Abstract

Salah satu daerah yang cukup potensial dari segi parawisata, manarik untuk di jadikan objek penelitian, terlebih jika di analisis dari sudut pandang pengelolaan parawisata yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dan menalaah proses Collaborative governance yang telah di jalankan oleh Pemerintah dan menjadi basis informasi bagi mitra untuk mendapatkan insight baru terhadap kerangka keilmuan Collaborative governance. Konsep ini melihat pengaturan sejauh mana peran Lembaga publik dan non publik terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan secara kolektif yang bersifat formal serta metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Dalam hal ini tentunya sangat diperlukan peran perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan masukan-masukan (advice) terhadap pemerintah daerah untuk memanfaatkan peluang-peluang pada aspek parawisata dengan menekankan koordinasi atau kolaborasi antara aktor pemerintah diberbagai SKPD dan Political Will dari pejabat daerah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa (1) Dalam konteks pengembangan pariwisata lokal, penerapan collaborative governance di Universitas Abdul Aziz Lamadjido (AZLAM) Palu menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan, seperti pemerintah, masyarakat, akademisi, dan pelaku industri, sangat krusial, (2) Melalui kolaborasi, berbagai pihak dapat berbagi sumber daya, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman, sehingga menciptakan solusi yang lebih efektif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan pariwisata local dan (3) Kerjasama yang erat memungkinkan para pemangku kepentingan untuk berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan dan tren pariwisata, menjadikan pengembangan pariwisata lebih responsif dan relevan.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of interactive CSR communication, employee advocacy, and digital co-creation as strategic tools in managing brand reputation in the digital era. With increasing digital engagement from younger consumers and heightened brand vulnerability on social media, this research aims to understand how interactive communication practices can enhance brand trust and mitigate reputational crises. The study adopts a narrative review methodology, synthesizing recent literature on AI-enabled communication tools, sentiment analysis, employee-driven advocacy, and digital storytelling in crisis communication and CSR campaigns. The findings reveal that explicit and participatory CSR communication, supported by real-time feedback mechanisms and AI technologies, significantly strengthens brand authenticity and stakeholder trust. Moreover, organizational readiness in terms of culture, regulation, and technological infrastructure is found to be a key enabler in sustaining message coherence and credibility. Employee advocacy further amplifies brand identity when internal communication aligns with external narratives. The study emphasizes the need for holistic communication strategies that combine technological innovation with ethical oversight and stakeholder inclusion. As digital transformation reshapes corporate communication, proactive integration of sentiment analytics, influencer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. The insights provided here offer practical and theoretical guidance for designing resilient communication systems and call for future research into digital trust, narrative dynamics, and cross-cultural communication impacts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan pencatatan nikah di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian Deskriptif dan dasar penelitian kualitatif.Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi Kepustakaan dan studi lapangan melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi.Jenis data terdiri data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teori yang digunakan dari Zeithaml, Parasuraman dan Berry, (1990) dalam Ratminto dan Winarsih (2005) bahwa ada lima aspek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bukti langsung, Kehandalan,Daya Tanggap,Jaminan dan Kepedulian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelayanan Pencatatan Nikah Di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat. belum sepenuhnya terlaksanakan dengan baik. Dimensi pokok pelayanan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat seperti Bukti langsung, Kehandalan, Daya tanggap, jaminan dan kepedulian sudah dilaksanakan.akan tetapi, dari Bukti Langsung dan Reability Di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kurangnya fasilitas dan prasarana di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA), kurangnya fasilitas dan prasarana berupa kursi,mesin printer dan komputer sehingga memperlambat kinerja pegawai dalam melakukan pelayanan pencatatan nikah Di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat, Kemudian dari segi keandalan (reliability) masi adanya kendala pada saat melakukan pendaftaran administrasi masi terdapat ketidaksinkronan dokumen identitas diri calon pengantin dan masi terdapat beberapa pegawai yang belum paham dalam mengoprasikan fasilitas berupa komputer sehingga menjadi kendala bagi para calon pengantin dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of restrictions on the use of disposable plastic packaging and Styrofoam in the city of Palu. The basis of research used is field research and descriptive qualitative research type. The informants in this study were the Environmental Agency of Palu City, business actors, modern stores, plastic manufacturers and the people of Palu City. Data collection techniques through informants accompanied by observation, interviews, and documentation and using the basis of Van Metter and Van Horn Implementation theory which consists of 6 (six) variables, namely, Policy Standards and Infrastructure, Resources, Communication Between Implementing Agencies, Characteristics of Implementing Agencies, Social, Economic, and Political Environment, Implementing Attitudes. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Implementation of the Policy on Limiting the Use of Disposable Plastic Packaging and Styrofoam in Palu City has not run optimally on several indicators, namely Policy Standards and Objectives, Resources, Communication Between Implementing Agencies, Social, Economic and Political Environment and Implementing Attitudes. Because of the lack of massive socialization and the lack of understanding and awareness of policy targets who do not know the impact of environmental damage, seeing in terms of operations has not been handled properly, in Resources there are still many shortcomings from human resources, in terms of enforcement and handling and lack of infrastructure in transporting waste, then in Communication Between Implementing Agencies has not conducted massive socialization starting from the implementers to the Policy targets, in the Characteristics between Implementing Agencies all involved in the implementation are in accordance with their respective fields, as well as in the Social, Economic and Political environment has supported the Implementation of this Policy even though in terms of the Economy it has not been said to be well implemented, and the Attitude aspect of Implementers requires assertiveness in the Implementation of these policies to avoid problems that will occur in policy implementation. All forms of this problem need improvement so that in the future it runs well and effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the title of the Implementation of Shipping Safety Standards Policy in Banggai Laut Regency. The theory used is Charles O. Jones. This type of research is descriptive research and the basis of the research used is qualitative. Informants were determined using purposive sampling with as many informants as possible 8 People. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth informal interviews and documentation to collect the required data in the form of primary and secondary data. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, data modeling (data display), drawing/verifying conclusions. Data Validity Check Using Source Triangulation. The results of this research can be concluded that the implementation of the Shipping Safety Standards Policy in Banggai Laut Regency is hampered by a lack of human resources and inadequate safety equipment, even though there is a clear organizational structure. Effective policy implementation is highly dependent on the availability and quality of resources, requiring increased outreach and training to ensure that both personnel and the public have adequate safety information and equipment.

Abstract

The researcher chose to study the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy of PT. Sirtu Karya Utama due to the inconsistency between the implemented programs and the applicable regulations. This research aims to evaluate the Company's Environmental Social Responsibility Policy at PT. Sirtu Karya Utama in Buluri Village, Ulujadi District, Palu City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study numbered 6 people. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The theory used from William N. Dunn (2003: 429-438) consists of 6 indicators: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Appropriateness. Based on the research results, it shows that the Company's Environmental Social Responsibility Policy at PT. Sirtu Karya Utama in Buluri Village, Ulujadi District, Palu City, has not been implemented well. This can be seen in terms of Effectiveness, namely the company's non-compliance with government-established regulations, in the Efficiency indicator, its implementation in the field, which results in the less effective and efficient achievement of the objectives of the regional regulation, which is for the welfare of the community and sustainable development, in the Adequacy indicator, due to the lack of evaluation and revision of the policy, which will hinder the occurrence of continuous improvement in the company's practices in the field, in the Equity indicator, caused by the government's indifference in encouraging company participation and protecting the interests of the community around the mine, in the Responsiveness indicator, PT. Sirtu Karya Utama, together with the city government, is considered less responsive to community complaints regarding the negative impacts of mining activities, and in the Appropriateness indicator, there is an inconsistency between the established policy and practices in the field.
