Abstract

Human Resources participate very much in developing the employee potential for the company benefit. The achievement of company success can be done by increasing the employee performance through work discipline. The following research aims to determine the effect of competence and provision of incentives on the driver work discipline of PT. Sriputra Surabaya. This research used a quantitative approach and analysis method with multiple linear regressions. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 50 drivers. The results of the research showed that the variables of competence and incentive provision simultaneously and significantly influence the variable of work discipline with the results of F- test obtained Fcount 31,890 > Ftable of 3.20 with a significance value of 0,000. While partially the variable of competence has a significant effect on the variable  of work discipline due to the significance value of 0.004 > 0.05 or or smaller than 5%. The variable of incentive provision partially influences significantly on the variable  of work discipline due to a significance value of 0.002 > 0.05 or or smaller than 5%. Both competence and incentive provision influence about 57.6% against work discipline while the remaining  of 42.4% is influenced by other variables not studied in this resaerch.Sumber Daya Manusia sangat berperan serta dalam mengembangkan potensi karyawan untuk kepentingan perusahaan. Pencapaian keberhasilan perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pemberian insentif terhadap disiplin kerja pengemudi PT. Sriputra Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 50 pengemudi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan pemberian insentif berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja dengan hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung 31,890 > Ftabel 3,20 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja karena nilai signifikansi 0,004 > 0,05 atau lebih kecil dari 5%. Variabel pemberian insentif secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja karena nilai signifikansi 0,002 > 0,05 atau lebih kecil dari 5%. Baik kompetensi maupun pemberian insentif berpengaruh sebesar 57,6% terhadap disiplin kerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Keywords:Competence, Incentives, Work Discipline, Regression

Abstract

 Rancang Bangun Sistem Manajemen Daya Baterai Photovoltaic Pada Kolam Ikan Berbasis Arduino Dan Internet Of Things (IoT) ditujukan untuk membantu mengembangkan teknologi perikanan dengan menyediakan data perbandingan kebutuhan dan manajemen untuk energi listrik bagi kolam ikan dengan metode bioflok. Monitoring ini akan dilakukan secara online dengan mnggunakan sensor ACS 712 dan INA 219 pada masing-masing blok, dan program Baterai manajemen system (BMS) dengan metode Coulumb Counting. Dimana metode ini dengan mengkalkulasii arus yang masuk dan keluar dari baterai. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 buah kolam  ikan untuk mensimulasikan manajemen daya. Sehingga kolam dengan baterai yang lebih rendah akan dapat diparalelkan photovoltaic untuk membantu proses charging baterai. Dan pada malam hari beban akan disubtitusi dengan baterai dengan level yang lebih tinggi.Selain itu, penghematan daya dapat dilakukan dengan metode start dan stop aerator. Dengan menjaga nilai DO > 5 ppm. Dilakukan pengujian start dan stop aerator. Didapatkan hasil yang optimum adalah 30 menit start dan 30 menit stop secara berkelanjutan. Dengan metode ini maka penghematan baterai dapat dilakukan pada baterai 1 sebesar 34,63% % dan baterai 2 sebesar 41,8%.Kata Kunci : Manajemen daya baterai, photovoltaic, arduinoThe design of a Photovoltaic Battery Power Management System in an Arduino-Based Fish Pond and the Internet of Things (IoT) is intended to help develop fishery technology by providing comparative data on demand and management for electrical energy for fish ponds using the biofloc method. This monitoring will be carried out online using the ACS 712 and INA 219 sensors in each block, and the Battery Management System (BMS) program using the Coulumb Counting method. Where this method is by calculating the current entering and leaving the battery. In this study, 2 fish ponds were used to simulate power management. So that the pool with a lower battery will be able to parallelize the photovoltaic to help the battery charging process. And at night the load will be replaced with a battery with a higher level. In addition, power savings can be made by starting and stopping the aerator method. By keeping the DO value > 5 ppm. Aerator start and stop tests were carried out. The optimum result is 30 minutes of start and 30 minutes of continuous stop. With this method, battery savings can be made on battery 1 by 34.63% % and battery 2 by 41.8%.Keywords: Battery power management, photovoltaic, arduino

Abstract

Kutisari merupakan salah satu kampung di Surabaya yang memiliki beberapa UMKM dan pada pada masa pandemi Covid-19 banyak warganya yang terdampak dan isolasi mandiri, sisi ekonomi para pelaku UMKM mengalami kemrosotan omset pendapatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kutisari Surabaya bertujuan memberikan edukasi kesehatan masyarakat terkait dengan virus Corona dan meningkatkan omset penjualan pelaku UMKM dengan menggunakan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan ketika Surabaya masuk PPKM, agar tidak terjadi kerumunan dan penyebaran Covid-19, kegiatan  pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan satgas Covid-19 dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan ketat. Sebelum melakukan pendampingan pengembangan pemasaran UMKM warga Kutisari terlebih dulu mengetahui permasalahan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat Kutisari Surabaya difokuskan untuk memberikan edukasi teknologi tepat guna serta memberikan edukasi kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan pendampingan ke pelaku usaha UMKM, para pelaku  usaha dapat meningkatkan penjualannya di era pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang perkembangannya dipengaruhi oleh konteks sosial budaya. Oleh karena itu, sangat mungkin pembelajaran matematika dengan mengintegrasikannyadengan budaya. Pengintegrasian ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan mutu atau kualitas pendidikan dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan global, salah satunya dengan melakukan pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi.Potensi teknologi komputer sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika tentang  pengenalan bilangan, sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran game edukasi berbasis budaya dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Flash CS6 Professional. Game edukasi merupakan suatu teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif guna menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sehingga, pemanfaatan game dalam dunia pendidikan merupakan suatu keniscayaan, dimana akan memberikan dampak yang positifdalam proses pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajarangame edukasi berbasis budaya yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif dalammengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa/i PAUD, serta sebagai cara inovatif untuk mengenalkan budaya Indonesia sejak dini. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian dan pengembangan. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan diadaptasi dari Thiagarajan dengan 4D yaitu Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan angket.Media Pembelajaran game edukasi valid dengan rata-rata persentase 83,50%, praktis dengan persentase 88,60%, dan efektif dengan rata-rata persentase 88,23% serta hasil perhitungan sumbangan keberhasilan penggunaan Media Pembelajaran game edukasi pada uji coba sebesar 90,44% (skala kecil) dan 85,19% (skala besar). Selain itu, untuk mengukur efektivitas media tersebut juga dapat dilihat berdasarkan skor pencapaian hasil belajar siswa yang menunjukkan rata-rata di atas KKM 75 (dalam hal ini 7,5). Secara keseluruhan, rata-ratanya di atas 7, meskipun terdapat 2 siswa pada uji coba skala kecil dan 3 siswa pada uji coba skala besar yang mendapat skor di bawah 7.

Abstract

The Indonesian region, which has a tropical climate and has a wide sea, is one of the factors that make the population a fisherman. Fishermen from Pasuruan Regency, especially Lekok Village, are one of the producers of high quality marine products so that production reaches foreign exports. This study aims to develop the productivity of marine products in Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency which is constrained by the process of drying fish. Using research methods of literature and empirical studies, an automatic fish drying machine is designed by utilizing a hot air blower which is controlled by a thermistor and accompanied by a rotating system so that the results resemble manual drying using solar radiation. From the results of data analysis and system testing, it shows that the quality of fish that is dried with a rotary system is more effective than drying machines in general, such as the rack type because the results of drying fish are more even. The test results for the drying process require a temperature setting of 45-50 degrees within 220 minutes to reach a moisture content of 0.38% with a drying machine capacity of 32.5 kilograms.

Abstract

Abstract - The rooftop of the University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya Integrated Laboratory building which has an area of ​​210 m2 can be used as a solar power plant (PLTS). Installing PLTS in buildings has several advantages, namely as a long-term energy investment and easy to integrate with the grid electrical system. PLTS is designed to save electricity consumption. In addition, if PLTS is connected to a battery, it can meet some of the energy needs at night. To design a PLTS installation in the Integrated Laboratory building, this research uses technical and economic analysis methods. Technical analysis is carried out to determine the capacity and number of PV mini-grid components required for installation. While the economic analysis aims to calculate the investment costs and the length of time for the return on investment compared to buildings without PV mini-grid installations. Based on this research, the results show that the amount of energy required for the Integrated Laboratory building is 482.148 kWh, while the planned PLTS is able to provide energy of 216,128 kWh. The PLTS design requires an initial investment of Rp. 927,700,894,-. So by using the Payback Period (PP) method, it can be concluded that the planned design is feasible, because the comparison of the cost of return on investment is 9.13 years faster than the project age that has been determined previously, which is 20 years.

Abstract

Abstrak— Air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) menjadi pilihan yang mudah untuk mengkonsumsi air kapan saja. Untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen dalam sistem pengisian AMDK terdapat mesin yang mengolahnya mulai dari yang manual sampai yang otomatis, tetapi mesin pengisian AMDK hanya memenuhi satu tipe saja. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Laboratorium Umsurabaya (Suli 5) terdapat mesin filling botol rotary otomatis yang hanya bisa digunakan botol ukuran 600 ml sedangkan permintaan pelanggan ukuran 330 ml dan 600 ml, solusi lain adalah membeli lagi mesin filling botol rotari otomatis yang berbeda tipe untuk memenuhi botol ukuran 330 ml, tetapi hal ini kurang efektif karena memerlukan biaya sangat besar, maka dibuatlah alat automatis yang menjadikan manajemen mudah mengelolanya, sehingga terciptalah manajemen produksi yang efektif dan efisien baik energy maupun pengelolaan.Kata kunci: manajemen, energy, efektif, dan efisien. Abstract— Bottled drinking water (BDW) is an easy choice to consume water at any time. To meet consumer demand for bottled water filling systems, there are machines that process it from manual to automatic, but bottled water filling machines only fulfill one type. Based on the results of observations at the Umsurabaya Laboratory (Suli 5) there is an automatic rotary bottle filling machine that can only be used for 600 ml bottles while customer requests are 330 ml and 600 ml, another solution is to buy another automatic rotary bottle filling machine of a different type to fill the bottles size of 330 ml, but this is not effective because it requires very large costs, so an automatic tool is made that makes management easy to manage, so as to create effective and efficient production management both energy and management. Abstract

Solar cell is a renewable energy that utilizes solar energy sources. Energy is widely developed forvarious activities, especially for lighting. Researchers are interested in applying in other fields. That is utilizingsolar cell energy to make salt and fresh water from sea water.The principle of this system is the solar cell change sunlight becomes energy, then stored in thebattery and in the converter into an AC voltage source to be connected to a heater. This heater serves as aheating for seawater which has been designed in such a way that there is a distillation pipe (distillation) to draincooled water vapor to produce fresh water.The results of this study are expected to be a solution or alternative from renewable energy toproduce multi-use products, it’s salt and fresh water.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and reveal the behavior of employees at the shipping company PT. Meratus Line Surabaya, who are carrying out a profession transfer that is currently happening at PT. Meratus Line from an Islamic perspective. This research approach uses qualitative methods, using phenomenological approaches (Alfraed Schutz), religious phenomenology, conventional (Bogdan Biken) and IFIAS which see social behavior as behavior oriented towards the past, present and future of someone who changes professions. The results of this study indicate the behavior of seafarers at PT. Meratus Line Surabaya, namely: 1. Seafarers' brotherhood at PT. Meratus Line Surabaya is very strong, namely helping each other, for example for junior seafarers so that they can improve their competence quickly, 2. The seafarer profession has changed at PT. Meratus Line happens to senior sailors who have high competence to find their lost lives. 3. at PT. Meratus Line in an Islamic perspective as a result of being driven by feelings to seek happiness in life in accordance with Qodho' and human Qodhar, and 4. The shift of PT employees. Meratus Line, especially those who already have unique factors from their lives, both their life experiences, aspirations and the influence of social environmental factors where they live and work.

Abstract

The growth of e-commerce has become a rapidly growing sector in recent years, but micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are still lagging in utilising e-commerce. This study aims to analyse the influence of decision-making barriers, technological barriers, organisational barriers, environmental barriers and consumer trust barriers in e-commerce on the business performance of MSMEs fostered by LAZISMU East Java. 226 MSMEs fostered by LAZISMU East Java participated as respondents in this study, and the incoming data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The data analysis determined that technological and environmental barriers significantly positively affected the business performance of MSMEs fostered by LAZISMU East Java. Meanwhile, decision-making, organisational, and consumer trust barriers had a positive but insignificant effect on the business performance of MSMEs fostered by LAZISMU East Java.
