Abstract

This research explores the impact of Intellectual Capital (IC), Firm Performance, Firm Size, and Intangible Assets on Firm Value, while also assessing differences in IC's effect between firms with varying IC intensity. Additionally, it analyzes changes in Firm Value across the pandemic and post-pandemic periods. The study utilizes a sample of 45 firms included in the LQ45 Index, covering the period from February 1 to July 31, 2024. Data analysis employs multiple linear regression and the Difference-in-Differences (DiD) method using SPSS 26. The findings indicate that while IC, Firm Performance, Firm Size, and Intangible Assets collectively influence Firm Value, only Firm Performance, Firm Size, and Intangible Assets exhibit significant partial effects. Furthermore, no significant difference is found in IC's impact between firms with high and low IC intensity. The study also shows that the pandemic period does not significantly alter Firm Value determinants, suggesting firms have successfully adapted to changing economic conditions.

Abstract

Fasilitas kesehatan seperti rumah sakit memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui penyediaan layanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Sebagai Badan Layanan Umum (BLU), rumah sakit harus mengutamakan penyediaan layanan yang bermutu tinggi daripada perolehan laba. Perhitungan biaya yang akurat untuk setiap unit layanan, yang dikenal sebagai unit cost, sangat penting untuk perencanaan keuangan dan penetapan biaya layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan unit cost perawatan saluran akar di klinik spesialis Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Universitas Jember, memastikan harga yang wajar dengan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan, pengembangan masyarakat, dan keterjangkauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, termasuk catatan keuangan dan observasi semua aktivitas selama perawatan saluran akar. Activity-Based Costing (ABC) digunakan untuk memberikan rincian biaya yang rinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total per pasien adalah Rp 272.798, dengan penyesuaian untuk harga optimal yang menggabungkan margin keuntungan 10%, menghasilkan tarif sebesar Rp 300.077,-. Pendekatan ini mendukung manajemen sumber daya yang efisien dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk peningkatan layanan.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on the investment decisions among Generation Z in Situbondo Regency. In addition, this research investigates the moderating role of financial technology on the relationship between financial literacy, financial behavior, and investment decisions of Generation Z. This research is explanatory research. The population in the study of all Generation Z individuals in Situbondo Regency. Using the snowball sampling method, a total of 309 respondents from Generation Z were obtained. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results of this study indicate that: (a) financial literacy and financial behavior significantly influence investment decisions among Generation Z, and (b) financial technology moderates and strengthens the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions among Generation Z in Situbondo Regency.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyse the accuracy of the Altman Z -Score bankruptcy prediction model using auditor's opinion in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing firms during 2010-2012. Selected companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012 and having the independent auditors' report were used as a sample. The analytical method used was Altman Z -Score model and comparation between the Altman Z -Score and the auditor's opinion . Results of this study showed that the percentage of accuracy of models modified Altman Z -Score 27.96 % . It can be concluded that Altman Z -Score bankruptcy prediction model has a low level of accuracy in predicting bankruptcy of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 .

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of financial ratios and asset size on the earning growth of manufacture companies.60 manufature companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013 were selected as samples.using simple randomsampling method. Data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that only partiallyReturn on Assets influences the earning growth, while the current ratio, total asset turnover, debt ratio, earnings per share anda dummy variable (asset classes) do not influence on earning growth. This informs that the company's earning growth could beindicated by Return on Assets while other financial ratios and asset size could not provide a signal for company's earninggrwoth.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of Strait Times Index, Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange index, and Manila Composite index on strengthening or weakening relation of exchange rate and BI rate against Jakarta Composite Index from September 2014-December 2015. This research used secondary data and a quantitative research . The type of research used is explanatory research ,the population are stock price indices in Bursa Efek Indonesia and sample used is Jakarta Composite Index which shows daily prices fluctuation of all stocks. Analysis methode used is moderated regression analysis. The results showed Strait Times Index able to strengthen exchange rate with Jakarta Composite Index and unable to strengthen BI rate with Jakarta Composite Index, Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange index able to strengthen exchange rate and BI rate with Jakarta Composite Index, last Manila Composite index unable to strengthen exchange rate with Jakarta Composite Index and able to strengthen BI rate with Jakarta Composite Index. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the difference of Abnormal Return and Trading Volume Activity in each sector of shares around cum dividend date. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sampling is done by purpusive sampling method and obtained 156 samples. The method of analysis used in this study is by Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that there was no difference of Abnormal Return on stock sectors on cum dividend date. This research also shows that there is no difference of Trading Volume Activity before before cum dividend date, ex-dividend date and after ex-dividend date. It shows that the cum dividend date event has not become a consideration for investors to invest. Keywords: Abnormal Return, Cum Dividend Date, Dividend, Trading Volume Activity.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work-family conflict management, training, health and safety on the performance of female nurses in RSUD BLAMBANGAN Banyuwangi. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers on the questionnaires used in the study. Method of data analysis using Descriptive Statistics, Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test consisted of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T test, and F Test. The result of the research shows that the work-family conflict management, training, health and safety have positive and significant influence on the performance of female nurses in RSUD BLAMBANGAN Banyuwangi. This leads to better work-family conflict management , health and safety coach will improve the performance of female nurses at BLAMBANGAN Banyuwangi Hospital. Abstract

E-commerce has reshaped shopping behavior, especially among Generation Z, who prioritize convenience and speed. While Shopee continues to improve the user experience, it faces challenges in maintaining satisfaction and loyalty among this selective and promotion-sensitive group. This study investigates how perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and satisfaction influence repurchase intention within the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. A total of 182 Gen Z respondents from Lumajang, who had used Shopee in the past six months, were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach. The data testing procedure included convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of measurement instruments. This was followed by structural model evaluation using R² and Q² values, as well as hypothesis testing through path coefficient analysis to assess the significance of the relationships among variables. The results revealed that most respondents were female (69.8%) and aged 20–21 years, with the majority having used Shopee more than five times. PU and PEOU significantly affect satisfaction and repurchase intention, while satisfaction mediates the relationship between PU, PEOU, and repurchase intention. These findings highlight the essential role of user experience in fostering repurchase behavior among Gen Z Shopee users.

Abstract

Recently, the classical problems dealing with raw materials (fish) supply, technology avail- ability, and business management remain to happen in fishery products. In facing such prob- lems, an integrated and comprehensive solution should strongly be implemented. This study aims to study managerial characteristics of agro industries in coastal areas of Jember re- gency using managerial clustering method. The population of the study was all fishery agro industry business units of the selected areas. The respondents were determined by snowball sampling method in every coastal area, consisting of 79 businessmen in the agro industry. They were interviewed concerning the aspects in the study, and cluster analysis method was conducted. It reveals that, based on managerial characteristics, there were two clusters of fishery agro industry identified, namely (1) cluster of fishery agro industry using a conven- tional management practices and (2) that of fishery agro industry using a formal/modern management. The first cluster comprises a dominant one because 68 businesses were in this cluster while the second one comprises 11 businesses applying a formal or modern manage- ment practice. One of the implications relevant to this result is that all efforts to resolve the problems of fishery agro industries should be based on managerial characteristics in each of the clusters
