Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi kewiraisahaan ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan  Hibah program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan. Pada kegiatan ini, tim  program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan mengundang  anggota masyarakat di lingkungan SiIlalas Medan khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang berada di lingkungan Universitas IBBI untuk menumbuh kembangkan minat  kewirausahaan, serta memberikan ide-ide untuk kegiatan usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh mereka sendiri, sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Tim program pembinaan UMKM sebagai narasumber memberikan pemaparan materi tentang kewirausahaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan dan juga memberikan  kiat sukses menjalankan usaha dengan bermodalkan semangat, ulet, dan ketekunan.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi pemnfaaan media sosial ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan Hibah program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan. Pada kegiatan ini, tim program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan mengundang mengundang UMKM binaan  Universitas IBBI untuk meningkatkan promosi dan  penjualan dengan cara memanfaatkannya untuk menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat dalam mengembangkan usaha sehingga membuka peluang bagi Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan penggunaan media social bertujuan untuk menambah nilai, membantu dan menerbitkan konten yang bagus maka pegikut atau pemirsa (audiens) media sosial kita yang akan bekerja bagi usaha kita.Tim program pembinaan UMKM sebagai narasumber memberikan pemaparan materi tentang pemanfaatan media untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dihasilkan UMKM binaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of CARTER dimensions consisting of tangible, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy and responsiveness on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City. electronic word of mouth. Respondents in this study were customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City who were Muslim and used Mobile Banking. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, there were 220 questionnaires that met the criteria. So that the data can be processed as many as 220 samples. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS.The results show that the Compliance dimension has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City, the assurance dimension has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan City, the reliability dimension has a positive direction but does not significantly affect customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan. Medan City, the tangible dimension is the largest dimension that has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the City, the dimension of empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the City, the dimension of responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan city. The variable of customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on electronic word of mouth on Bank Syariah Mandiri customers in Medan City. The Sobel test conducted shows that customer satisfaction has a significant effect as a mediator between the tangible, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness dimensions and Electronic Word of Mouth.

Abstract

Konsultasi Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) adalah sebuh proses yang dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa suatu kegiatan usaha yang direncanakan pada sebuah lingkungan tidak berdampak negatif dan memenuhi persyaratan hukum yang berlaku untuk mendapatkan izin penyelenggaraan usaha atau kegiatan tersebut. Dalam pembangunan fisik seperti sekolah, proses pembangunan serta operasional lainnya kemungkinan besar akan berpotensi membawa dampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Oleh karena itu dengan melakukan kegiatan konsultasi publik terlebih dahulu sebelum pembangunan dan operasional Sekolah Pendidikan Dini dan Dasar Y.P. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di PT. Yes Komunikasi Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 40 responden yakni seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Yes Komunikasi Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS V. 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpnegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bandar Agung Perkasa Medan and the sampling technique used the census method because the population was less than 100 people. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that partially the quality of human resources, performance evaluation and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, performance evaluation and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The magnitude of the determination coefficient of 0.811 means that the ability of the human resource quality variables, performance evaluation and incentives on employee productivity is 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% are other variables that were not studied. In conclusion, partially and simultaneously the quality of human resources, performance evaluation and incentives on employee productivity at PT. Bandar Agung Perkasa.

Abstract

Lack of financial literacy is one of the factors involved in financial decisions, where the lack of information can have a negative impact. Self-Efficacy or self-confidence about financial capabilities affects a person's financial behavior, namely it can help in implementing and following up on a change in a person's financial behavior for the better. The study aims to understand, know and explore financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and personal financial management of UT UPBJJ Pontianak students. The study is a quantitative study with a multiple regression method. The population in this study were all UT Management Department S1 UPBJJ Pontianak students with a sampling technique using the Cochran formula method of 100 samples. This study concludes that financial literacy and financial self-efficacy each have a positive direction with the personal financial management variable. Financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a partial and simultaneous significant effect on the personal financial management of Management study program students at UPBJJ Pontianak. Financial literacy and financial self-efficacy affect the personal financial management variable of students by 86% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study.There are still other variables that influence personal financial management, so researchers hope that further researchers will perfect this research by adding other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

This training aims to provide the congregation of the Cathedral Church of the Archdiocese of Medan with a practical understanding of utilizing social media as a digital marketing tool. With the widespread use of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business among the public, this training focuses on branding strategies, content creation, and effective digital promotion techniques for MSMEs. This activity is a collaboration between the Cathedral Church and the Information Technology & Management Study Program of IBBI University and was held on July 20, 2025, in the Van De Hurk Hall. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing and motivation to market products more professionally through social media platforms.

Abstract

Purpose– The research’s aims  to determine the relationship between Islamic financial literacy and customer decisions in choosing Islamic Bank  with trust as an intervening variable.Methodology – This is a quantitative research. The data were collected using questionnaire that was distributed to customers and also digged out  a variety of good information from articles, journals, books and various other literature sourced from the internet. The The quantity of respondents in this research  were 100 people with data analysis techniques using variance-based SEM with Smart Pls 3.0 software. Findings– This research’s reult that the four proposed research hypotheses were accepted, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence from the Islamic financial literacy variable to trust as well as to the decision to choose, trust also had a significant relationship to the decision to choose and the indirect relationship between Islamic financial literacy to the decision to choose through trust. also had a significant relationship. Originality– This study uses Smart Pls in data processing and this research can contribute to Islamic banks in determining factors that can improve customer decisions so that the number of customers is increasing, assets are increasing and the development of Islamic banks is more advanced.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, price and location on the decision to buy CCTV ZKTeco.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical test data analysis. The sample in this study were 80 consumers. The test instruments used are validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is a partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and determination test. The results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = 2.109+ 0.046 X1 + 0.203 X2 - 0.144 X3 + 0.722X4 + e. The results showed that partially product quality affects purchasing decisions, brand image affects purchasing decisions, price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions and location affects purchasing decisions and simultaneously product quality, brand image, price and location affect ZKTeco CCTV purchasing decisions.
