Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of clothing buying interest, merchant behavior, consumer satisfaction on the quality of life of the local community in Ende. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, while primary data collection used questionnaires and secondary data used documentation. And data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially and simultaneously show that there is a significant influence between interest in buying clothes, merchant behavior, satisfaction with the quality of life of the community with and R Square value of 0.735 or 73.5 percent while the remaining 26.5 percent influenced by other variables not disclosed in this research model.

Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of products, services, locations and prices on consumer purchasing decisions of Roxy Supermarkets, using data collection techniques: observation, questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the moment product correlation coefficient. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it proves the significant value (sig) of the anova output because the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05, according to the decision making in the F test it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or X1, X2, X3, and X4 simultaneously affect Y. while the comparison it is known that the calculated F value with F table is 35.395 > F table 3.06, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or in other words X1, X2, X3, and X4 simultaneously affect Y. (2) R-Square value which is 0.756 shows that the proportion of influence of variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 on variable Y is 75.6%, meaning that products, services, locations and prices at Roxy Supermarkets have a proportion of influence on purchasing decisions of 75.6% while the remaining 24.4% (100%) -75.6%) is influenced by other variables that are not in the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of information, convenience, price and product quality on consumptive behavior in the purchasing system using the Online Shop. This research method is quantitative by collecting data using documentation and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show (1) there is a significant influence between the information quality variable (X1) on student consumptive behavior. The results of the analysis show that the value of t count > t table is 2.131 > 1.99254 and a significant value of 0.036 <α (0.05). (2) There is a significant effect between the convenience variable (X2) on student consumptive behavior. The results of the analysis show that the value of t count > t table is 2.222 > 1.99254 and a significant value is 0.025 <α (0.05). (3) there is a significant influence between the price variable (X3) on student consumptive behavior. The results of the analysis show that the value of t count > t table is 2.609 > 1.99254 and a significant value is 0.012 <α (0.05). (4) there is a significant influence between the product quality variables (X4) on student consumptive behavior. student.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengarahkan guru dan memberikan pendampingan saat guru melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan merampungkannya dalam artikel ilmiah yang terpublikasi. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan pelatihan dengan tahapan yakni pendampingan dalam pembuatan proposal, membantu merancang kegiatan serta perangkat pembelajaran, pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK, hingga mempublikasikannya sebagai publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional Ber ISSN. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa bertambahnya wawasan dan motivasi para guru dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas serta lebih memahami tahapan-tahapan dalam proses pelaksanaan PTK. Guru juga mampu menghasilkan Karya ilmiah hasil PTK serta publikasi pada jurnal nasional ber ISSN yang dapat digunakan sebagai syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional. Kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK dan penulisan publikasi ilmiah mampu menjadi motivasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of digital marketing on decisions to purchase ornamental plants at Elmonik as a planting medium. This type of quantitative research uses data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaires on consumers of Elmonik planting media. The research results show: (1) Digital marketing shows a value of 82.2%; (2) Purchasing decisions show a value of 82.6%; So it can be said that there is an influence of digital marketing on plant purchasing decisions. The hypothesis calculation is that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected with a significant value of 0.00, this means it is smaller than α= 0.05. The Rsquare value is 0.670 and the t test results show a value of 6.127> 2.1098, it can be said that there is a very strong influence. It can be concluded; (1) To plant business owners to be more innovative in packaging and promoting their products and provide a wide variety of the newest types of ornamental plants; (2) To potential consumers to always be careful when shopping or purchasing goods online and to pay more attention to whether the products posted are in accordance with actual conditions; (3) For further researchers to be able to develop this research by adding other independent variables in order to provide new colors in the research. Abstract

A community service program (PKM) aims to improve children's mastery of English vocabulary related to the culinary world at the Naungan Kasih Ende Orphanage. The program was implemented through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage includes Observation, Coordination with the orphanage, Preparation of training materials, and Preparation of learning media. The implementation stage, a hands-on learning experience, involves giving a pre-test, introducing and explaining basic culinary English vocabulary, having game sessions, doing writing and speaking practice activities, and practising cooking. The evaluation stage includes a post-test, evaluation of program effectiveness, collection of feedback, and preparation of reports. Through this PKM program, it is hoped that the orphanage children can improve their mastery of English vocabulary in the culinary field, which can help them learn, prepare to enter the world of work in the culinary industry and motivate them to continue developing their culinary-related English skills.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the effectiveness of lesson study in increasing the economics learning motivation of class XII students at Mutmainah High School; (2) the effectiveness of lesson study in improving the economics learning achievement of class XII Mutmainah High School students; (3) differences in motivation to learn economics using lesson study and those not using lesson study among class XII students at Mutmainah High School; (4) differences in economic learning achievement that use lesson study and those that do not use lesson study in class XII Mutmainah High School students. This research is quasi-experimental research with a research design of one factor, two samples and one covariable. The population of this study were class XII students at Mutmainah High School. The sample for this research was students in class XII A (control class) and XII B (experimental class). The techniques used to analyze data are normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test (test). The results of the research on the first hypothesis test show that lesson study is effective in increasing learning motivation with an average increase value of 13.22% and a significance level (I-tailed) of 0.001 or <0.05 which shows that students' final learning motivation is better than learning motivation. beginning in the experimental class. The second hypothesis shows that lesson study is effective in increasing student learning achievement with an average increase of 83.95% with a significant level (I-tailed) of 0.001 or <0.05 and a tcount of -17.681 which shows the post-test score is better than post-test scores in the experimental class. test the third hypothesis

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and competence of high school teachers in one of the 3T areas in compiling classroom action research (CAR) reports. This service method used training with stages, namely assistance in making proposals, choosing the right model in implementing classroom action research and designing learning activities and tools. These service partners were junior and senior high school teachers in Nangapanda Ende District, NTT. The instrument for evaluating this activity used a pretest, and the posttest was analyzed descriptively. This service showed that the teachers' insight increased in preparing class action research reports, and they better understood the stages in the CAR implementation process. These namely teachers were able to understand knowledge about CAR from the four indicators that were the focus of this training, including the steps for implementing CAR, the systematics of writing/composing CAR, success indicators, data analysis, and CAR implementation instruments. Implementing this training activity provides a good understanding of teachers' understanding and professional competence regarding the importance of carrying out CAR.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat melalui praktek pengolahan umbi talas menjadi mie talas, sehingga anggota kelompok masyarakat lebih cepat memahami dan mengadopsi secara tepat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif partisipasi dengan megabungkan antara pemaparan materi, pelatihan dan praktek. Langkah pembuatan dijelaskan secara detail oleh ketua tim kelompok dengan bahan dan ukurannya antara lain: umbi talas sebanyak 240 gram, tepung terigu 300 gram, 2 sendok makan tepung tapioka, air 150 ml, ½ sendok makan garam halus, cabai keriting 1 gram, baking powder sebanyak 0,5 gram, minyak bimoli 1 tutup botol dan kuning telur. proses dapat menghasilkan mie sebanyak 5 gulungan setelah mie sudah jadi siap dijemur hingga memakan waktu selama 3 hari (maksimal) benar-benar kering, kita melakukan pengempak dengan ukuran mie talas akan menghasilkan 3 bungkus mie talas yang siap di pasarkan. kepedulian masyarakat desa ekoleta menunjukkan adanya semangat dan kemauan dalam berwirausaha dalam kegiatan ini mencapai 90% aktivitas yang dicapai. Secara ketrampilan masih sangat minim dan perlu dikembangkan secara terus menerus tetapi hasil yang didapat juga masih dikategori layak dan berhasil sesuai program terencana.
