Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud agar menguraikan keterkaitan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, serta Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PDAM Tirta Dhaha Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 47 karyawan tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian yang diteliti menghasilkan gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, serta motivasi kerja berdampak sebagai pemacu kepada performa karyawan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi karyawan dan manajemen PDAM Tirta Dhaha untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan memajukan perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana citra merek, harga, dan pemasaran mempengaruhi volume penjualan produk parfum mezuca di kalangan pelanggan Shopee. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel jenuh sebanyak 100 responden digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data deskriptif kuantitatif. Kuesioner skala likert digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi digunakan untuk menganalisis temuan. Data dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan brand image dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap volume penjualan. variabel harga, brand image, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of mudharabah and murabahah financing contracts at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Jambi Branch). The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation, data collection triangulation, and time triangulation. The results show that the implementation of murabahah contracts in working capital financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia may involve modifications through the addition of collateral. Murabahah financing is considered more favorable than other financing schemes because it can be used for both KUR and consumptive financing, with repayments made through an installment system. Meanwhile, mudharabah financing in the MSME sector has experienced a decline due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to analyze the effects of advertising, personal selling, and word of mouth (WOM) on purchasing decisions of Yamaha Nmax motorcycles in Nganjuk Regency, partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach using a causal research design. The population of this study consists of consumers who have purchased and use the Yamaha Nmax 155. The sample comprises 40 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows. The results of the study indicate that: (1) advertising has a significant partial (individual) effect on purchasing decisions; (2) personal selling has a significant partial (individual) effect on purchasing decisions; (3) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant partial (individual) effect on purchasing decisions; and (4) advertising, personal selling, and word of mouth (WOM) simultaneously (collectively) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
