Abstract

This research focuses on finding out how much influence promotions and prices have on house purchasing decisions at Permata Arco Residence. In this research, the model used is quantitative with Non Probability techniques using the Purposive Sampling method, namely having a specific research target, and the author conducted research by distributing questionnaires targeting 73 respondents in Likert scale units. Data processing used in this research is using SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that promotion (X1) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.239 > 0.05 and a t-count value of 1.187 < t-table 1.993, however price (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. with sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value is 3.871 > t-table 1.993. Simultaneously promotion and price influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 16.271 > 3.19 F table.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine how much influence competency and career development have on employee performance at the Secretariat General of PPKL. The population in this study were 68 people, with a sample of 58 employees. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Where it is concluded that competence has a significant influence on employee performance, while career development has less significant influence on employee performance. Together competence and career development have a significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the value of standardized coefficients of competence of 0.468. This is because competence is an individual internal factor that can be controlled by the individual himself. The research results also show that employee performance is influenced by 23.4% by competency and career development together. While the remaining 76.6% is the influence of other factors not included in this study. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Setditjen PPKL. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 68 orang, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 58 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis data dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dimana didapatkan hasil kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara pengembangan karir kurang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara bersama sama kompetensi dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai standardized coefficients kompetensi sebesar 0,468. Hal ini dikarenakan kompetensi sebagai faktor internal individu yang dapat dikendalikan oleh individu itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi sebesar 23,4% oleh kompetensi, dan pengembangan karir secara bersama-sama. Sedangkan selebihnya sebesar 76,6% adalah pengaruh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze performance in the East Jakarta Religious Court using this research method in the Balanced Score Card is a descriptive research that aims to clearly describe the analysis of employee performance through the analysis of growth and learning perspectives, customer perspective analysis, financial perspective analysis and internal business perspective analysis. The results of the research on the performance of employees of the East Jakarta Religious Court with the Balanced Score Card are quite good from the analysis of the internal business perspective of 9.09%, the analysis of the growth and development perspective of work discipline over the past 3 months by 20.5%, then in employees who are given training has increased over the past 3 years by 35.27% and employees who have left have decreased in the last 3 years by 10.82%, then the analysis of the financial perspective for the last 3 months by 0.804. In this study draws the conclusion that there is a significant influence between employee performance and the application of the Balanced Score Card. Because the East Jakarta Religious Court is still experiencing a decrease in outgoing employees because these 4 perspectives are considered not optimal

Abstract

Bramamukti (64200807). Work ethics and work environment are important components that can affect employee performance in completing their work. This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics and work environment on employee performance of PT Tower Bersama. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to PT Tower Bersama and the sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sample technique with a sample size of 62 respondents of PT Tower Bersama employees and sampling techniques using questionnaires and will be tested by the SPSS version 25 application. The data collected is supported by validity test and reliability test to see the feasibility of the data used. Analysis of the research instrument model is supported by classical assumption testing as a condition of multiple linear regression testing, namely: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and by testing the coefficient of determination. The results showed that work ethics and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Tower Bersama.

Abstract

Human resources owned by a company are an important key to the running of a company which includes the role of managing and utilizing employees to spur employee morale. The purpose of this study was to assess employee performance using the balanced scorecard method at PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang. This research uses non-statistical quantitative methods with a sample of 3 employees with data collection in the form of interviews. Data analysis techniques using a comparative approach that is by comparing between performance appraisal conducted by PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang with performance appraisal based on Balanced Scorecard expressed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method has a positive impact on employee performance appraisal at PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang through the perspective of the balanced scorecard. Compared to the Management by Objectives (MBO) method, the application of Balanced Scorecard at PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang shows many advantages. BSC provides a broader approach by taking into account its four main perspectives, resulting in a clearer picture of employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kementerian PUPR. Untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja yang kompleks seperti ini baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, Perusahaan harus tahu bagaimana keduanya mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Kementerian PUPR. Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, dengan tekhnik pengunpulan data menggunakan kuesioner ditemukan bahwa motivasi dan pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji t parsial menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berkontribusi sebesar 32,6% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, sementara uji F menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan pelatihan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 49,1%. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh teori dan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan motivasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan kerja yang relevan dan motivasi yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan program pelatihan dan strategi motivasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi yang lebih tinggi​​.

Abstract

Pentingnya penilaian kinerja keuangan dalam menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional dan pengelolaan modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Timah Tbk dengan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) guna mengevaluasi sejauh mana perusahaan mampu menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi pemegang saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif non-statistik dengan analisis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan PT Timah Tbk. Perhitungan EVA dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan NOPAT, WACC, dan Invested Capital sebagai variabel utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Timah Tbk menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomi pada 2019-2021 dengan EVA positif, puncaknya pada tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 540.108.834. Namun, EVA negatif pada 2022 dan 2023 mencerminkan tantangan finansial yang signifikan, seperti penurunan laba operasional dan tingginya biaya modal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tren EVA menunjukkan fluktuasi kinerja, dengan pola peningkatan hingga 2021 diikuti penurunan signifikan pada dua tahun terakhir. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi hasil EVA adalah efisiensi operasional, struktur modal, dan pengelolaan investasi. Saran diberikan kepada PT Timah Tbk untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengoptimalkan struktur modal, dan memperkuat komunikasi dengan pemegang saham guna menciptakan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan. The importance of financial performance assessment lies in creating added value for shareholders, especially in facing operational challenges and capital management. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Timah Tbk using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method to evaluate the extent to which the company can create economic added value for its shareholders. The research method used is a non-statistical quantitative approach with secondary data analysis from the annual financial reports of PT Timah Tbk.The EVA calculation considers NOPAT, WACC, and Invested Capital as the main variables. The results of the study show that PT Timah Tbk created economic added value during 2019–2021 with positive EVA, peaking in 2021 at IDR 540,108,834. However, negative EVA in 2022 and 2023 reflects significant financial challenges, such as a decline in operating profit and high capital costs. This study concludes that the EVA trend indicates performance fluctuations, with an upward trend until 2021 followed by a significant decline over the past two years. The main factors influencing EVA results are operational efficiency, capital structure, and investment management. Recommendations are provided to PT Timah Tbk to improve operational efficiency, optimize capital structure, and strengthen communication with shareholders to create sustainable added value.

Abstract

Persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri, mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan guna mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Java Teknikindo. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, begitu pula dengan kualitas pelayanan. Secara simultan, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, PT. Java Teknikindo disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan fasilitas dan pelayanan guna memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan dan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

The Company's profit or profit is the main objective of all Companies. Over time and the development of knowledge, the Company's profit or profit is no longer influenced by the amount of sales as income and costs as expenses. The existence of tax levies makes the Company look for various alternatives in financing the company's operational activities. Debt is one of the alternatives that is highly considered by the Company so that the Company's indirect profits can increase and capital can be used effectively and efficiently to obtain profits or profits. This study aims to prove that the rise and fall of debt has an impact on the rise and fall of profits or company profits, the profit or profit referred to is net profit after tax. This study uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis using correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and regression equation tests with the aim of determining whether or not there is an effect of Total Debt on Net Profit and significant which is processed using IBM SPSS Statistics software applicationversion 15. The results of the analysis obtained based on the correlation test concluded that between Total Debt showed a significant relationship to Net Profit with a correlation of 0.363 which means weak or low. The results of the determination test show that Total Debt has a significant influence on Net Profit by 13.2% and the remaining 86.8% is influenced by other factors that are not studied. The results of the regression equation formed are Y = 1136652 + 0.252X.
