Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan tantangan tugas terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan teknik Porpusive Sampling sebanyak 125 pegawai. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan AMOS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung : (1)kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2)pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3)tantangan tugas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (4)kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5)pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (6)tantangan tugas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (7)kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung : (1)kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja; (2)pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja; (3)tantangan tugas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja di Kabupaten Barito Selatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan dari variabel kualitas pelayanan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian, perilaku individu dan dampak Program Unggulan Direktorat Intelkam Polda Kalimantan Selatan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Di Kota Banjarmasin.Populasi dan sampel  100 orang responden. Jenis data kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian diketahui  Kualitas pelayanan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian, perilaku individu dan dampak Prgram Unggulan Direktorat Intelkam Polda Kalimantan Selatan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Di Kota Banjarmasin. Kualitas pelayanan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian, perilaku individu dan dampak Prgram Unggulan Direktorat Intelkam Polda Kalimantan Selatan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Di Kota Banjarmasin. Program Unggulan Direktorat Intelkam Polda Kalimantan Selatan berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Di Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Culture, Incentives, Job Characteristics on Discipline and Performance of CV. Jaya Karya in Rantau, Tapin Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population of 102, a sample of 102 people and the data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with an approach based on variance or component-based structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work Culture has no and no significant effect on Discipline (2 Incentive variables have no positive and significant effect on Discipline (3) Job Characteristics variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Discipline (4) Work Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Discipline not significant to performance (5) the Incentive variable has a positive and insignificant effect on performance (6) the Job Characteristics variable has a positive and significant effect on performance and (7) the Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Research purposes This is For know and analyze influence Motivation Work and Environment Work on Nurse Performance with Satisfaction Work as Intervening Variables during the COVID-19 Pandemic . Types of research This is study correlational use method descriptive and analytical track (Path Analysis) with approach quantitative . Variables independent consists of from motivation work and environment work , variable dependent that is performance nurses and variables his intervention that is satisfaction work . Samples used in study This use technique Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling of 96 people. Technique taking sample use formula Slovin. Data collection was carried out with method spread questionnaire , observation and interview direct . Data analysis techniques using analysis descriptive and analytical path ( path) Analysis) with help Smart PLS. Research results show that influence direct: (1) motivation Work influential positive and significant to satisfaction work; (2) environment Work influential positive and significant to satisfaction work; (3) motivation Work influential positive and significant to performance nurse; (4) environment Work influential positive and significant to performance nurse; (5) satisfaction Work influential positive and significant to performance nurse . Abstract

The research "Development of Small Fishermen's Capacity" is aimed at improving the livelihood of small-scale fishermen in Pemurus Village, Aluh Aluh Subdistrict, Banjar District, South Kalimantan. The project focuses on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capacity of local fishermen through community service activities. This initiative, led by Isra Ul Huda, Asruni, and Dr. Anthonius Junianto Karsudjono, emphasizes the importance of local economic development and the role of sustainable fishing practices. The program engaged local stakeholders, including the Fisheries and Food Security Office of Banjar District and the Pemurus Village Head, ensuring broad community support. By increasing awareness and providing practical training on sustainable practices, the project seeks to empower local fishermen, enhance their economic opportunities, and promote environmental conservation. The report also discusses the challenges faced and the outcomes achieved through the collaborative efforts between the researchers and the community

Abstract

This report presents the results of the Community Service program on the Socialization of the Credit Union Sumber Sejahtera, conducted in Sumber Rahayu Village, Wanaraya District, Barito Kuala Regency, on September 25, 2024. The event aimed to raise public awareness about the benefits of cooperatives, particularly in the areas of savings and loans, as well as the role of cooperatives in financial inclusion. Through this socialization, it is expected that the community will gain a deeper understanding of the services provided by the cooperative and the importance of sustainable cooperative management for local economic development. The socialization also focused on enhancing financial literacy among cooperative members and local residents. This study highlights the importance of cooperative involvement in strengthening rural economies and promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The outcomes of this community service are expected to strengthen the relationship between the cooperative and the community, while also increasing participation and understanding of the significance of cooperatives in the local economy.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru  dimediasi  motivasi berprestasi pada MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Hulu Sungai Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pengujian spekulasi (hypo-proposals testing). Pengujian spekulasi dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan sebab akibat antara faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti, khususnya antara variabel terikat sebagai kemampuan aset manusia, inspirasi dan disiplin kerja dengan faktor otonom sebagai pelaksana pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi berprestasi, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap  motivasi berprestasi,  tidak terdapat pengaruh  kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru,  tidak terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru dan terdapat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Hulu Sungai Selatan

Abstract

This study explores the potential of swamp buffalo tourism in Paharangan Village, South Kalimantan, as a means to improve community welfare. By examining the cultural and economic value of swamp buffalo, the study highlights how community-based tourism could enhance local livelihoods and support sustainable development. Using interviews, observations, and SWOT analysis, findings reveal that swamp buffalo tourism has strong potential due to the cultural uniqueness of the buffalo and the village’s natural setting, despite challenges such as limited infrastructure and marketing support. Opportunities lie in the growing interest in eco-tourism and cultural experiences, which could position Paharangan as a distinctive destination. The study recommends a community-based model for tourism development, involving locals directly in planning, training, and promotional activities, thus enabling economic benefits and preserving cultural heritage. This research underscores the role of community-driven tourism in enhancing rural welfare and sustaining traditional practices in alignment with environmental conservation goals.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa ataupun masyarakat luas. Dalam bentuk edukasi praktik dalam penggunaan aplikasi keuangan Accurate. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih penerapan ilmu pengetahuan yakni pembuatan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi (secara online) agar memudahkan para pengguna dalam memahami dan mempraktikkan aplikasi Accurate berbasis online. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung para peserta mengikuti dengan seksama dan mereka sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini.
