Abstract

The development of times, technology, and lifestyles that make people demand more convenience in shopping. Changes in shopping patterns are also influenced by influencing factors, namely the shopping location environment. Ace hardware is a retail company that sells all the most complete home and lifestyle equipment in Indonesia that answers all people's needs in creating beauty in a house. Ace hardware is a retail store that is very concerned about the comfortable atmosphere when shopping and provides an attractive offer, namely by having promotions given to the community with the aim of increasing purchasing decisions for the community through the efforts and strategies that have been made. In this study the authors used a quantitative descriptive method based on multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses, Store Atmosphere and Sales Promotion have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Studies on Consumers Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk. Technomart Karawang Branch. However, if without Store Atmosphere and Sales Promotion or the two independent variables are not implemented, there will be a decrease in purchasing decisions and consumers will switch to other competitors. Conversely, if the store atmosphere and sales promotion are implemented all the independent variables can increase purchasing decisions at Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk. technomart karawang Branch.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana komitmen organisasimempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, bagaimana perilaku organisasi mempengaruhi kinerjakaryawan, bagaimana peran gender mempengaruhi kemampuan komitmen organisasi untukmemoderasi dampaknya terhadap perilaku organisasi, dan bagaimana peran gender sendirimempengaruhi kemampuan komitmen organisasi untuk memoderasi dampaknya pada kinerjakaryawan. Populasi dan sampel penelitian diambil dari Perusahaan Travel di Kab. Karawangdengan mengunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan menggunakan surveiopsi ganda tertutup serta pendekatan analisis informasi partial least square (PLS).Berdasarkan temuan riset, secara totalitas model mempunyai mutu yang sangat baik bersumberpada koefisien determinasi, Q-Square7Predictive Relevance memenuhi norma, dan0Goodnessof Fit cukup0besar. Temuan penelitian ini, yang belum pernah diketahui sebelumnya,menunjukkan bahwa komitmen perusahaan sangat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Komitmen organisasi berakibat besar pada perilaku organisasi yang diterima. Perilakuorganisasi memiliki dampak menguntungkan yang substansial pada kinerja karyawan yangdapat diterima. Komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh moderating terhadap kinerjakaryawan.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of employees at the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a focus on the influence of education and training on their performance. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive and verification methods. The research results show that there is a significant influence between education and training on employee performance. The research results contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in the organizational environment. This research provides valuable information for the management of the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion Office in designing more effective education and training policies to improve employee performance. In conclusion, the importance of investing in education and training as a strategy to improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals. Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explain income, costs and tourist visits in the South Karawang tourist area. This research was carried out using descriptive and verification methods with path analysis. The sample size for this research was 100 respondents. Based on the results of descriptive tests, it is agreed that income and costs influence tourist visits. The results of the verification test show that there is a fairly strong relationship or correlation between income and costs. The income variable has no influence on tourist visits. There is a partial effect of costs on tourist visits which is positive and significant. And there is a simultaneous influence of income and costs on tourist visits in the South Karawang tourist area of ​​64.5% while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara demografi dan herding behavior terhadap keputusan investasi saham pada karyawan departemen Half Product PT Bekaert Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 74 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang telah disebarkan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan demografi dan herding behavior berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi saham sebesar 32,6%. Uji t demografi (X1) menghasilkan nilai t-hitung 5,525 > nilai t-tabel 1,99394 dan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti demografi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham. Sedangkan herding behavior tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi saham karena t-hitung 1,378 < nilai t-tabel 1,99394 dan nilai sig. 0,173 > 0,05.
