Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan salah satu upaya dalam melakukan rekayasa sosial.  Pemberdayaan  perempuan  merupakan upaya  memperbaiki  status   dan   peran  perempuan dalam pembangunan  bangsa,  sama  halnya  dengan kualitas  peran  dan  kemandirian  organisasi perempuan.  Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh wanita nelayan khususnya mitra wanita nelayan Poklahsarkan Konnya Ujunge adalah  (1) Ketergantungan ekonomi wanita nelayan terhadap hasil tangkapan nelayan, (2) Ketidakmampuan perempuan nelayan untuk melakukan diversifikasi dan kegiatan pengolahan ikan karena kurangnya keterampilan dan pengetahuan menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya fleksibilitas keuangan rumah tangga nelayan; (3) Ketidakmampuan wanita nelayan melakukan manajemen ekonomi keluarga akibat ketidaktahuan dan terbatasnya pengetahuan, (4) Rendahnya kemampuan kelompok pengolahan dan pemasar ikan (Poklahsarkan) Konnya Ujunge dalam memproduksi abon ikan konya. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan meliputi Tahap Pengamatan dan Sosialisasi, Tahap Pemilihan dan Penyusunan Metode Kegiatan, Tahap Pelaksanaan dan Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Dari kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat secara garis besar diidentifikasi permasalahan utama dari mitra saat ini, yaitu: Kurangnya pengetahuan mitra mengenai diversifikasi produk, kapasitas produksi masih terbatas, Manajemen Pemasaran dan Manajemen Usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada mitra ini masih harus terus berlanjut untuk mewujudkan mitra menuju UMKM naik kelas.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to analyze the influence of financial compensation, competence, competency, leadership style on the work satisfaction; and 2) to analyze which variables are dominantly affect on dependend varible. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Parepare, amounting to 105 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula to obtain as many as 83 respondents. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The result of this study states all hypothesis positevely affect on depende variables.

Abstract

This study examines how organizational culture, employee motivation, and performance appraisal impact job satisfaction, moderated by the work environment, within Bali’s hotel industry. Using a structured questionnaire, data from 305 employees were analyzed with SmartPLS to assess validity, reliability, and test hypotheses. Results reveal that organizational culture, employee motivation, and performance appraisal significantly enhance job satisfaction. The work environment strengthens these relationships, shown by path coefficients of 0.242 for culture, 0.136 for motivation, and 0.467 for appraisal. Findings underscore the importance of a supportive work environment in maximizing HRM efforts. Managers should cultivate a positive culture, motivate employees, and ensure fair appraisals to improve satisfaction, retention, and service quality. Self-reported data may introduce bias, limiting the generalizability across different hotel settings

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy education on children's economic decision-making. This type of research is quantitative research with a meta-analysis approach. The inclusion criteria in this study are 1) data from national and international journals indexed by SINTA and Scopus, 2) research published in 2021-2024, 3) research must be relevant, 4) research data must report complete data to calculate the effect size value. Research data was obtained from 25 studies that have met the inclusion criteria—data analysis with the help of the JASP 0.8.5 application. The study's results concluded that the average effect size value was ( d = 0.994; z = 11.198; p< 0.001) in the high effect size category. These findings show that financial literacy education significantly influences children's decision-making.

Abstract

This study investigates at how remittance inflows affect economic growth in ASEAN nations, with a particular emphasis on GDP per capita between 2000 and 2023. The study examines the connections between remittances and GDP per capita using panel data regression analysis, taking financial development, inflation, and unemployment into account. According to the fixed effects model, GDP per capita rises by 0.128% for every 1% increase in remittances as a percentage of GDP. The findings also show that inflation and unemployment have a negative impact, whereas financial progress has a beneficial one. The robustness of the model is shown by the R-squared value of 0.45. This study highlights the value of financial development and macroeconomic stability while offering empirical support for the role that remittances play in promoting economicprogress.The findings offer policy insights for optimizing remittance benefits to achieve sustainable development in ASEAN countries

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Galesong Utara. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t, dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regresi linear berganda 3.453 + 0,429X1 + 0,467X2, koefisien korelasi (r): 0,767, koefisien determinasi (r2): 0,588, uji-t dengan hasil t-hitung: 2,859 > t-tabel 2,051, t-hitung: 3,972 > t-tabel 2,051 dan uji f dengan hasil f-hitung : 19,278> f-tabel 3,35 sehingga diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Galesong Utara.

Abstract

The Marketing Strategy Training for Processed Palm Sugar Products aims to enhance partners' knowledge and strengthen the capacity of business actors in marketing their products effectively and competitively. Processed palm sugar products, such as palm sugar, syrup, and fermented beverages, have significant market potential due to their natural composition and high nutritional value. However, many business actors face challenges, including a lack of understanding of modern marketing strategies, limited product innovation, and restricted market access. This training covers essential topics such as marketing fundamentals, branding strategies, digital marketing, product and packaging innovation, and distribution management. Participants learn how to build a strong brand, leverage social media and online marketplaces for promotion, and develop a structured marketing plan. Through an interactive approach, participants engage in simulations and group discussions to apply the knowledge they have acquired. The training results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of marketing principles, their ability to innovate products, and their skills in utilizing digital technology to expand market reach. This initiative is expected to help business actors enhance the competitiveness of processed palm sugar products, broaden their marketing networks, and contribute to local economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing strategies in increasing customer loyalty in the e-commerce industry. In the rapidly evolving digital era, e-commerce companies are increasingly relying on technology to strengthen customer relationships and build long-term loyalty. This research highlights several key factors, such as personalization of marketing messages, digital technology-enabled loyalty programs, active interaction through digital platforms, as well as smart use of customer data. In addition, active interaction through social media and chatbots facilitates real-time communication, which increases customer satisfaction and their loyalty. The use of customer data allows companies to understand customer behavior and preferences, so they can tailor the customer experience more effectively. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sani Galesong Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif serta sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yaitu instrumen skala liker, interval ideal dan skor aktual, dan analisis statistik yaitu regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi serta uji t dan uji f. Dimana hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan mencapai 84,0% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan motivasi kerja mencapai 82,5% dengan kriteria sangat baik, kinerja mencapai 84,9% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Selanjutnya persamaan regresi linear berganda diperoleh Y= 5,981+ 0,353+ 0,508+e. koefisien korelasi (r)= sebesar 0,724 atau 72,4% yang berarti dalam kriteria kuat, kemudian diperoleh hasil determinasi yaitu 0,705 atau 70,5% uji t kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja yaitu, t hitung lebih besar > t tabel (3,272>2.02439). Uji f dengan hasil F hitung > F tabel atau 44,168> 3,25 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sani Galesong jaya.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the role of technical competence and organizational commitment in enhancing teacher performance through the mediating role of self efficacy within the context of sustainable Sharia educational management.. Method – This study employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving 105 teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin, Gowa Regency, Indonesia. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS). The analysis evaluates both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. Findings – The findings indicate that technical competence and organizational commitment significantly influence teacher performance both directly and indirectly through self efficacy. Technical competence significantly strengthens teachers’ confidence in performing instructional tasks, while organizational commitment fosters psychological attachment and responsibility toward institutional goals. Self efficacy plays a mediating role by strengthening the impact of both competence and organizational commitment on teacher performance.. Implication – These findings highlight the importance of integrating professional competence development, organizational commitment, and psychological empowerment in building sustainable Sharia educational management. Strengthening these dimensions contributes to improving teacher professionalism and sustaining the performance of Islamic educational institutions.
