Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital advertising and attractiveness on the interest of MSME players in the Floating Market of South Kalimantan. Digital advertising has become a strategic tool in increasing the visibility of MSMEs, especially in the Floating Market which is a local cultural icon. However, the unique traditional appeal of the market remains a dominant factor in maintaining the interest of business actors. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods to measure the relationship between variables. The results showed that simultaneously, digital advertising and attractiveness have a significant effect on the interest of MSME players. However, partially, only the attractiveness variable has a significant effect, while digital advertising does not show a significant impact. The local cultural attractiveness factor proved to be the dominant variable in motivating entrepreneurs to run their businesses in the South Kalimantan Floating Market.

Abstract

On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, the purpose of this study is to ascertain how student character and time management influence disciplinary behavior. Quantitative research covers this particular area of study. Procedure for studying with the assistance of a Google Structure 674 S1 management and accounting students from the Stie Pancasetia Campus in Banjarmasin took part in this study in 2022. On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, the study found that the variables of student character and time management had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on disciplinary behavior. On the STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin campus, variables related to student character and time management have a positive and significant impact on disciplinary behavior. Because it has the highest beta coefficient value among the variables related to student character, the time management variable has the greatest impact on this study

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates how Generational Diversity (GD), Gender Diversity (GE), Disability Orientation (DO), Socioeconomic Status (SES), and Cultural Values (CV) influence Employee Inclusion (EI) in medium- and large-scale organizations in Indonesia. Research Methodology: A quantitative, causal-explanatory design was applied using survey data from 150 employees collected via structured questionnaires on a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with bootstrapping (1,000 resamples) to assess measurement reliability/validity and test structural relationships. Results: Findings indicate that all five diversity-orientation constructs positively and significantly affect Employee Inclusion. Cultural Values and Generational Diversity show the strongest effects, while Gender Diversity, Disability Orientation, and Socioeconomic Status also contribute meaningfully. The model explains about 66% of the variance in EI (R² ? 0.661), and all paths meet significance criteria (t > 1.96; p < 0.05). Conclusions: Employee inclusion is strengthened when organizations intentionally cultivate culturally respectful environments, encourage intergenerational collaboration, ensure gender equity, support employees with disabilities, and reduce SES-based barriers through fair HR practices. Limitations: The study is cross-sectional, context-specific, and relies on self-reported data, which may limit causal inference and generalizability. Contribution: This research integrates multiple diversity dimensions into a single predictive framework, offering evidence-based priorities for leaders and policymakers to design targeted inclusion strategies that enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, work ethic, and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of Paser Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique on 63 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously competence, work ethic, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, competence has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.023, work ethic has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.027, and work discipline has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.041. Competence is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance with a beta coefficient value of 0.449 (44.9%). This finding indicates that increasing competence, work ethic, and work discipline simultaneously can optimize employee performance in providing public services in the fields of population control, family planning, women's empowerment, and child protection.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teaching experience, educational level, and training on teacher performance. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed in this research. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers as research respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The measurement model (outer model) indicates that all research indicators meet the validity and reliability criteria, as reflected by factor loading values, composite reliability, and average variance extracted exceeding the required thresholds. Furthermore, the structural model (inner model) testing reveals that teaching experience and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while educational level shows a positive but insignificant effect. The coefficient of determination indicates that teacher performance can be moderately explained by the independent variables included in the model. These findings suggest that practical experience and competency enhancement through training play a more dominant role than formal educational background in improving teacher performance. The results are consistent with Abdul Kadir’s findings, which emphasize that professional competence development and teaching experience significantly contribute to improving teacher performance and learning quality. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for educational policymakers in designing more effective and sustainable teacher development programs.
