum Betawi. Furthermore, the strategy for developing ecotourism in preserving local Betawi cultural wisdom is to collaborate with other parties, carry out promotions, and procure typical Betawi plants. Meanwhile, the impact for the community is to increase people's income and learn Betawi cultural values and local wisdom. The challenges faced are the independence of the area so that it does not depend on the regional government, efforts to attract visitors through various media, and ways to make Betawi culture loved by the community, while the obstacles are budget problems from the government, the perception of the Betawi community as an ethnic group that is not advanced, and that it is not easy to collaboration with other parties.

Abstract

Bayi memerlukan stimulasi untuk dapat tumbuh kembang secara optimal. Upaya pembangunan kesehatan melalui pendidikan kesehatan dengan memberdayakan ibu, ibu melakukan pijatan pada bayi berperan dalam meningkatkan perkembangan bayi. Tujuan : Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan sebagai upaya memberdayakan peran ibu dalam meningkatkan perkembangan. Metode : Pendidikan Kesehatan dengan demonstrasi. Hasil : Nilai pretest dan post – test menunjukkan perubahan berupa peningkatan jumlah  peserta yang memahami (62%) pada saat pre tes   kemudian terjadi peningkatan jumlah peserta yang memahami yaitu sebanyak (100%) pada saat pos test.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the improvement of science process skills and understanding concepts among students who took Children's Learning in Science (CLIS) and conventional learning model. The research used quasi-experimental: pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of research were 30 students from Grade VIIIA and 30 students from Grade VIIIB of SMP Negeri 5 Marawola in academic year 2013/2014. The two groups were determined through cluster random sampling. Data were collected by using science process skills test, conceptual understanding test and questionnaire of students' responses on CLIS learning model. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The average N-gain of science process skill gain for both experimental and control group were in moderate category. The average N-gain of conceptual understanding for the experimental group were in moderate category and the control group were in low category. Based on the significance analysis, it could be obtained that for α = 0,05: 1) there is a difference of students’ science process skills between the experimental group and the control group (tcount.>ttable); 2) there is no difference students’ conceptual understanding of the experimental group and the control group (tcount.<ttable); and 3) there is a correlation between students’ science process skills and conceptual understanding (rcount.>rtable). Results of analysis of questionnaires showed that almost entirely students expressed that they were happy and motivated to get an active role in CLIS learning. Thus CLIS learning could improve science process skills and conceptual understanding of vibrations and waves. The learning model could provide a positive stimulus to students to learn physics.

Abstract

Tengku Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy adalah salah satu tokoh penting dalam kajian tafsir di Indonesia yang dikenal melalui karya monumentalnya, An-Nur al-Bayan. Tafsir ini menonjolkan metodologi yang unik dengan menggabungkan pendekatan linguistik, historis, dan tematik. Pendekatan linguistiknya menekankan pada analisis mendalam terhadap bahasa Al-Qur’an untuk menggali makna secara komprehensif. Sementara itu, pendekatan historis digunakan untuk memahami konteks turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an (asbabun nuzul) dan latar belakang sosio-kultural masyarakat Arab pada masa wahyu. Dalam pendekatan tematik, Ash-Shiddieqy mengelompokkan ayat-ayat berdasarkan tema tertentu untuk membangun pemahaman yang koheren terhadap isu-isu spesifik yang dibahas dalam Al-Qur’an. Keunikan lain dari An-Nur al-Bayan adalah penekanannya pada relevansi sosial dan budaya masyarakat. Ash-Shiddieqy tidak hanya menawarkan penafsiran yang bersifat teoritis, tetapi juga menghadirkan solusi praktis untuk isu-isu kontemporer yang dihadapi umat Islam, seperti masalah pendidikan, hukum, dan hubungan sosial. Dengan metodologi ini, tafsirnya mampu menjembatani antara pesan-pesan Al-Qur’an yang universal dan kebutuhan masyarakat modern. Penelitian terhadap An-Nur al-Bayan bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi besar Ash-Shiddieqy dalam dunia tafsir, khususnya dalam konteks Indonesia. Pendekatannya yang inovatif menawarkan perspektif baru dalam studi tafsir modern, menjadikan karyanya relevan untuk digunakan sebagai referensi akademis dan panduan praktis bagi umat Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman.
