Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, social security and non-financial compensation on job satisfaction of civil servants at the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service, both partially and simultaneously. Determination of the sample technique uses Arikunto's opinion with a total of 40 people and the analytical method used is a descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that financial compensation (X1), social security (X2) and non-financial compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of civil servants in the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service, with a variable value of Compensation financial tcount is 3.018 while t table is 1.689 (tcount is bigger than ttable). the social security variable tcount is 3.138 while t table is 1.689 (tcount is bigger than ttable). Meanwhile for the Non-financial Compensation variable the value of tcount is 2,608 while ttable is 1,689 (t count is greater than ttable). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) show that Financial Compensation (X1), Social Security (X2), Non-Financial Compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Civil Servants in the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service, with an fcount of 10.371 while ftable 2.64 (fcount is bigger than ftable). The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the Adjusted R square value is 0.419 or 41.9% indicating that financial compensation, social security and non-financial compensation simultaneously contribute to employee job satisfaction by 41.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Horizontal Communication, Vertical Communication and Diagonal Communication on Employee Morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is employees at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, the study period is from January to July 2023, The determination of sample techniques uses the opinions of 30 people and the analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, with a variable value of Horizontal Communication calculated at 3,237 while t table 1,703 (tcount > from ttabel) with a sig value of 0.003 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Then the value of the Vertical Communication variable is calculated at 3.081 while t table is 1.703 (tcount > from ttabel) with a sig of 0.005 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Meanwhile, for the Diagonal Communication variable, the calculation value is 2.907 while the ttabel is 1.703 (t calculate > from the ttabel) with a sig of 0.007 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) showed that Horizontal Communication (X1), Vertical Communication (X2) and Diagonal Communication (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, with a calculated value of 9.178 while f table 2.76 (f count is greater than thef tabel). The test results of the Coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen that the Adjusted R square value of 0.458 or 45.8% shows that Horizontal Communication, Vertical Communication and Diagonal Communication against Employee Morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office of 54.2%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Influence of Safety, Health, Work Accidents, Work Morale and Work Capability on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population was employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency as many as 60 people. The research sample uses saturated sampling technique by attracting the entire existing population to be used as a research sample witha total of 60 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The research results prove that Safety positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency.Health positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency.Work accident positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency.Spirit at workpositive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency Work ability positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency. Safety, Health, Work Accidents, Work Morale And Work Ability simultaneously positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Labuhanbatu Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.848, meaning that employee performance can be explained by variables Safety(X1),Health(X2), work accidents (X3), morale (X4) and work ability (X5) of 84.8%, while the remaining 15.2% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kehadiran teknologi yang serba canggih dalam dunia bisnis kembali menjadi kambing hitam meningkatnya perubahan perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memecahkan kembali masalah-masalah mengenai perilaku konsumtif berbelanja online dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya seperti gaya hidup, media sosial, lingkungan sosial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mengacu Maximum Likehood Estimation (MLE) yakni penentuan jumlah sampel berdasarkan jumlah indikator variabel secara keseluruhan 5 x 20 (indikator) maka sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik skala yang digunakan penulis memilih skala likert. Terakhir, teknik analisis data dalam memecahkan permasalahan dengan aplikasi Smart PLS v.4.0 untuk memprediksi model yang diuji dalam penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menemukan profil responden didominasi oleh kaum milenial yang notebene merupakan konsumen potensial pengguna internet dan sebagainya. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup menjadi variabel tertinggi menjadi dampak terjadinya perilaku konsumtif terlihat dari nilai t-statistik tertinggi diantara lainnya. Selain itu, lingkungan sosial menjadi variabel yang juga mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif yang terjadi pada penelitian. Sedangkan variabel media sosial belum berhasil memainkan perannya sebagai salah satu faktor pendukung munculnya perilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

The development of technology can provide assistance and convenience for the development of departmental activities, commercial and economic activities. This is certainly due to the development of online transactions which is increasing rapidly resulting in a variety of new technologies in the financial aspect, for example, e-wallets. The purpose of this study is specifically to find out the factors that influence the interest of e-wallet users in society, specifically what is meant is to choose consumer attitudes and consumer motivation as independent variables, where through consumer attitudes and consumer motivation in the interest of e-wallet users will be a way to solve the problems faced. This type of approach uses an explanatory research approach and the author sets as many as 100 respondents who meet the requirements and purposive sampling techniques with data collection techniques using primary data (questionnaires) using google form. The scale technique used is a Likert scale with a statement that has five alternative choices as answers, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree, disagree less. The data analysis technique that will be used in this study is Smart PLS v 4.0. The results of this study concluded that consumer attitudes partially have an influence on e-wallet user interest. Consumer motivation partially has an influence on the interest of e-wallet users

This study aims to analyze the influence of work experience, training, career development and commitment to employee performance at the Panai Hulu sub-district office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. The research method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population was 40 employees of the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. The research sample used a saturated sampling technique by attracting the entire existing population to be used as a research sample with a total of 40 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Panai Hulu Tanjung Sarang Elang sub-district office. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. Work Experience, Training, Career Development and Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. The coefficient of determination is 0.837, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Work Experience (X1), Training (X2), Career Development (X3) and Commitment (X4) of 83.7%, while the remaining 16.3% can be explained by other variables which were not examined in this study.

Individual Characteristics, Work Performance, Capabilities and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. The coefficient of determination is 0.754, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Individual Characteristics (X1), Work Performance (X2), Capability (X3) and Job Satisfaction (X4) of 75.4%, while the remaining 24.6% can be explained by variables others that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja, Sikap Kerja dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PUDAM Tirta Bina Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PUDAM) Tirta Bina Kabupaten Labuhanbatu sebanyak 110 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin, dan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, dengan jumlah sebanyak 86 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PUDAM Tirta Bina Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PUDAM Tirta Bina Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Sikap Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PUDAM Tirta Bina Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PUDAM Tirta Bina Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Kepuasan Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja, Sikap Kerja dan Komitmen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PUDAM Tirta Bina Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,711 artinya kinerja pegawai mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel kepuasan kerja (X1), keterlibatan kerja (X2), sikap kerja (X3) dan komitmen (X4) sebesar 71,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,9% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The implementation of Porter's strategy in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business in Labuhanbatu Regency is classified as a crucial idea as well as a threat to businesses that are not serious about managing business strategies. Porter's strategy through low cost and differentiation is an important thing that needs to be considered by business actors. The purpose of this study is to prove and find out which MSMEs carry out the Porter implementation strategy for MSMEs in Indonesia and find out which factors of Porter's strategy are often used in MSME businesses. in strengthening MSMEs in Indonesia. The sampling technique refers to the minimum sample size in PLS-SEM, which is 30-100 sample sizes, so the authors set a sample size of 100 people. The sampling technique chose a purposive sampling technique and the data collection technique used a questionnaire (google form), interviews, and written or primary data. Each question in the online questionnaire has five alternative answer choices Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. The author's data analysis technique uses SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the profiles of respondents, the types of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are dominated by fashion and culinary businesses. Based on the results of the description of the variables, it was concluded that respondents gave Agree and Strongly Agree responses for all the variables studied, and the results of research through testing the hypothesis there is a concordance where the low cost and differentiation variables significantly influence competitive advantage and competitive advantage affects consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif di lokasi penelitian Kafe Kopi Ayos Rantauprapat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan angket dengan skala Likert. Dalam survey konsumen yang diambil menjadi populasi pada bulan Januari 2023 di Cafe Ayos Rantauprapat, diperoleh 497 responden dari informasi kasir, dengan jumlah pengunjung saat ini hanya merespon permintaan konsumen yaitu saat akhir pekan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang ditentukan pada taraf signifikansi 0,1. Dengan demikian, besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 99,79 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga, word of mouth dan servicescape secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Café Ayos Coffe Rantauprapat. Nilai R Square dari analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,795 artinya keputusan pembelian (Y) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel harga (X1), word of mouth (X2) dan servicescape (X3) sebesar 79,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
